I'm so happy that I chose Knox Jewelers for my wife's engagement ring! I love their designs and their craftsmanship is impeccable. I worked with Kristin through the whole process and she was awesome. She got a great sense of what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect ring. She made me feel at ease in what was very unfamiliar territory. Kristin also helped me select a beautiful diamond for the ring.

It's worth noting that Knox had a better selection of diamonds at better prices than anywhere else in town. When it came time to choose wedding bands, it was a no-brainer to go back to Knox. We now have three beautiful rings that we are absolutely thrilled with. I'd recommend Knox Jewelers to anyone!

Oh wow, I am still completely blown away by the incredible service that Ryan at Knox Jeweler provided me throughout the whole process. I came in not knowing a single thing about engagement rings, and feeling like an expert. Ryan really wanted me to pick the perfect ring for the budget I presented him. He made sure that I wasn't picking a diamond based on the carat size, but rather, he allowed me to look at a variety of different diamonds with varying weight/color/shape.

The best part is, at no point in time did I feel like Ryan was swaying me towards a specific diamond. Instead, with his infinite knowledge on diamonds, he told me all the details of the diamond I was looking at and at the end, allowed me to pick the one I felt like was the right choice. But it doesn't even stop right there, after picking the best diamond choice that was in the store, Ryan pulled up a list of a million more diamonds that he did not have in store but can order so I could check out. Again, he filtered the list by budget and tried to find me the best diamond possible, I picked a couple so that we can compare it to the diamond I have selected I store.

He told me to come back next week and the new diamonds should arrive. I ended up picking the original but it was nice to see such a huge variety of diamonds that were all within my budget. I was initially afraid of diamond shopping because I had no knowledge on them, but my experience at Knox Jewelers really wiped out that fear. I would highly recommend them to anyone as the customer service here is beyond anything I've ever experienced.

Knox is excellent! My engagement ring was stunning, and the wedding band they custom designed to match is perfect. I wasn't even sure what I wanted exactly - but they helped me with ideas and nailed it! Emily and team are exceptional communicators and kept us informed throughout the process with schematics, progress photos and explanations. They designed, shared progress and delivered faster than I expected. And, what you see online is exactly what to expect. We had such a wonderful experience with Knox Jewelers and Kristin! Kristin was so welcoming, kind, and helpful as we went through the process of selecting engagement rings. She was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining the different types and styles of rings and stones. Knox had a wide variety, and were very flexible with making small adjustments and special customizations.

I love Knox Jewelers! The staff was responsive and patient. They helped me figure out what type of hand engraving I wanted on the band and what type of band. The images they sent of the ring being made was SO COOL! They even helped with resizing the ring later. Not only was the customer experience top notch, the quality of the product is outstanding. I began searching for a ring a long time ago. Had my heart set on a couple different rings, but was thankfully talked out of them. I wanted something unique, beautiful, and had no clue what I was doing. Then I got notified I was deploying, and the ring search was put on hold. For anyone who hasn't been deployed, there's lengthy moments of time you have to over obsess about things.

So I began over obsessing about rings. With the help of a couple friend's of my then girlfriend, I was able to get a ring size and a couple more ideas to go off from. I searched and searched, finally stumbling to Knox Jewelry. I was surprised by the many different selections, and loved the engravings, and based off the pictures that I got from her friends, that's exactly what she was looking for as well.

I emailed the Jeweler and was put in touch with Emily. I told her what I was looking for and even though I was several continents away, and it took many months of preparation, from me, she was abundantly helpful and patient. We were able to do everything over email, and she even added my brother to the order so he could pick it up. I wanted to surprise my now fiance by coming home early and proposing, and Emily even was able to work discreetly with me.

She never pressured me, and was more than helpful finding a center stone, and recommendation with insurance. It's just wonderful how smooth everything went, and being able to surprise her with not only coming home, but such a beautiful ring just made everything perfect. I can't say enough about how great this place is to work with, and how stunning their rings are. Huge thank you to Knox Jewelry! In addition to all that, they even sent me access to a photo gallery so I could watch the process of the ring. Highly recommend!

I love this business and the pieces that they make. They are truly unique and beautiful. I have purchased multiple items from them and they are as beautiful today as they were the day I bought them. Hands down the best jewelry store around. Distance is not an issue, they make it easy to get items fitted and sized for you. The staff is amazing and always ready help. I am a customer for life!

