I got a custom ring made here it is beyond perfect. I am happy with the outcome. I went there with a sketch and an idea and they made it a reality!

My brother wants to propose to his girlfriend. She asked me where he should buy his engagement ring. Since I'm satisfied with the output that this store has made, I recommend this place. I know this place since it was recommended by my friends. He asked me if I could accompany him since he is not familiar with this store. I said Yes and we came here yesterday.

When we entered, one staff member assisted us. My brother told me what he wanted. My brother wants a simple engagement ring with some diamonds on it. He doesn't want to pick on inventory full of jewelry, instead he wants it to be made with his desired design. He wants something unique and rare. After a week we came here and the output was pretty amazing. It is simple yet looks elegant. My brother loves it and I'm sure his girl loves it too. He's satisfied with the output. Perfect place to find your engagement ring! They are artists! My husband bought our engagement ring with them and they were so helpful with the choice of diamond and the setting with the setting! It is very difficult to put into words the Top Class level of value, service & quality - Baladna Jewelry delivered. I was dreading the process of purchasing an engagement ring for my fiance (thoughts of getting scammed, getting fake stones, extremely inflated prices). In my process of completing my due diligence I had numerous interactions with other Jewelers go sour from (Well known jewelers in the city).

In various aspects from not following up, ignoring calls. From inception Johnny was so warm, welcoming and not in any way cliche treated me as family -genuinely trustworthy. Answered all my questions, heard all my requests, and demands (knowing me, you would know the high level of attention to detail I give, and the high level of quality I demand).

The resulting product left me genuinely in disbelief, along with my now fiance and everyone who is the ring is presented. The execution and quality is incredible, the custom design specifications was produced exactly to spec. To give you an idea: pave stones on the sides of the main center stone to give a floating center stone with glimmer on each four sides of a radiant cut stone, a birdcage under underneath with pave sidetones, triple pave on the band, secret stone underneath in the band - color matched to my request, engraving on the interior of the band.

A massive level of detail was required for this project. I provided videos, pictures, measurements and Baladna knocked it out of the park. Anyone who is in the market for an engagement ring would be BEYOND well served by visiting/connecting with Baladna. I can confidently assure you Johnny and Baladna will deliver QUALITY, VALUE and SERVICE unlike any other business in the greater Chicagoland area.

The level of gratefulness I have toward's Johnny is beyond measure. I am forever utterly grateful to to him for creating this token that signifies so much to myself and now fiance.

I can't begin to tell you how fantastic the service is here, or the quality of jewelry is at this store. They have quite the selection of gold sets (necklace, bracelets and earrings) along with rings, and pendants. My engagement ring was custom made, thanks to Johnny asking my now husband the right questions and making sure he got exactly what he asked for.

My husband loved his experience! Our wedding bands are also from here and my husband's band is quite unique. I don't think he can get it anywhere else. When I take my rings to get cleaned, they do a phenomenal job, and they talk to you. They treat you like a family member, not just any customer. My third time here and this is a review I should have written a couple of years ago. This store has some of the most unique gold and silver jewelry around. The necklaces and rings are fantastic! The owner is one of the nicest guys I've ever met and the other people who work here are also pleasant and helpful.

Highly recommend this wonderful jewelry store. I brought in a ring that I was given passed down by my mom. The ring was from the 80s, a little outdated looking, so therefore I did not wear it. I wanted something modern and elegant looking with a thin band, but still maintained the overall look of the ring. Johnny had my ring redesigned and done all in 2 days!

My fiance and I went here to get our wedding bands. Recommend to us by my parents neighbors. Very very happy we decided to come here.
