Hello, I wanted to share my incredible experience today at Mann's Jewelers. I went in to have my aluminum watch band sized. they dropped everything to help me, were so friendly and charged me almost nothing to do the task. Turns out when she entered my last name, that my father and aunt who are no longer with us, shopped there in the 70's and 80's. They have my business forever. so glad that I discovered this awesome little shop. they have some beautiful pieces for sale. : kc.

Wonderful experience at Mann's Jewelers! I found a gorgeous necklace that I wanted to get for my wife as an anniversary gift via an Instagram post. I referenced this in person as I went to get a look at it and received a nice discount as was offered in the caption. It was more than I was expecting, but Leah was fantastic and I couldn't resist after seeing how beautiful it was in person.

I didn't know they offered layaway options but it was perfect and gave me time to pay it off leading up to the anniversary date. My wife absolutely LOVES it and we're both just so impressed with the quality. So nice having a great local jeweler in town, would highly recommend anyone looking for excellent jewelry pieces and a lovely customer experience!

This is the best place to buy jewelry! The staff are always welcoming, friendly, energetic and take excellent care of those that return time and again for service or new pieces. If you aren't satisfied, they will make sure you are! Jewelry is always cleaned while you shop which I love. They're also very good with husbands that have good intentions and maybe unsure of what to get that special woman in their life:. And, if they don't have it, they will get it! Jewelry design is also available.

I had drawn a design of my husbands and my wedding rings after he passed away and it took my breath away when I returned to the store to pick it up.it meant so much! This is the place you want to go to, you will not be disappointed, ever.

The service was absolutely impeccable from the moment I walked through the door until I picked up the customized gorgeous ring! Very knowledgeable staff, made the process easy and so comfortable. I highly recommend this Manns for any jewelry needs!

If you want a real jewelry experience that is not in a big chain store, with knowledgeable people and great customer service, try Mann's. I have never been disappointed by the selection, and the repair service they offer is exceptional. The only problem Is the parking. Located on Lincoln Avenue in Willow Glen, there is limited parking for all businesses, but it's worth it to support a local small business that cares about its customers.

From the moment my son and I walked in here, we were greeted with smiles and felt very welcome. Gina assisted us. She was kind of knowledgeable. I came in to get my watch cleaned and my wedding band resized. I left them there and was told it would take a few days. We were in and out of there in five minutes. Prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this place.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went here with my bracelet that broke expecting to have it take multiple days to fix and be charged a fair amount. They not only did it within 10 minutes but for free as well! Blew me out of the water. Highly reccomend and will definitely be returning.

I went to Mann's to create a custom piece using my parents' wedding bands. I wanted to create a cross and keep the carved pattern from the original bands. I placed the order with Gina, who was super informative and helpful. She had shared that they never did anything like this, but they were up for the challenge. Mann's did not disappoint. They showed me the image prior to creating my cross (which took 3 weeks).

It was evident that they took their time and created my piece with such thoughtfulness, care, and love. Picking it up was also a very sentimental experience as they were pleasant and genuinely interested in hearing about the meaning of my new jewelry. Such a heartwarming experience and A++ customer service! I look forward to my next visit.
