We went in to see about having a band made for my now husband for our wedding and picked up something he had in store instead. We had such. Great experience we came back for some other jewelry and plan to keep shopping here as we can. Ron was definitely direct but I appreciated him. Never felt worried I was getting taken for a ride or over paying. I find him to be honest and easy to deal with.

I wanted to re-create my wedding ring in platinum, using the diamonds from my current ring. The store I bought my ring from initially, wasn't able to recreate it for me, because they do not do custom rings. and I would of had to just re-buy the same ring in platinum, but pay significantly more. Ron was great to work with! I had my new ring back within 1-2 weeks at most!

It looks amazing, and I love it! Most importantly though, I was able to keep all my original diamonds in the ring, and the price was extremely reasonable! I have referred him to others, and will come back myself!

Had a ring I needed sized down from a 6 1/2 to a 6. This man was very professional. He said 1 day. All the other places I called said 1wk or 2wks and the price was the same or higher. He was well priced and prompt. I recommend this shop to anyone. Very honest.

I brought a gold chain in to have the clasp replaced. Ron gave me a very FAIR price because he does not have the overhead cost of a store front. Any of the local jewelry stores in the area would have charged me more than double the price for the repair. I am sure his same fair pricing applies to his jewelry for sale. Now that I am aware that he is at this location, I will go to no other Jeweler when the need arises.

Ron is the real deal. He knows his stuff and his low overhead gets you the best pricing in the Twin Cities, possibly in all of MN. I've worked with wholesalers in San Francisco and NYC and Ron is much more honest and his pricing is better. As he will tell you, go shopping to understand what you want and then go see him. My fiance and I had a fabulous experience working with Ron and his custom designer to create the perfect ring! They can replicate anything you've seen in a magazine, another store, or anything you can imagine. What you can save here by cutting out the middlemen is just ridiculous. Highly highly recommend!

Bought engagement ring, wedding rings, earrings, and a necklace from wholesale. Reasonable prices. The ambiance is no frills but that means your not paying for it. They can custom make things for you too.

The owner made no effort to communicate. I payed for a necklace and didn't receive for almost 2 months. The first time I got it the diamond was so cloudy, someone asked if it was an opal. I sent it back to get a new diamond and he admitted he had put a crappy diamond in it. It took us filing a report with our credit company for him to send the necklace back out.

We have bought several things from him and have sent multiple customers but recently his customer service had been nonexistent. We will not be purchasing anything else from him

I was referred to Ron from a friend who bought an engagement ring and was very pleased. I too was in the market and had done quite a bit of research and pricing of what I wanted. Ron did an excellent job of helping me out. I showed him a pic of what I had in mind and he was able to use a larger center stone, customize the setting (diamond encrusted halo), and assure that I had the sizing right; all for about 15% less than the online retailers (who themselves were less expensive than local retailers).

Ron was very professional and easy to deal with, he had a ring custom made that was exactly what I was looking for. My fiance loves the ring and the price was great, Ron even resized it for no charge. I would definitely recommend.

Ron is amazing. I am a very lucky lady in that my fiance has done business with him for several items, including an incredibly gorgeous engagement ring. I had found a setting I liked of ornate hand-engraving and filigree that Ron was able to commission for an incredible price - which meant I also ended up with a stunning large diamond as well. I recently went back to order my wedding band with him at only 6 weeks out so I was a little nervous - he was able to get me exactly what I wanted, within 3 weeks and under my budget. He is a miracle-worker.

Ron is a very honest upfront person, do not expect the big show, but you get a great deal on jewlery. Make sure to look around beforehand so that you had an idea of what you want before heading to him. He works with a jewlery then to design the item exactly how you want it

I've only given one other "one-star" Yelp rant, but these guys take the cake. My sweetie and I went here, with the idea of having a smaller stone put into a white gold ring. It is not a Tiffany ring, but not junk. The owner (his picture is on the website) says (direct quote): "It's just a sh*tty little ring." WOW! The website says, "We will tell you the truth, even if it hurts your feelings." I guess we were warned. I've done business w/schnorrers & putzes in NY who weren't this rude though. Convenient location in The Lumber Exchange Bldg. Not much merchandise at all there, but it's just a sh*tty little store. Caveat Emptor!
