This man was fantastic to work with. I called ahead and let him know that my bracelet needed some work done to it. My piece was completed extremely quickly. He was extremely professional and was also a prior serviceman for the US military. 10 out of 10 will be back in the near future.

A second generation master of his craft with skills that could only be acquired by more than 50 years of quality service. His friendly demeanor and the quaint atmosphere of his shop are thoroughly intriguing. A gem of jewelers in the Lansing area for sure!

Mark is a great person. He custom made my wife's engagement band and wedding ring. Marks was excellent and he produced and unbelievably amazing ring.

My fiance and I had the most wonderful experience with Mark! He crafted a perfect engagement ring setting and wedding band for us. My original setting was left much too thin after being resized by Medawar Jewelers, so we came to Mark hoping he could create a new one for us. I also showed him a picture of the wedding band that I wanted, and he hand-crafted one identical to the photo!

We unfortunately had a very poor experience with the previous jeweler we worked with, and Mark's customer service completely restored my faith. I highly recommend him to everyone!

Mark is so friendly, tallenetd and happy to help. I have the most beautiful ring i could have ever dreamed of, hand made by mark himself. He is always happy to buff clean and check my ring whenever i stop in. I honestly don't think you could find a better jewler anywhere.

Hands down best jeweler around! If you need any work done, take it to him! He's been in the business for over 40 years. I bent my ring somehow, causing 2 diamonds to fall out, I took it to him, he replaced them and even sized it for me all within 20 mins! Dealing with him has been one of the best "customer service" experiences I've had. He not only fixed my band properly, but also wasn't afraid to share his knowledge and show me each step, close and personal. I cannot be more thankful for finding him! He has a customer for life!

Mark is amazing. Purchased an engagement ring out of state, but it was just a little too big. Remembered the work that Mark did for me in the past. So gave him a call. He was able to get me right in special on a Saturday. Resizing took just minutes and looks fabulous! Then got his opinion on customizing a matching band. Looking forward to working with him again. I recently dropped my antique wedding ring on our tile flooring and shattered one of three matching mine-cut stones. I took it to four different jewelers in the Phoenix area where I live and could not find one place I felt comfortable leaving it or who had experience with antique jewelry. I formerly lived in Michigan, took my jewelry to Mark and was always very happy with everything he did. However, I was not planning on being in Michigan in the near future, but I called Mark to see if he might be able to repair it when I was in town.

He said not only could he get a stone to match with no problem, but to just send it to him! I even sent along another piece of jewelry for repair. He sent them both back, beautifully repaired, carefully packaged, and so quickly too! I am so happy to have my beautiful wedding ring back again!