This place is amazing. My husband and I purchased my white gold and sapphire engagement and wedding rings here, and were able to customize the rings every step of the way. They also referred him to a great partner when we needed to resize and restore an heirloom band for him. Loved every bit of the experience of working with Knox Jewelers and would recommend them to anyone!

I was doing an online search for a new wedding band to upgrade my current band. I came across a style I liked at Knox and reached out to the store. Kristin, the store manager, said she would be happy to send me the band to try on at home. I didn't care for the first band, so she sent me a second style to try. It was close but not just right. She then suggested ways to modify the design of the band to better complement my engagement ring.

From there, she sent me a wax cast of the ring to check for size. Once approved, the design went into production. Knox creates a web page with photos of the ring going through the design process which is really special. I received the ring today and could not be happier! The finished piece exceeded my expectations. Kristin was a pleasure to work with - extremely knowledgeable and professional and quick to respond to my questions. The only downside of the experience was not getting to meet her in person as I live in a different state. It's great to find a jeweler you can trust!

We bought an engagement ring and both or our wedding bands here. We aren't local to the Minneapolis area and they made it super easy. I loved the updates and pictures that we received throughout the process. Rings are gorgeous! We couldn't be happier.

My fiance and I had the pleasure of working with Kristin Schelitzche when creating our custom engagement ring. On our first visit to Knox Jewelers we were greeted by Kristin who walked us through the store and answered some of our initial questions. She helped us pick a ring that we could then customize in whatever fashion we'd like. I know my fiance really enjoyed creating a truly custom ring that suited her style and preferences.

The part I really enjoyed was checking my email to see updated photos of the ring's progress along with detailed narratives of each photo describing what was happening. This truly showed the craftsmanship and passion Knox puts into each ring. When I proposed, the expression on my fiance's face was absolutely priceless. I had never seen her more beautiful or excited than in that moment. Knox Jewelers far and away exceeded our expectations and perceptions of what ring shopping would be like.

They truly allow you to craft something that will become an heirloom to pass down for generations. Their staff was always courteous during our visits. Kristin specifically was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We have recommended Knox Jewelers to several of our friends and would encourage everyone who is ring shopping to at least stop in and explore everything they have to offer.

Selecting an engagement ring is a daunting process, but Kristin at Knox Jewellers did an incredible job of making us feel comfortable and informed in making our decisions. We had a great experience at Knox! We went in not entirely sure what we wanted for an engagement ring, and they really took the time answer all of our questions and helped us to design a beautiful ring! They kept us apprised of the progress of the ring at every step and the product at the end was better than we imagined! We would definitely recommend this place for your next piece of jewelry!

I will never go anywhere else, Knox is truly the best and I will continue to come here for anything in the future. Knowing that I am a little particular, my fiance wanted to let me pick out my ring (after proposing with a temp. one). I was undecided as to what I actually wanted for a stone and Knox has a huge catalog of various stones available. We stopped in on a Saturday and met Kristin, she is extremely knowledgeable and provided a lot of information about things I would have never thought about (until probably after the fact).

Also at no time during our visit did we ever feel pressured, judged, or as though we were being given a sales pitch, unlike every other place we had looked at. We decided to do custom ring and I feel confident that we would not have gotten anything better anywhere else. They are extremely dedicated to making sure every detail comes out just perfect and we certainly wouldn't have gotten there without Kristin's help and expertise. I get so many compliments on my ring and have a lot of envious friends. I have been telling everyone what an awesome experience this was!

KNOX-ed it out if the park! If the fact that we traveled 296mi after my fiancee proposed to pick out my ring doesn't entice you to at least stop in, you're unenticeable. Never having bought anything other than cheap decorative jewelry, I was quite overwhelmed at the literal endless options for their custom jewelry. Lucky for me, Kristin swooped in and saved the day with patient explanation, timely quotes, suggestions for keeping within our budget, and a military discount!

What first drew me to them was their unique, timeless designs that are crafted in the house, not off a production line in Bangladesh. The quaint shop is upstairs and the rings are crafted downstairs; you can watch them in action from the sidewalk. I was able to get my dream ring through emails of mock ups, their extensive gem gallery on the website, and email conversations with Kristin.

They kept me up to date at every step of the process with actual photos of my ring and live updates. The best part is you're keeping your money in the local economy and getting a unique piece of art. I could not have been more pleased with the service and final outcome of my beautiful ring.

