Disappointing experience. After my mother and I were let in the front door, we kindly inquired about the process of getting my watch appraised. We received a quick, abrasive response: "You can't just show up here. You can't just drop off your item and think we're going to drop everything for you." Given the rude demeanor, poor customer service and lack of professionalism with the older staff member after simply inquiring within, I would not recommend anyone to Whittens Jewelry. Please read through Google Reviews, looks like others had a similar poor experience.

Whittens Jewelers has redesigned my engagement ring recently and I couldn't be happier. Craig Whitten had wonderful ideas and my ring looks completely up to date now. I trust Whittens over any other jeweler in the area. I was able to trade in my old ring towards the purchase of my new ring.

I stopped in to get my engagement ring reshaped. I had jammed my hand and the ring was an oval at that point. I was told I would need to leave it with them (which is not an option) and if I wanted to wait for it I would have to make an appointment to wait which would cost double to fix. This was not a repair just needed to be re-shaped. I walked right into Jared at the mall and they fixed AND cleaned it within minutes. I didn't pay a thing. Whitten's very obviously has no idea what they are doing or talking about.

I have brought my treasures to Craig Whitten for over 30 years. He reset and reconfigured my engagement for for my 30th anniversary and I get compliments all the time. He is honest about repairing my family "heirlooms" and will tell me that they are not necessarily worth the cost of repair but he is VERY RESPECTFUL of the intrinsic value of my feelings. His repairs are impeccable. His prices are very fair and he has lovely pieces for sale. He is honest, has integrity and is a fine craftsman.

Craig & team, I stopped in last weekend and it dawned on me that you have been solving my family's jewelry and "special" gift needs going on 10 years! I thought it was about time to give you a shout out! We continue to enjoy your lovely store and personal service. Keep doing what you're doing and thank you!

We've dealt with Whitten's for 30 years. They have an outstanding reputation and our experiences there show it's well deserved. In addition to purchases, we've had numerous pieces of jewelry repaired. The workmanship is first class.
