I've used him twice for expensive watches and am very pleased. First my wife's Cartier, which I had at several other stores to no avail. 3 weeks in and out and it is fine. Then my Rolex which I had in and out of several stores. Now it's not only working fine but it's not slow anymore. Good work on good watches isn't cheap. But it's not outrageous and on these watches worth the investment.

I found TNS through their eBay site, but contacted them directly on the purchase of a high-end watch. Austin was great to work with and gave me a fantastic deal on brand new Bulgari Octo Finissimo. There is another Philly watch dealer that I usually use, and they had the same watch, pre-owned, for almost $1,000 more. Such a deal! I wired the funds to TNS and the next day, the watch was FedEx'ed to me.

It is perfect and everything was included, boxes, papers and even the shrink wrapping from the manufacturer. Even though I am local to Philly, we did everything via text and email and Austin was super-responsive. I'm glad I found TNS. I plan to be a repeat customer and recommend them highly!

I purchased a Rolex 2 tone Daytona from Tns today and have to compliment them on their excellent service and friendliness. Both Tony and Austin are wonderful to deal with. They don't pressure you like other jewelers on the street and give you a certain comfort level when buying an expensive watch. I have gone to their shop many times to just check out their watches even though I don't have intentions to buy and they are always welcoming even just to chat. I brought in my Omega Speedmaster after the Chrystal glass had been destroyed. Instead of instantly saying you have to replace the glass they offered to polish it to save me some money. I told them I could see cracks in it so it had to be replaced. I was told it would be finished for me when I was back in Philly after the weekend and about 30 min after dropping it off I received the message that it was done. I picked it up and it looked gorgeous. Very glad I could take my watch to such a reputable place with honest people. 10/10