My fiance and I went into Knox Jewelers because we wanted something special. They not only listened to exactly what we wanted but they ended up doing an amazing job and we couldn't be happier. I feel like we created our own heirlooms. They helped us incorporate a design of a mountain range we both love and it turned out perfectly. The two rings we had made are a perfect set. I had been perusing local stores and various websites for a few weeks before coming upon Knox's website. I had a certain kind of ring in my mind, but just wasn't finding it elsewhere. After seeing some really great reviews for Knox, I decided to investigate further. I was able to view all of their rings through their website, which was key.

It turns out that they had exactly the kind of ring I had been looking for. I contacted them through their website, they responded via email and we set up an appointment at their Uptown location. Kristin was knowledgeable, and guided me through a few things since I was new to the process. But as I said, I pretty much knew what I wanted so I made it very easy for them. i walked in there and got what I wanted in about 15 minutes.

I did get the sense that they will work with you to get exactly what you need; custom pieces seemed to be part of the process if you weren't seeing anything at the store The building is a split-level: upstairs is the showroom and downstairs is where you can see them making all of the jewelry. Most jewelers have their inventory made elsewhere, so it's nice to see this place have a local feel to it.

I wasn't blown away by the facility and ambiance (it's small and I didn't think had much selection) but at the end of the day, the ring is fantastic and I got exactly what I was looking for. Point being: don't let that stupid stuff sway you from visiting Knox! Ultimately, I made someone very happy and she gets a lot of compliments about her ring and. SHE LOVES IT AND IS PROUD TO WEAR IT!

Working with Kristin at Knox Jewelers was a FANTASTIC experience! Some of the things I liked best about buying an engagement ring at Knox: - This was my first jewelry/diamond purchase and Kristin was respectful of that and provided great information. - The ring was custom made onsite right in Uptown and all future cleanings and repairs happen there, too.

No shipping it off somewhere. - Knox has a diamond list with prices on their website. I appreciated this transparency and thought it was cool that a diamond I found on the website was one that I could actually look at in the store. - Kristin was helpful and attentive throughout the process. - Knox emailed me pictures of my actual ring as it was being made. - My girlfriend (now fiancee) said yes when I proposed to her and she loves her ring! If you're looking for a low pressure jewelry buying experience with top notch customer service, I'd say this is the place to go.

Knox has the most gorgeous vintage settings you'll find in the area. However, their customer service just didn't stack up against other jewelers, so I didn't end up purchasing anything from them. At other jewelers, someone has immediately swooped in to help us one-on-one. Right when we got there, they asked us what we're looking for, told us about the jeweler, told us about the services we would get for free if we purchased a ring from them, offered to let me try rings on, etc.

One guy actually spent about 40 minutes explaining the history of the company, tons of details about the 4 Cs, and lots of other info about the whole ring shopping process. When we got to Knox, it was actually a little awkward. We were the only customers there, but the two girls working just kind of smiled and said hello. Eventually they did start asking what I was looking for and offering to take rings out of the case, but they weren't really selling, if that makes any sense.

At other types of stores, I'd actually appreciate being left alone. But most couples looking for engagement rings are pretty clueless and can use lots of help. When I asked questions about the diamonds Knox sells, they didn't seem knowledgeable at all and referred me to their diamond buyer. They had never heard of Lazare, which was a big surprise to me. Anyway, it's not like I had a horrendous experience or anything.

Other jewelers were just more attentive. The one that won me over was just the most knowledgeable with the best customer service. Very personable and willing to bend over backwards to help us. I didn't get that feeling from Knox.

Overall I had a great experience working with Brent Knox over the course of two months to get my fiance a beautiful oval diamond on a custom antique style platinum ring. Let me just say that she is absolutely in love with the ring and gets tons of unsolicited compliments on it (I'm sure all girls do, though). I will say that their diamond pricing was too high at first (by 10-15%). BUT, I simply said that I would not be willing to pay the premium for the custom ring (about $5K without the diamond - not cheap!) if they weren't competitive on the diamond.

I gave him some GIA certs and pricing from Blue Nile and told him what I wanted and after about three weeks he found a beautiful oval diamond that met my needs and was competitively priced. He also worked with me on making a change on one of their current ring designs that really accentuated the diamond. Brent was very pleasant, always understanding of my needs and always patient as he presented options until I made up my mind.

All of this was done by phone as I am in California. The experience was great and the outcome was even better than I had hoped for. I would highly recommend Knox Jewelers to anyone with a preference for antique style rings.
