Absolutely amazing staff and craftsmanship. I left my rings to get resized and serviced and boy did they come out gorgeous! I'm so happy I can wear them again, and the sparkle and shine of the gold is breathtaking. I will certainly be bringing it back to get serviced here, no need to look for another jeweler.

Easy process of selling silver. However, not much was explained about the way it worked and the lady helping us could have been more kind. She seemed a little put-out when we arrived with items to see about selling. I called ahead and asked if we needed an appointment to make the process flow and to not waste anyone's time. They said no. So I assumed that we would be greeted by someone happy to see us.not so.

Don't get me wrong, she was nice, she just seemed put-out. My first impression of this store is that it's nice, the location is fine but the people working there should be (or at least act) excited to see customers when they arrive.

I give Arthur Yates & Son Jewelers a 5 star. They treat customers with respect and try to help there customers. They have a variety of different prices. It goes from high end to reasonable and affordable prices! There's something for everyone. I call it my little Gem.

The treatments is impeccable, you feel welcome there. I had a great experience, and the money you get for your gold is very good! I recommend this jewelry store if you need to sell your gold. Thumbs up!

I took quite a few pieces of jewelry to Arthur Yates & Sons Jewelers to sell for cash. Some pieces were scrap gold items and other were items I no longer was interested in wearing. When I arrived (before noon), I was immediately greeted and assisted by Heather who was very professional and friendly. After about 30-45 minutes of examining all the pieces, I was offered $5000.

I felt it was a very fair price and did not hesitate to accept it. I want to that Heather and the other associates for making this process easy and comfortable. I truly appreciate your service and will return to them if I find any other pieces to part with. Thank you.

Walked in not really knowing what i wanted to purchase but the kind people over at yates helped me through the whole process, were so thorough and patient with me. Fantastic Experience! My wife and I were looking for the perfect wedding band set and with their selection and help, it was an easy task. The service was second to none, the prices were unbeatable and the overall experience was excellent. Not only were we able to find the perfect wedding rings, we went back to sell a few pieces of scrap gold/silver and had some broken jewelry repaired. Absolutely would recommend!

I sold some sterling flatware. I went in prepared with a couple other quotes and theirs was the best. The owner was working with me and they made me very comfortable that I was being treated fairly. Their experience and history of the business was obvious. Highly recommend! I'll be back for that wedding ring upgrade in the near future. One of my best shopping experiences ever.

Fair prices, best quility products, very honest, very knowledgeable, really wonderful people.

I wanted to sell off my ex wives engagement ring and wedding band since the divorce was final. I read online this place has fair prices and treats people well. Someone must have been having a bad day. I brought the rings down to see how much they'd offer for the 2 white gold rings with diamond inlays. Yes the diamonds are small I know. The buyer takes out one ring looks it over with that eye thing and offers $100 for the ring he looked at and the one he never even took out of the box as well.

He said they'd buy mostly for the gold. I have the original receipt that was maybe 4 cents on the dollar if my math is right. And he didn't explain anything. He was nice enough to give me directions to two other places though. Not trying to get a better deal or even get a call. But you may want to think about this experience if you ever decide to even come near the door here.

Ordered a silver engraved silver bracelet and it had an error and they quickly corrected the engraving.

I saw the commercial on TV if few years ago and I just felt like that somebody I could do business with. I trusted them with a very precious diamond and they really help me get in the right setting, they did not overcharge me it was very simple and ever since then I have been going there trade in some jewelry I bought a beautiful ring. They gave me a great trade-in price I also had some broken jewelry I brought it in there and I feel like I can definitely trust these people and it's been a great experience!

Great experience this afternoon selling some old jewelry. I was greeted/helped promptly, my items were sorted, weighed, calculated and within minutes I had a check in my hand. An older gentleman who I'm. guessing was one of the owners came up and greeted me, shook my hand, asked how my day was going, and thanked me for stopping in. Super nice people, will definitely consider Yates next time I'm in the market to purchase and will recommend them to my friends.
