I cannot speak more highly of Charles Koll Jewelers and the work they do. I purchases my fiance's engagement ring here and worked closely with Richard on designing the perfect ring. They are fair and provide expert consultation throughout the entire process. The final product was perfect. We also purchased our wedding bands here which were also custom designed and they will accompany her engagement ring perfectly. Everybody is so friendly at their office and their priority is customer satisfaction. HIGHLY recommend using Charles Koll as your jeweler.

I don't even know where to start other than to say that from top to bottom beginning to end these guys were amazing. We happened upon a sale and during their transition to the new location so it was perfect timing but ultimately my wife's ring was lost after 14 years of marriage and we were able to get it replaced with an even better ring for about the same cost and she absolutely loves it. Richard is phenomenal. Plus it is a family-owned business which is always nice. And as a business owner myself I critique pretty hard. :

We used Charles Koll for my wife's engagement ring and both of our wedding bands. Each one was a custom piece and each visit was a wonderful experience. Malcom really took his time to help us pick out a style that worked for us. All the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I brought a couple designer watches in for battery replacements. They broke my Gucci watch. They still charged me for my other watch battery (they could have comped it as an apology). They said they would fix my Gucci watch, but I didn't trust them to replace with authentic Gucci parts. I took it to the Gucci store and paid over $100 to have it repaired after their mistake. What a hassle.

The Koll team are simply fantastic. They helped my (now) husband design a beautiful engagement ring that reflected both of our styles. I love my ring and appreciate the time they spent with him (and online stalking of my Pinterest account) to help create a one of a kind treasure without a crazy budget :) We went back for our wedding rings and they listened to our ideas about customizing off the shelf bands and executed them perfectly! They are always SO nice to us when we shop in this store. I got my wedding ring re-set here and every time I go to the mall they check to make sure the prongs are holding my diamond securely and then they make it look brand new at no charge. I recently had a fairly inexpensive ring made for my daughter and the experience was just as good as it was when we did my wedding ring. That tells me they care about their customers, not just the sale. This is now our "go-to" jeweler!

I was in the process of buying an engagement ring recently, and I would highly recommend this jewelry store to the novice engagement ring buyer. The jeweler I worked with was Claire Freeby. She was genuine and patient and did an incredible job explaining the process of selecting a diamond. She made sure to stay within the boundaries of my budget. There was absolutely no pressure, no upselling, and no hidden surprises. It is a big and intimidating store, so I would recommend just asking for Claire when walking in.

I've always had a great experience in this store, and most of the time I'm just looking. Lacey is very helpful and she even remembers my name despite only coming in 1-2 times a year. I love how they clean my earrings every time I stop in for a visit.

Our experience getting wedding bands with Claire was amazing! Everyone went above and beyond to help us out and make sure everything was perfect. Richard and his team designed a custom engagement ring for my fiance. Came out gorgeous and at the price I was looking to pay. Richard took the time to help me design it and didn't charge me extra for it. He kept me in loop the entire process. Very honest and trustworthy and I wouldn't go anywhere else. And I have recommended them to many of my family and clients.

Charles Koll exceeded my expectations! We went in looking for wedding bands, my engagement ring had a difficult band to work around and after explaining what kind of wedding band I wanted they reset my ring, and matched it with the band and it it exactly what I wanted. My partners ring is beautifully crafted, and the quality is great. They are very transparent with their work and pricing which from my previous experience is something that a lot of jewelers lack. I will definitely go back and recommend them.

My wife bought my wedding ring here in 1994, it is an awesome ring and I get nice comments about it often. Her ring is an antique ring that had been in my family for generations, I had some work done on it by a another jeweller, prior to knowing about Koll. Honestly, wish I would have known about Koll at the time because we have had to redo everything the original jeweller did on that ring.

The reworks have been excellent. If you have never been to Koll Jewellers, stop by. They have the most beautiful jewelery, really unique designs. They also can work on your existing jewelry and provide excellent, to the point, service. They communicate well and don't play games. Good folks!

I needed my engagement ring fixed after a prong was bent and i am so pleased I brought it to Charles Koll! I took it to my normal jeweler and they were going to charge me and have it sent out for 2 weeks to be fixed. Charles Koll looked at it immediately, fixed it, and said it was on the house! So glad i didn't have to part ways with my ring for an extended period of time! Thank you! Impeccable customer service!

We have been patrons of this jewelry store since 2001. If you want unusual pieces that nobody else will have, then look no further. Their prices, in my opinion are excellent for the quality and craftsmanship. If you are so inclined, they will help you design and make a piece just for you. Most recently, I brought in some jewelry for varying repairs and some rings for a slight size adjustment.

They accidentally damaged a runway piece from YSL- a cuff, while attempting to polish a scratch. Not their fault really because we were all unsure of the material. They totally stood behind the mistake and had the cuff re-plated with no charge to me. I haven't picked it up yet, but I am sure it looks amazing. Lacey ( beautiful, long blonde hair) is a fabulous employee and should be commended for her customer service.

She is friendly, knowledgeable and follows up, which is very important to retaining customers. She's excellent at making suggestions if you need help with decisions and budget considerations. She is very honest and respectful! Also, if you want to own a unique piece ( like a diamond suspended instead of mounted) from award winning designer, Steven Kretchmer, look no further, they are an authorized dealer.

Most recently, another great experience ( other than a bit of miscommunication during a couple of phone calls to check on repairs- which was no big deal). I highly recommend them. They are a family owned business- not a big chain store. They offer jewelry for all budgets, so I say, go ahead, give this place a try and you will be a lifelong customer.

I could not be happier with the service here! I bent my wedding ring/engagement ring and a small diamond fell out and it was cracked. The main diamond was bent out of shape too. It had been a while since it had been "dipped" so it lacked its original vibrance. They made it look as good or better than the day I received it! So thankful I didn't spend the effort to send the ring to the original maker in another state. I would never go anywhere else! I wish I had a before pic to share.
