Michael and Sons is so great! I needed to get my engagement and wedding rings resized after having a baby and they gave me multiple options for the repair upfront and were very reasonably priced. A short week later and I can finally wear the jewelry I love again. And an added bonus, they cleaned my rings and the SPARKLE is insane! Will be back!

David and his family have created a phenomenal place for people to come and see jewelry for any occasion. Their knowledge and experience made the experience for wedding bands so seamless it almost seemed too easy. Thank you for taking one of the hardest parts of the wedding process and making it such a joy.

Super friendly staff, easy to talk to. Reasonably price. I had a custom pendant made and it turned out beautifully. The store itself overflows of elegance. Very easily would come back to get custom work done or nice piece.

I had been looking for a particular pendant for a couple of weeks. Man, I spent a bunch of hours on Google steadily searching. Finally came across an image of exactly what I was looking for. Clicked the image and it directed me to Michael and Sons. I had finally found a pendant that I had been looking for that wasn't cheap and as ugly as the others!

I called them to get some measurements on my pendant and to ask a couple of more questions. I talked to two staff members that were very eager to help me and were actually knowledgeable. I was also a little hesitant ordering all the way from Nevada. Living in South Carolina I figured it would take at least a week to get here if ordered. I ended up ordering it after I got off the phone with them on a Wednesday night. Thursday at 2:30pm here in SC I got a call from these guys, making sure I was happy with my order and wanted to make sure I didn't need any changes made.

I made it home from work Friday(not even 24hours after that call) and my order was waiting for me at home! I will absolutely be purchasing more from this business shortly and would encourage you to do the same!

I bought a beautiful turquoise ring through their online auction. The process was very pleasant and seamless. They even sized the ring for me. My long time jeweler just retired and I have been searching for someone that can provide quality craftsmanship and great customer service at a reasonable price. I look forward to many more purchases.

Best family owned business! Michael and the whole team are amazing! They fixed my chain & pendant in record time! If i could use one superhero to describe this place I would say the flash! Michael and Sons is absolutely amazing! I was looking to upgrade my ring and the result was an absolutely stunning new custom set. From the managers and designers, to the jewelers in house their staff was wonderful. Can't wait to go back for more!

I wanted to have my moms wedding set serviced and resized so that I could enjoy them. My mom passed away Feb. 2021 so this was especially important that it was done perfectly. My husband and I got a referral to Michael & Sons from a couple of friends that swore by their service and stellar 40 yr reputation, so we went. From the time we walked in we were received by friendly faces and tender hearts as I told the story about my moms rings, how much I missed her and how important servicing and sizing them meant to me.

After they were examined and evaluated I was told, " well, these have had a lot of love and wear but don't worry. We will take good care of them and you will have them back in ten days." I will never forget what Mary said, and my trust in Michael & Sons came so easily. The ten days passed and it was time to pick the rings up. We walked in (today) to the same friendly group and I was presented my moms rings.

Not only were they beautifully done, but the integrity of the original settings were not disturbed and they fit perfectly. I was so delighted. I would highly recommend Michael & Sons to anybody seeking 5 star service with their jewelry. Hands down. I look forward to jewelry shopping with them in the future too as they have a spectacular and diverse selection. I'm sure my mom wouldn't have had it any other way.

I have been using Michael & Sons for several years now. I was looking for a local jeweler not a box store jeweler and happened to sit next to his daughter at a show. They redid my wedding ring for me & to say I'm pleased is an understatement! My daughter is now living in Reno and she also uses them. Anyone who asks for a great jewelry store? I tell them Michael & Sons.

I brought a set of rings in to be soldered and asked how long the turnaround time would be. I was told 10 days, and I said I would have to wait until after I moved because we were leaving town in 5 days. The lady helping me put a rush on it for no extra charge and was super nice. Everyone I spoke with that day and the day I came back to pick up the ring was welcoming, and the ring turned out great!
