Tried to get a small Anna Maria island earring made over a month prior to Christmas. They said it wouldn't be done by then so I waited patiently checking up every other week on progress. Every time I called they said they would let me know soon. It's now May and after going to the store twice to follow up and multiple calls I'm taking my business to Jess. Way better customer service and price for similar pieces.

I traveled 3hrs to drop off my watch to Bob, another 3hrs today because I received a text saying my watch is ready. Get there and it's not even been looked at. I used to trust now I would avoid at all costs! I have a 2yr old son. I don't have time to waste!

Dishonest practices. Kept broken gold pieces after stating they would return them. Charged quite a bit more (50%) than my regular jeweler. Argued about facts, contradicting herself. I hate leaving bad reviews but I hate dishonest customer service from a local business. Never going back & will discourage anyone else from going to Wares.

They helped me with diamond earrings for my wife's Christmas present. Honest and fair great service- will definitely be using them again!

I rarely leave Google reviews, but the service my wife and I received at Ware's certainly calls for one. They were the very first business I stopped by to look for my wife's (then fiance) engagement ring. Out of their plentiful selection, I found exactly what I was looking for. Fast forward several months, we decide to tie the knot before our big ceremony so I called in to find the matching wedding band to her engagement ring.

Within a day, they had it resized and ready for us. To top it off, they even performed a very nice, very intimate wedding ceremony and married us. From start to finish, Ware's had our backs. They made it very easy and extremely memorable for us. We would highly recommend their services.

Another jeweler referred me to Ware's because they didn't have the tools to work on an expandable watch band. Even though I had to drive a distance to get there I was happy I went. They were so nice and took care of it right away for me. Very happy with their service!

Just bought my first Rolex and was very hesitant as to who I should have take a link out for me. I picked Wares based on their reviews and I am so happy I did. You now have a customer for life. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Couldn't ask for better service and quality work.

I brought my grandfathers ring to be buffed and resizes from a 10 to an 8,w aited 3 days to pick it up and it was not resized just buffed. I will gio to Jess next time

I have had several pieces of jewelry repaired and restored by Bob and his lovely wife. They are extremely kind, patient, and caring individuals. Their workmanship, knowledge, and professionalism is outstanding! Their attention to detail is extraordinary! I am forever grateful for the beautiful restorations. We are fortunate that their family-owned business is located in Bradenton. I highly recommend them.

The best and honest place anywhere. I ship all my jewelry to be repaired and will not go anywhere else. And if you can't find it on their site they will find it for you with the best prices! They deserve more than a 5 star rating!

Very great job on sizing my wedding band and engagement rings. They looked amazing when I picked them up. The women are so nice and kind. Great service and was done in the time they said it would be ready. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. They have also taken links out of my watch before this and I had the same great service then as well.

My husband took my daughters ring to be fixed as the band had broken. He came home raving about how great they were. Stated this family owned business was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. When we got it back it was lovely! They did a great job at a very reasonable price. My husband never goes on and on about a business so this is a big deal.

My wedding band had to be cut off for a medical procedure & my wife's ring was missing one diamond. I took both to Ware's & was immediately taken by the kindness and attentiveness the staff. This was only two weeks before Christmas and I wanted to have both repaired & wrapped as a surprise X-Mas gift. Not only were they able to beat the deadline, but I don't recall these rings looking this brilliant when we first bought them nearly 30 years ago! Really nice and friendly workers. Beautiful collection of jewelry. Had my necklace repaired through their send out service. Picked up and wore it out store. Not even an hour later, walking through the grocery store and I felt it slip off my neck. Broke again. Took back to the jeweler and was repaired for free. They have a warranty on their repairs. I had no idea! Great family owned business that's been around for years. I will take all my repairs to Wares.

I bought a diamond ring from Ware Jewelers. After a few years it needed a new shank. They quoted me $280. I went to Bartlett Jewelers and they quoted me $125. So I had it done at Bartlett who in the end only charged $101.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. They are truly a local shop that's been around for even and have never let me down. They have fixed my watch after two other local shops had failed. If you want honesty and true craftsmanship this is the place.

Great prices for getting repairs. I had the latch on my necklace repaired. Very friendly people and give good advice on what you should do. They also have a good selection of different types of jewelry. You can also do financing if you'd like when buying from them. I will be sure to keep coming back for anything I need done.

The owners are wonderful, very friendly, and knowledgable. I had a ring sized and it was far less expensive than I had anticipated. The job was done quickly and my ring came out shinier than I have ever seen it. Thanks so much for the great experience and I will definitely be back in the future. I highly recommend!
