Kim has been my jeweler for several years, and I recently went back to purchase a Breitling Endurance Pro. Once again, I was more than satisfied with my purchase, the no pressure atmosphere and the objectively fair prices. I drive 2.5 hours each way as this is the best jeweler in the Mid-Atlantic bar none. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I put down 500 to buy a Omega Speedmaster I was told 3 to 8 weeks it's been since January and I haven't received my watch yet I called the sale person to have them credit my Visa account she never returned my phone calls or texts. I will never do business with this company again bad business.

I found A R Morris through a colleague who had been going to this jeweler for her needs for many years, and I am super happy she gave me the recommendation! I have been to A R Morris for birthday, Christmas, and now Mother's Day (yes, way early, but at least I won't be rushed in May) gifts and so far, the individual(s) I have gotten the gifts for have been super happy with them!

The selection and quality have been phenomenal, but more than that, I absolutely love the individuals that work here! They truly make me feel like family and show me the ultimate respect and are not rushing me "along" even when there are others waiting for service. Stopped in after I left the gym looking for a necklace for myself and ring for my husband as we are getting pictures done for our wedding when we return to Hawaii. Very unfriendly staff. Door is locked and you must be buzzed in and out. When I asked if they had any rose gold rings I was quickly told no and brushed off. I looked around by myself for about ten minutes and was not offered help once.

Found a necklace I was seriously interested in buying but no one would help me, why? Was I under dressed, to young to have enough money for their store? Not sure. They just lost a serious customer I will stick to Littmans where I am greeted by my name and have someone walk with me as I shop and show me every piece I am interested in. I highly recommend skipping these guys and going to a friendlier jeweler who is less judgmental.

Spoke with Russell on the phone about an anniversary gift for my wife during the week and he advised me of the inventory they had so we scheduled the appointment for today and was able to pick out the perfect gift. He was very patient with us and extremely knowledgeable on the brand. The other ladies in the store were so friendly and even showed us the "hall of fame" while waiting on the fitting. Top notch service and down to earth atmosphere. Will be contacting Russell again for future purchases. Thank you.

We met with Kim to purchase an engagement ring. As an individual with little to no knowledge about jewelry, I was relieved with their excellent service. We ordered a ring and overviewed the center stone for a couple hours; all the while she moved at a comfortable pace, with no pressure or rush. My fiance is overjoyed with the ring and we will be returning for wedding bands.

My husband and I purchased my engagement ring from A.R. Morris. My grandfather gave me my grandmother's engagement ring and it was so precious to me. We walked in one day and met Bob and he was so nice. Not pushy at all and so patient. He helped us design an engagement ring using the stone from my grandmother's ring. We were so pleased with how it came out that we decided to purchase our wedding bands there as well. Bob was so helpful once again. We couldn't be happier with our rings and the customer service at A.R. Morris. I highly recommend working with Bob.

I found AR Morris while searching for a place for my girlfriend and I to go shopping for an engagement ring. My girlfriend had no idea what kind of ring she wanted, and I was looking for a place we could go where someone would walk us through all of the different options in a comfortable setting. We had visited a few other places, but were not happy with the customer service, so it was important to me that she feel comfortable enough to ask any question so that she has confidence she is making the best decision.

I called and made and appointment with Bob, and when we met him for the appointment he was extremely inviting. He sat with us for nearly 2 hours as we went over diamond qualities, shapes, different bands, band materials, seeing diamonds in different lighting (such as direct and indirect sunlight), and even seeing diamonds under 10x and 50x magnification to understand exactly the different aspects of what we would be appreciating in a diamond. Bob made my girlfriend extremely comfortable, and she tried on every style of band that she thought was interesting. Bob would even sit a diamond in the empty setting so she could get an idea of what it would look like.

We eventually narrowed it down to a specific band style and diamond shape, and the rest she is leaving up to me. When we left the first appointment, my girlfriend loved the experience so much that she said "This is going to be our jeweler for wedding bands and whatever else we need going forward." Lastly, Bob and his customer service has made our experience remarkable.

He has been able to help me give my girlfriend everything she wanted and still work within my budget. He gave me the space to state my own opinions yet is happy to offer his own guidance and expertise. As my girlfriend said, we will definitely be using AR Morris as our jeweler going forward.

I purchased my wife's engagement ring and also both of our wedding rings at AR Morris. I could not have been more happy with my experience. I spoke primarily with Bob, Kim, and Russell who were all extremely informative and great to work with. They were never pushy, and I went multiple times until I picked the perfect ring. I am also so pleased with the ring quality.

They were the perfect blend for me- a family owned, personal feel with a great selection of rings and exactly the type of ring and diamond I was looking for (and very informative and helpful for a person like me who didn't have a large knowledge base on diamonds going into my search). I would recommend AR Morris to anybody. I'm not one to leave recommendations, but felt the service I received warranted I share my experience for the next groom to be who may be looking for a great place to check out.
