The staff, including their dog are all very friendly and the repairs to my necklace and wedding ring were all done perfectly. Like new. They also cleaned my wife's diamond wedding ring while we were in the store just talking. I would/will recommend DeAngelos jewelry store to anyone who wants to buy new jewelry or needing repairs. Very happy. Thanks to all involved with the repairs.

I had a design for a ring that I wanted made and after reading some online reviews, sought out DeAngelos to see if they could make my vision a reality. I came to DeAngelos because my first experience was amazing! I don't use that word lightly unless I mean it. The staff here was beyond kind and helpful! I returned again because when I purchased a ring here they said it has a lifetime warranty. My ring was chipped but they took care of it! Unfortunately I did not catch the jewelers name but he worked a day before this post.

He was very nice and attentive and I was in and out with within five minutes and had great service given to me! Normally I don't write post unless I felt like they deserved it and I can say they more than deserve every star they have!

I stopped by to repair the clasp on my Gold bracelet, and DeAngelos were able to have it repaired immediately while previous other stores would take a week. DeAngelos was able to have it repaired within an hour. We received a friendly greeting and were able to have the item repaired within an hour with Great customer service. We had a great visit with this store! We started by researching the jewelry stores in the area and D'Angelo's came up as the #1 in the area on numerous sites. We went in looking for a new wedding ring and we were very set in price and had a few ideas of what we liked. We were treated immediately by a very friendly woman who listened to what we were looking for and she immediately started showing us some that matched.

The owner also came in and started asking a few questions to help Narrow down what would work best for what was needed. The two of them came up with 4 rings that we really liked. They answered so many questions and we chose an amazing ring. They had to size it and that was completed really quickly. We were impressed by the customer service, selection, and pricing. We would definitely go back to them!

Went to this jewelry store and was greeted by some fantastic folks behind the counter who totally took care of our needs. Very professional very nice store with quality products. I was sized and found a fantastic ring that my wife and I liked and bought it. At the end of the day I really like shopping at locally owned stores and will be back in the future for all my needs as this place is local and has very fair pricing and high-quality products.

Thanks Mr. De Angelo for the great service. Your son did a fantastic job on my wife's wedding ring . You took a good looking ring and made it look like a million dollars. When my wife saw her ring the first time, she didn't say a word. My wife has long black hair that covered her face. So my first reaction was to pull her hair back, I wanted to see her face.

Tom and Thomas were amazing. They were patient with my fiance and myself and were more than willing to accommodate everything she was looking for. The owner is so friendly and informative. He takes the time to make sure you will love the end result. My rings came out perfect and we will definitely be back! I had gotten a response quickly when I initially inquired about having my ring and band resized. My fiance's necklace broke, & I took it in to be repaired on Sunday. They said it would be 2 days to repair. Sure enough, today is 2 days later, and it's fixed. Tom took good care of us. I will go to DeAngelo's for all future jewelry needs.

It was our first time at DeAngelos and my experience was fantastic. Tom and his son were incredible. I was so indecisive and they were very patient. Tom knew exactly what to show me just by asking what I had in mind. Their payment plan was so flexible and he was able to make what I wanted happen. I went in there thinking i just wanted a wedding band and am so happy I walked out with a matching set with lower the price of what the band alone would have been. DeAngelos has been our jeweler for 5 years now. They have beautiful, hogh quality pieces at a reasonable prices. They honor their guarantee. I had a Ruby fall out of my ring and they replaced without any hassle. I won't go anywhere else! For those of you interested, they finance in house.

I inherited one of my mom's tennis bracelets recently, dropped it off here to be sized, beautiful craftsmanship, you can't even tell its been adjusted! I very worry about this jewelry I have a big issue with one of his provider ICETIME CUSTOM JEWELRY I buy a woman presidential Rolex 18k gold for $4300 in Las Vegas show, a month ago I trade for loose diamond an a diferente jewelry and they told my the watch is not even a 10k gold, the 18k stamp is fake in the bracelet. DeAngelos buy from this people I just want to let you know be careful I have the receipt I contact with ICETIME they don't wanted to help I just request the difference in the trade I paid $4300 for a gold watch and they just paid me $3000 for the fake watch I have the receipt from ICETIME and I have the receipt from the other jewelry and a video showing the fake watch

I was looking for a Valentine's Day gift for my beautiful girlfriend. Tom was the jeweler who helped me out. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and made excellent suggestions as I was having a little bit of difficulty making a selection because they had such a huge inventory to choose from. I spent the morning trekking around the Vintage Faire Mall with my toddler in tow, trying to find a jewelry shop with an actual jeweler on hand who could change a watch battery. Despite there being about 15 jewelry stores in the mall, I couldn't find a single one with an employee able to change a watch battery. This shop popped up as one of the first and best reviewed once I got back into my car and I can see why. Friendly, warm and quick which was just what I needed. The lady who assisted me advised that the battery was warrantied for a year and to just stop back if there were problems.

I highly recommend DeAngelos Jewelry. The pricing is good and selection is the best. But most of all the customer service is excellent. I'll be back really soon for my second purchase. Thanks Thomas and Staff six star all the way!

BUYER BEWARE - paid $4300 for engagement ring/wedding band set. No grading paperwork (when I called Tom said they only give it if asked, so ASK). Just had it appraised at $2500. Called and Tom started giving me his rehearsed line of excuses. "We can sell it for what we want", "We offer cleaning and extra services", "We've been doing this for 25 years".blah, blah, blah.

I don't care how long you've been in business. It doesn't mean what you do is right and it's actually sad because that means 25 years worth of people have been ripped off. Fact of the matter is, Tom, you are preying on people that don't have much money by offering credit to those that wouldn't normally get credit for anything and then you inflate your prices to pour salt in the wounds. I suggest looking elsewhere for jewelry or anything else that might be sold at DeAngelos. They are not to be trusted.

Love DeAngelos! They took their time with us, had a nice selection. Great customer service. Love my ring! My husband surprised me with a lovely ring but when we went back to the store I found another one that I loved even more! We will be back.

I am seriously so happy with every interaction I've had here. My husband got my engagement ring and bands here. We then returned for his rings. They were always super patient and friendly. They sized for me and when I ever needed any cleaning or had problems, they took care of me no questions asked. I will continue to return for my jewelry here always.

RIP OFF. Do NOT purchase jewelry from here! They are way overpriced! Bought a ring for $3000, come to find out by three different jewelers that the ring should of been priced at $400-500! I can't believe how badly they ripped me off. Also put an $800 deposit plus the monthly payments. AND every month just for charging your bank account, they add another $20-30 charge that they don't tell you about( for what? Clicking a button?) you guys clearly charge an extreme amount of interest that was already in my $200 monthly payment.

Plus the ring wasn't even what i wanted! They act like they're giving you a deal when in reality they're ripping everyone off! I will make sure to tell anyone ring shopping to stay far away from Deangelos!
