I bought an engagement ring from Eric after he was recommended by some other happy customers. I was not disappointment. I really appreciated the expertise and honesty and found everything that I was told was reliable and accurate. Prices are also very competitive and I have been very happy along with my now fiance with our ring choice.

My fiance and I got our engagement ring here and our experience was amazing! The owner was so kind and helped us pick an amazing ring for our price. He spent time outside of his stores hours to help get us exactly what we wanted! The ring is beautiful and we highly recommend!

This place is wonderful. My fiance and I decided to shop for engagement rings, and I was really hopeful that we would be able to use the stone from my mothers engagement ring, but I was worried that a custom ring would be way out of budget. We walked in and the service was amazing from the start. They were able to do exactly what we needed done, and helped us design and bring to life a beautiful piece using the diamond we brought, at an amazingly affordable price. I would recommend to anybody and everybody.

My family has been going here for years. My step grandpa for my grandma's ring. My dad for my mom's. My husband for mine. Me for my husband's. My brother for my SIL. My husband is an immigrant and at the time of our engagement, had very little money. He wanted to give me the biggest diamond that he could afford, which was a half karat. Eric knew that he didn't have a ton of money, told him he could do a.4 karat diamond, which be less expensive and barely smaller than the half karat.

My husband then gave him literally all the money he had. My mother was with him and quietly asked him if he had enough money for gas to get home (he lived in Spanish Fork at the time). Eric over heard that and gave him back $40 dollars so he could pay for gas. He customized my ring and my husband's ring for no extra cost. And when I notice a couple years back that an accent diamond had fallen out. I took it in and they fixed it, for free. No questions asked. They will give a fair price and quality work. Truly the best in the business. I send everyone to them.

My girlfriend and I went in the other day to look at some rings and the service was awesome! We didn't end up going with a ring from here but just had to write a review cause we loved it there. The prices are really fair and there are so many different settings to choose from. Plus if you want to customize one of them they can do that for you too.

Very clean. Beautiful jewelry. Friendly staff. We bought our wedding ring here in 1997 and they still clean and inspect it for free whenever we bring it in.

Very helpful staff! My girlfriend and I wanted to design her engagement ring and Eric and his crew were more than happy to help us. A few weeks later we had our custom ring before our eyes! It is gorgeous and the best part is, she said yes!

The owner Eric was so great to work with during a recent visit to clean two Omega watches. Have been coming here for years prior to him taking over from the previous owner. His expertise and dedication to fixing my two watches and getting them cleaned up was fantastic! Great customer service will keep me coming back for all of my watch and jewelry needs!

Since this has been taken over by a son-in-law, service has dropped to a low, so low I won't be going back, I don't trust them. Very poor communication and service. I am disappointed that this has changed hands, but I understand the need to retire as well, it is just sad to see how downhill it has gone.

We picked out a diamond and designed a wedding ring over 33 years ago. I still love it. When our daughter got married she purchased her husbands wedding band and my husband couldn't help himself buying a new band for himself. Along with other purchases, we've always had great service!

Eric at Philip & Co has been so accommodating and helpful to our family in our jewelry needs over the past decade, beginning with the perfect high-quality, upgraded comfort wedding band for my husband. Then he helped my husband come up with the perfect ring for me for Christmas last year (pictured), which I adored. I have received several other lovely jewelry items as gifts which came from Philip & Co-definitely my favorite jewelry pieces because of their simple elegance and amazing quality and beauty. Makes me feel good to patronize a small, local, family-owned SLC business, too. When I got married over 20 years ago I picked out my wife's wedding ring. Then for our anniversary a few years back I told her she could get the setting changed if she wanted to. We took it into Eric and Philip & Co. because I knew they would do it right. That was a couple of years ago and my wife still loves what Eric was able to do with the diamond and new setting. Philip & Co was the perfect jewelers! I would recommend anyone to visit. The people are so friendly, knowledgable, and fun to work with. We got my engagement ring and my husbands wedding band here and they helped us pick out something we both love. For my husbands band we found one we really loved on Google so we brought in the picture and they made the ring to our exact specifications.

They made the process so easy, fun, and comfortable. They were so patient helping educate us and resizing our rings until they fit perfectly. We were so pleased and will definitely be going back. Thank you Phillip & Co!

My family has been going here for four generations. We have never had a problem until the new owner took over (Eric). Me and my fiance went to look for an engagement ring and were promised a custom ring and wedding band in no more than 4 weeks. The engagement ring came in almost a month late, with no wedding band. It was about an additional 3 months before we got the wedding band.

We called frequently to check on it but would almost always be promised a call back and would never hear from them, or we would be told it was coming in the next day and not hear anything for weeks. I was even hung up on once or twice when asking about the ring. We finally were told the band was in, and we went to pick it up and it was the WRONG BAND.

They had had the correct band in the shop the entire time and had ordered the wrong ring in the first place. The only reason I am giving this even one star is because my ring is unique and beautiful. The absolute ridiculousness of the situation and the stress it put on me and my fiance was awful. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Such a perfect place to shop! You really can't beat the customer service here. I worked personally with the owners and they are so friendly, nice and honest. My first experience with them was 24 years ago after I lost my original wedding ring. Our neighbor worked there and he was a great guy, so we bought a gorgeous ring from Philip and Co. A few years ago my mother-in-law passed away and I needed to get her jewelry appraised to divide evenly among relatives. Eric did the job quickly AND WITHOUT CHARGING ME!

It was such a nice thing during a stressful time. They repaired jewelry/watches for me and appraised my own pieces (with photos for insurance). They recently updated their showroom. I feel secure because their doors are always locked--they buzz you in and out. Great service!

Two of my children have purchased their wedding rings at Phillip & Co and I have purchased several pieces as well. Super customer service, very knowledgeable and so friendly. No high pressure tactics, just quality service. It's like having a "true" friend in the Diamond business! All of my pieces have been delivered ahead of time and continue to impress. From my experience, their slogan should be "under promise and over deliver". Great company, will do business again and again.

My husband took me to Philip & Co. to look at engagement rings three years ago and he ended up purchasing it here too. They have an amazing selection and always friendly, professional staff. Over the years I have loved doing business with them from resizing jewelry to something as simple as cleaning/polishing rings too.

It's been an absolute nightmare dealing with Philip & Co. While their prices are great, there is no sense of customer service and respect. Beware if you have to order a ring that you can expect to hear many promises about when it will arrive and be ready etc. that will be outright lies. Expect to make many phone calls trying to figure out why the employees can't do their job competently.

My wedding band took over a month to be shipped to me (I live outside of Utah). Turns out it was the wrong size and it's been another 4 weeks and I'm still waiting for my properly-sized ring. Maddening.

Great place to do business! Helped us in a resizing pinch and only kept my precious for 48 hrs. Cost me less than a hot meal, too! They are a family favorite and I will always choose them for my jewelry needs!
