Went here to find my dream engagement ring and found it! The staff here is amazing, knowledgeable, very kind, and patient. I walked in thinking we *might* find what I wanted to walking out an hour later with my dream engagement and wedding ring having been found! Now, we are just waiting to have the diamond I chose for the center stone to be set in it in just a few more days. Wow! So happy! Thank you, Classique!

I see all the positive reviews about this place but my interactions with them have been incredibly negative. The staff that I have dealt with has had lots of ego and they are always on the defense. One of the incidents, I called inquiring about getting some pieces appraised. A man answered and advised I would need to leave my jewelry with them for about a week as they have a guy that comes by randomly and not during working hours.
I asked if I could make an appt and he said no. I advised I had a few pieces and it sounds kind of sketchy. Regardless of any reviews, I'm not familiar with this place and I'm not going to do something outside my comfort zone with very sentimental pieces to me. He said some people bring in 12 (in comparison to my 3) making me feel devalued as a customer.
He then said there's nothing sketchy about it completely unsympathetic and seemingly very defensive. How about making me feel comfortable in the process and addressing my concerns? Terrible customer service and I certainly don't trust them with any of my jewelry. If they don't respect me as a customer they probably won't respect my post prized pieces. Side note - I see other reviews speak of negative experiences with a man when they called too. Hopefully, they will read these and address the issue.

Had such a great experience here! I'll go to this jeweler for all my custom jewelry needs. They were able to combine my wedding band and engagement ring into one piece, and reset the stones from a white gold to a rose gold. They were able to take my dream ring and turn it into reality. Highly recommend this place!

My son has a Gizmo Pal phone watch. The plastic hinge piece on the band broke. Rather than paying for a whole new band $$$$ and waiting weeks for replacement by factory, I went to Classique. Even though the hinge was very unusual, Classique was able to make it even better by replacing it with a metal hinge instead of the cheap plastic one Gizmo Pal would have replaced it with. I'm so thrilled they were able to fix this for my son. Nice people, great service!

Received excellent service today on my visit! Needed a couple prongs repaired on my engagement ring. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and ready to help. My repair didn't take long at all and my ring is even better than ever! Highly recommend this jeweler to anyone who needs repair work done. Easy location to get to also. Will be visiting again in the future!

I came in just to have a watch adjusted, but was amazed at how friendly the staff was. I had good, genuine conversations while I was waiting for my watch (which was quick and easy). If I buy jewelry in the future, I'm definitely coming here first because the staff here seem to focus more on what a person is looking for, rather than just trying to sell them a piece.
