He is responsive and willing to be flexible while helping you custom make or pick out jewelry. They work with you to find the perfect fit for what you are looking for at a reasonable cost! Great customer service and beautiful products! I have got several custom made items from them and am never disappointed!

We had been a customer of Thomas Joseph Jewelers for decades, but had been out of touch with them since we moved to Florida. Mike was so helpful when I called and asked him to match the thin gold band with channel set diamonds which my husband had bought me for our 25th anniversary vow renewal ceremony. Although I no longer had records for the ring, Mike was able to go back to the ring's manufacturer and match the band with rubies for our 40th anniversary vow renewal.

It was such exemplary service which made me remember why we always used Thomas Joseph Jewelers when we lived in Minnesota. We highly recommend them for quality jewelry products and service.

A couple of weeks ago, I went to visit my favorite jewelry store, Thomas Joseph and Sons, to find a pair of decent sized emerald earrings. I met with Richard Claypool who has helped me in the past and discussed size, shape, and color. Richard agreed to bring in a few examples that met the general requirements. A week later I was at the store looking at stones that Richard had brought in.

They were all close to what I wanted but we decided to iterate once more to get a better color and a more reasonable price. A week later, we had a winner! Size, color and price were reasonable and Richard said he would get them mounted in a few days. I picked up the final product within the week and they are beautiful. As always, it was a fun experience, like meeting with and old friend rather than a commercial relationship.

Thomas Joseph & Sons has been my family's jeweler since the 1950's. Most recently, Michael helped me pick out a beautiful new setting for my grandmother's engagement ring that was originally bought from his dad. This ring is so special to me. Thank you!
