I have bought rings and earrings here and the selection isn't always the best and the staff could be a little friendlier but overall it is a good shop and I would return.

One other bad experience with Massey's. Prior to today I had not purchased anything from this jewelry store in over 20 years. I decided today to give them a chance, it was a bad idea. I was looking for something specific for my wife and the sales lady that attended my son and I decided to profile us by trying to steer us towards economy silver jewelry, even though I told her I was looking for white gold jewelry. She seemed hesitant to show us more expensive items. BTW, I have usually purchased $500 - $1,200 jewelry gifts for my wife for Christmas from Custom Jewelers.

I wish there was a no star! Went in to have my ring looked at, the old mean lady at the counter wouldn't even look at it. I needed them to check my prongs, cleaned and dipped again. All she said was bring it back in January. Do not go here! They are so disrespectful and very inconsiderate! Especially since the ring was purchased with them breaks my heart!

My fiance went to this store to get her ring size and the associate was extremely rude. From the sounds of it. This isn't the first time associates at the store have been snarky and asshats.

If we get this resolved I'll explain and edit but I'm very disappointed.

I purchased a ring here a couple years ago, and they offered a great, competitive deal. The employees were very helpful and friendly, not to mention patient as I frantically browsed the selection of jewelry that would be perfect for my then fiancee (now wife). Something must've worked for this place, 'cause she said yes! We visited again today for a regular cleaning.

After 15 minutes, were returned and picked up the ring-- sparkly, shiny and looked as if it were newly purchased. The man who helped us was cordial and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place as an option for those seeking jewelry.

The watch selection at Massey's Jewelers was impressive! They were happy to let me try watches on and even helped me size my finger for rings. I was happy to see that they had a 38mm version of the Breitling Navitimer! They carry Citizen, Breitling, and other watch brands.

I purchased two rings last year and due to Covid I was unable to come get it cleaned to keep up on the warranty. Since then I bent one ring and they still upheld their warranty. Scott was pleasant to work with. I appreciate their understanding and working with me to repair my ring.

Not only have I purchased their jewelry but they have repaired my existing jewelry. I trust them completely with all my jewelry needs.

I always come here to get my watches sized. They always take great care with my watches and are always very professional. They are an amazing team of long-time jewelry professionals who will treat you right. Highly recommend, next time I need a new watch or jewelry I will definitely be coming to them.

I received a email from the owner a few weeks ago asking me to come in and she would fix everything I emailed her back with 3 days asking her when we could meet three weeks later no word from the owner. I showed my daUghtwr the emaill she saiid that is the manager not the owner and I spoke with her several times. So how do I know this is not another trick being played on me by the "managers of the store" I wanna I'll be ever see my ring ever again and Massey's will neveer admmit there mistake. Stay away from this jewelry store. They glue there stones in they lie and make promises they can't keep. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!

They ALMOST got a 1 star Review because they misplaced my wedding set! The sales staff couldn't find it for quite a while when I went to pick my ring up after repairs. Reason was they're backed up with jewelry requests for Valentines. I originally took it to Masseys when one of my stones fell off. The set was purchased at another jeweler which closed a few months ago.

They finally found my ring, the new stone was there but it wasn't polished yet. Massey's waived my entire repair fee ($200) for their error and for how distraught I was thinking my wedding ring was possibly gone forever. When I returned to pick it up I couldn't believe how sparkly and well polished it was, it looked brand new! Just in time for celebrating Valentines. Thanks!

I bought an engagement ring here and the service was great! They looked at my (then) girlfriend's Pinterest board and helped present different options. They didn't press and were respectful. The ring has been great (we've had it for 6 months) all they require is you bring it in every 4 months to be checked, otherwise you void the warranty. If you can keep up with that then it is a lifetime warranty.

I have never been treated so rudely as I have at this jeweler. The workers are so snooty and demeaning, especially the ladies at the desk. My husband bought my engagement ring here some time ago, but I refuse to return to get it cleaned or inspected because I don't like feeling like I am inferior. Go to another jeweler where you are valued as a customer.

Frank- provides superior customer service and Jane are the best. Please ask for them and get your jewelry needs! Locally owned and operated, very good and ethical people!

My husband bought my ring here and they have been our go to jeweler ever since! They've always been honest with me and helpful with just about any little request I've ever had. Anytime I want my ring cleaned and polished they do it for free. I drop it off, do my shopping and it's ready when I'm done. Thank you Masseys.

Horrible experience. Bought a ring here and within a year started losing stones. Every time we take the ring in for an inspection they have to take it for 2 weeks to tighten the stones. We have lost a total of 3 stones now, and they are charging us to do repairs to an obviously faulty setting. Spent over an hour on the phone discussing our frustration and how unsatisfied we were as customers and they were not willing to do a thing about it.

Unfortunately I have had to use these guys the last 8 years and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Keep clear of these guys, go with a big company that stands behind the product they sell.

I do not recommend this shop for any jewelry work. I brought in two rings to have the settings redone, and was at first promised a one-week turnaround. Six weeks later, after call after call with one stupid excuse after another, and NEVER getting a call back from them even though I was promised several times, I finally got my rings back. I will never go back into this store for anything, and I don't recommend them either.
