This review is wayyy overdue.like 4 years overdue. This is strange, but 4 years ago I went to this shop while I was traveling, bought crystals, left them in a bag, completely forgot about them and for some reason had a desire to open them up today (6/7/22). As I'm looking at the crystals, I find the receipt which shows I was there on 6/7/18. Perhaps a coincidence but it motivated me to write this review.

I don't know if she still works there, but Tahira was a huge help when I visited the shop. I picked several crystals based on intuition/feeling and Tahira took the time to explain each stone I had selected and it's meaning and healing qualities. This shop has a wide selection and of Tahira, if you're still there. thank you for everything!

I was in town for Jazz Fest with my mother and my twin daughters (age 10). With a growing crystal collection of their own at home much like mine, they asked to go to a "crystal shop" as they call it. A lot of metaphysical shops can be pretty intimidating from a child's perspective. We really enjoyed Earth Odyssey. Such a light and airy atmosphere with positive energy that I felt completely comfortable bringing my kids to.

They have a great selection of crystals and other items. Once we paid at the counter, they also supplied my girls with identification cards for each crystal they bought which is great for someone who is still learning like my girls. I will definitely be back every time I am in Nola and look forward to bringing all 3 of daughters next time.

This is an amazing store made even better by the truly delightful staff. Diandra made visiting Earth Odyssey the best part of our trip, which is no small feat considering it was one of the last stops on a road trip across the country. She was not only extremely knowledgeable, but also clearly passionate about her work and the customer experience. The help we got from Diandra and the other great employees turned a shopping spree into a precious memory. Make sure you visit when you're in town, you won't regret it!

I love this place! They were recommended by a bartender to visit for a good selection stones and crystals. My friend and I found gorgeous rings we fell in love with we had to get, and Shannon and Shelby were amazing with explaining the stones properties. Very knowledgeable and kind. They signed me up for the point system and explained I could order online too since I am from out of state. Great experience!

I don't leave a lot of reviews but I have to for this place. I scheduled a reading for 6pm. I decided to spend the late afternoon in the French Quarter to look around before my reading. By 5 I was so overwhelmed by the energy and amount of people so I went to the shop early to get out of the streets. The people working in the front were so nice! They talked to me a little and then kind of let me do my own thing for an hour just looking around.

One employee misted me with Florida Water when I told her how I was feeling. I ended up buying some stuff but felt no pressure to do so. I didn't know what to expect from my reading but Charlie was amazing and I would recommend him. Really straightforward and I could tell he was listening and taking me seriously. The things he talked about felt really true and I left feeling hope about the current state of my life.

I know this is the kind of thing where everyone has to make the decision for themselves about who is a good fit, but I would suggest Charlie to any friends who visit New Orleans in the future. I hope this helps someone feel more comfortable coming here!

I absolutely love this shop! Four of us were in New Orleans for a conference and stumbled upon this shop. You could feel the warmth and love as soon as you entered! We all made purchases, and visited several times during our stay. No pressure just amazing customer service. I love the beautiful earrings I bought. They will always be an amazing memento of my trip! I came here on the suggestion of one of my friends. The store had an amazing vibe, and I loved the selection of stones. There were so many people in the store, and everyone was so happy and friendly. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, especially Shannon. She made sure that I found something that I could happy with that would fulfill what I was looking for. I would highly recommend this store for anyone visiting New Orleans. I will definitely be back next time I come to visit.

Shelby and Shannon were amazing! They were so nice and informed. I even got to chat with the owner. This woman can have all my money. The best crystal shop I've ever been to! I would make the six hour drive from Texas just to go here again. Can't recommend enough! The selection is amazing! Something for every budget.

All of the workers were super nice! But Isabella was a true gem! My first experience with a psychic and I've thought about that 20 mins with her the last week. I felt like I need to reach out and write how great of a job she did and i feel more heard than I did before my first reading. Thank you for that. Highly recommend her, she knew things that i have never even said out loud before.

Amazing experience every time I come here. Such good energy from the store and of course the workers. I was browsing crystals with my friend and ended up purchasing some palo santo. Love palo santo! It's hard to find them sold individually. SHELBY is incredible. She's so full of knowledge and told us more about some of the crystals we were interested.

I highly recommend talking to her if you need any help. 11/10 experience every time I'm here even if it's just for 10 minutes! I recommend this place for all your energetic needs.

