What an amazing man we have here. From the time I sat with Darren & threw my idea's at him he came up with multiple designs for me to choose from and was so welcoming and open to changing it to how I wanted it. not the designer. He does a very through Job and asks a lot questions to get you to paint a picture for him really. I recently had an implanted medical device that doesn't allow for MRI's-- I don't get out that much these days however you never know what will happen-- so I still felt it was important to have a medical ID that stated "No MRI". I looked online at a lot of different choices and choose NStyle ID. After having the bracelet for a few weeks, something went "wonky" with one of the links on the bracelet. Sent NStyle an email, and although my original choice of bracelet was not available they gave me some options (including links to see them) and they sent me the replacement quickly at no charge. Great customer service! Highly recommend.

We have been using Darren at ID style for our small business since we opened 10 years ago. We would not use anyone else. He is very talented and also very efficient. He built our whole theme for our business and carried it through the years updating as needed. He has done everything for us from promotional flyers to letterheads, envelops, stickers, balloons, business cards, birthday cards, all sorts of loyalty vouchers for our clients as well as letter box drop materials.

Anything promotional you can think of, Darren can do for you. He is also very reasonably priced and value for your money. He is honest and cheerful and always a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

The bracelet I received was not the one advertised online. I called and was told that the one online must have been sold out so they sent a similar one. I was told to send it back for a refund. Two problems I have with this: a) I should have received a phone call or email letting me know they product was sold out before they shipped a different one and b) I should not have to pay for return shipping when it was their error to begin with.

But I sent it back anyway. I waited 2 weeks but it was never refunded. I sent an email to follow up and no one replied or called. I waited another week and finally called to inquire about it's status. It took 4 days before I finally got through to someone. The person said that it was never processed and it would take another 4 days before it would go through. The whole experience just seemed unprofessional and under handed.
