My boyfriend (now fiance) and I came in to get ideas on engagement rings. I knew I wanted a yellow diamond but wasn't sure on what the band should look like. After leaving, and unbeknownst to me, my boyfriend went back and started collaborating with the jeweler and staff at Harzin to make this masterpiece! I was thrilled when I saw this ring at my proposal. Couldn't have asked for a better quality and unique ring! Definitely recommend!

Came in to buy myself a ring and had an amazing experience. The workers were very attentive and kind. They helped me to customize the perfect ring! I was able to pick out a loose stone and then choose the setting to create the exact ring I wanted. Prices were very reasonable as well. The ring was ready in an hour and it is beautiful. Vik (master jeweler) at Harzin Jewelers is as good as it gets. He's basically a magician when it comes to jewelry. I dropped off my engagement ring to be resized and he made me feel very comfortable. He suggested to put a ball inside rather than remolding because he didn't want the foundation to get damaged. His prices are extremely reasonable considering the caliber of service he provides. He shined the rings, adjusted my watch, and gave me a ring box- all for free. I'll definitely come back here if/when I need a professional jeweler again. Thanks Vik!

These guys ended up being real life savers. I was recently engaged and noticed the ring had a loose stone. Well THE loose stone. It falls out, I'm out a whole lot of money, but I couldn't get myself to ask my fiance to take it off until we got back to our home state. We walked around the shops in the area explaining the situation and everyone except this one said it would be a two week wait to fix the ring.

These guys offered to tighten the diamond on the spot for free to prevent it from falling off but there would still be the chance it would loosen up later on. We ended up changing the setting entirely, keeping the band and finding a nearly identical one with harder gold and more prongs. It came out great and my fiance was back to wearing her ring within an hour.

The pricing was reasonable especially given the speed and skill in which it was done, and the family that owns the store couldn't have been nicer. I had already been to three jewelers who had held the ring for days and this was the first that allowed me to see my engraved GIA number to confirm the diamond never got switched out. Though I never suspected that would happen here, this ring has changed hands enough that I was eager to double check for myself. It's worth noting that the jewelry they had in the shop was well constructed, with high quality stones and finishing and definitely worth a look.

Harzin made our experience easy and enjoyable. Lou showed us a couple of diamonds and educated us without a sales pitch. Vic was beyond accommodating with my particular wants and wishes. I went back a couple of times for "tweaks" and changes and was welcomed with, "What's going to make you happy, makes us happy." Lou and Vic made my dreams come true with the diamond engagement ring I've always wanted. Thank you, Harzin!

The attention to detail and service is what puts Harzin Jewelers above the noise. I spent a long time going around to different places trying to get my custom engagement ring realized. Vic and his team without a doubt came through even during a pandemic! Our custom engagement ring are spectacular and We can't wait to come back and get our wedding bands.

These guys were absolutely fantastic. I had been to a few other jewelers where I felt like the experience was sort of impersonal. The ring I wanted was a little unusual, and I couldn't find anything like it anywhere. Lou and Vic listened to me and gave honest advice on what was possible and how much it would cost. They built the ring custom over the course of a week, and it came out perfect.

I've seen a lot of places that focus entirely on letting you choose every aspect of a ring but also leave you on your own when it comes to details. Harzin does a really good job of listening and understanding what your looking for, while also providing you with honest, solid guidance on things you never would have thought of. My fiancee, who had been planning on saying no as a joke, just kept repeating, "Oh my God you did SUCH a good job, " and completely forgot to go through with the prank. Thanks guys :

THIS IS LONG OVERDUE! Vic and the team at Harzin Jewelers are AMAZING. Vic custom built my wife' engagement ring and 2 eternity wedding bands. Whenever we are in the area, we stop in and Vic and team checks the integrity of the piece and cleans them. Harzin Jewelers will now be our family's jeweler for years to come because of their quality, pricing, and customer service.

Harzin has been great to my wife and I. We bought our wedding rings at Harzin over a year ago. My engagement ring was purchased there in November of 1985 my wedding band 1986. We have purchased many pieces over the years. Their service is fabulous! Vic can create what ever you want. You want Harzin to be your jeweler. They treat you like family. This is the ultimate story of trust. They have lower prices than market rate and instead of just charging slightly lower, they do the absolute best job, almost charging you at all. They saved me $230 on a repair on my ring: Milanj in King of Prussia told me I needed a $250 repair on my engagement ring.

I called Harzin to double check - Harzin could have said they would do it for $200 and I would have been thrilled. They did it for $20! They have cleaned and checked my ring multiple times per year free of charge. They are always thrilled to see you and happy to help, and seemingly unwilling to accept much payment. I am always feeling like I owe them more, and so thrilled to work with Harzin. I will never go anywhere else for any jewelry, no matter what.

My fiance & I met Vic and his staff by sheer luck since Harzin was one of the few jewelry stores on jewelers row open on a Saturday in July. I told Vic about my love affair with antique diamonds, specifically old europeans, and by the following Saturday he had 4 for me to choose from. My fiance ultimately made the decision as the proposal was a surprise but picked out the one that Vic and I agreed was the best of the bunch. Vic then made a custom setting for me based off another designer's design I had seen on Instagram and the ring turned out absolutely amazingly.

My fiance proposed with some of his grandma's diamonds, and we went in to Harzin Jewelers Inc to make an engagement ring out of them. It was a wonderful experience. Vic listened to what I was looking for, and helped me get the minimalist engagement ring and wedding band that we were looking for. Nobody tried to up-sell us, we were given realistic expectations and they delivered exactly what we wanted. I love the ring Vic made for me and I loved the way they treated us. Very approachable, very kind and I am so, so happy with my ring and our bands.

DO NOT GO HERE. The most untrustworthy jeweler that I have run into on jewelers row, and actually ever. I was having a pair of earrings made, and they had me come in for a separate appointment to pick the gemstones out myself. When I got home after picking up the earrings, I realized that neither of the stones were the ones that I picked out but were rather much poorer in quality.

I was told to come back in, and the head jeweler made some measly excuse that "I switched one of the stones because I thought it was a better size". Well, both of the stones were switched. All of the stones to choose from were the EXACT size. Anyone with decency would have placed a phone call to the client asking permission to change their order. Clearly, that was all a fabricated story.

The sad thing is that my family has purchased from here before. We did not even haggle on the price that they dropped for the earrings; we were very easy customers. They had us come in on multiple occasions and we are not from just around the corner. I found no customer loyalty at this place and it represents a jeweler taking advantage of who he thought was a naive client. Just sad. They have lost many customers for life now.

The experience received here was wonderful. I was greeted warmly as I entered, and when asked what I was looking for, was shown exactly that. Prices were reasonable and the stone I'd brought to set was evaluated and set in under an hour. The work performed was perfect. No pressure, real people, reasonable prices, good selection and fast service. I'm not saying this can't be had elsewhere, but you can rest assured you can get it all right here. This is the whole package. Thanks guys, she really likes the ring.

My soon-to-be husband and I purchased our wedding bands here and we couldn't be happier. The staff is over-the-top friendly and not pushy like some of the other jewelers can be on the row.