Make sure you budget some time for browsing! They have a huge and beautiful collection of natural stone jewelry and other items. Diandra was especially helpful and exuberant while I was there. I bought some beautiful earrings that I absolutely love!

Just bought the most beautiful crystals and copper bracelet from this store. Diandra assisted me and was extremely pleasurable and knowledgeable. My interaction with her made my experience that much better. She helped my daughter pick out her first crystal and explained to her the meaning behind it. I'll definitely shop here in the future.

This is the most beautiful store, staffed with the friendliest people! They have every type of gem and crystal imaginable and a nice selection of metaphysical supplies. The jewelry is gorgeous - lots of great eye candy here! I have to say my experience with Diandra was wonderful - she was so patient as I picked out beads and just a lovely person to work with. Great shop with great people in the heart of the French Quarter! Loved it!

Emma was a true gem! She was patient with all my questions and showed me so many rings and even looked for more when I asked to see one in particular. She put all my crystals in individual bags with their names and purpose. I was impressed as they were only 99c! I will definitely be back next time I am in New Orleans!

I visited Earth Odyssey this past week, and I was amazed by the warm reception of the staff, as well as the selection of merchandise. While I may not get to visit in person again, it's good to know that I can always order online!

This spirituality shop is quaint but worth the visit. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have the cute little notes that can help anyone who's just starting out. It does get a little busy but they move pretty fast. Plan to bring some money if you want more than a few crystals, because there's lots to choose from.

I just found out about this place and I love it so much already! It's like a candy store but instead with gemstones and crystals. Emma and Shelby were super helpful and kind which made me feel welcome. This is my new favorite place :

So amazing! This is a must go if you are in the area and are a crystal lover or involve them in your life/practice in anyway. The prices, I thought, were amazing. Beautiful selection of tarot and oracle cards! The employees were so nice and if I had needed help I know they would have been so helpful having overheard them in action. On vacation, and decided to pop in for a reading. While they were fully booked, they were able to recommend several places they trusted that would have open bookings (that already goes above and beyond for customer service in my mind). The vibes in that store are IMMACULATE. I absolute couldn't leave without taking a little piece with me. Not only did Cam have the sharpest eyeliner I have ever seen, she was incredibly gracious. She helped me find the perfect peridot ring. I absolutely cannot sing her praises enough. Go. You'll regret it if you don't.

This place is awesome! It's a little small but they have a TON of crystals, stones, jewelry, and even some books about crystals! I can't wait to come back and buy more!

The atmosphere was so warming and inviting. Brett was absolutely charming and Isabella Was my psychic reader. She was pretty spot on. Great place and I will return.

I had the Native American (Washani) Tarot and Animal Totem (Wyakin) readings with Alta this past week over the phone. I always make it a point to stop into Earth Odyssey when I am in New Orleans. The last time I was physically in the shop was October 2018. I have no complaints and the service is always top tier. The last time I had a reading in person at the shop was in March of 2015 (forget the name of the woman who did the reading at the time.

I want to say Jessica but I may be wrong) and the reading did not resonate with me whatsoever. However, I am all for trying out a new person and I felt immediately drawn to Alta. Her profile resonated with me and I felt an unexplainable urge to contact her. I was blown away by her reading which moved me to tears by the end. The only information she knew was my name and birth month. I will definitely be contacting her in the future.

Another late post, but the store and it's staff left such an impression on me. Visited LA with friends for the New Year 2017 going into 2018. My girlfriend has extensive crystal knowledge and was interested in a reading so we stopped in off the street. We weren't able to get a reading due to scheduling but did pick up some beautiful crystals.

Can I tell you these are the most powerful crystals I have encountered? I've purchased others, but the howlite, amethyst, pink opal, goldstone, smoky quartz, hematite, garnet and carnelian from Earth Odyssey are the most beautiful and energy filled stones/crystals in my collection. Plus, each one came in an individual bag with a tag. I could spend hours in the store and will definitely purchase online.

We happened on this store while enjoying NewOrleans. What a great find. Lots of beautiful Jewlery and natural stones. Ricky and Ryan helped up and were very nice and professional. Well worth the time to stop and spend lots of time browsing. Great selection and great staff. Well worth the visit! Enjoy!
