I am so impressed with Jon and his father Robere. They were very professional, knowledgeable about their business, and although the job I brought them was minimal, they were very respectful and treated me as though I had brought in a huge diamond. They quoted me what it would cost to bring my wedding ring back to it's original glory which meant replacing diamonds, fixing prongs and cleaning it so that it looked brand new.

I was almost brought to tears when I picked it up today. The original jeweler I brought it to years ago kept raising the price and I ended up paying double what I had been quoted and the other well known jeweler that gave me a quote last week said that it would "start" at a price much higher than I ended up paying at Robere's. I can't praise them enough! You can feel confident with them handling your jewelry needs.

I had 2 loose emeralds on my engagement ring that needed repairing ASAP. Jonathan responded promptly to my Yelp messages, and I visited the location around 11am on a Saturday. Jonathan said it'll be done in 45 minutes, and it was done in 45 minutes. Great service, great price, and fast. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back.

Jonathan did an amazing job creating a custom wedding ring set for me, even agreeing to use a sapphire I had as the central stone, which many other jewelers refused to do. I found the prices to be reasonable, good communication via email, and in the end I could not stop smiling and staring at my beautiful new rings! I highly recommend Robere's and am already thinking about what I want them to work on for me next.

I bought a watch from a thrift store that was super cute and old school vintage looking with a beautiful two tone. I figured even if I couldn't get the battery to work it would be a cute wrist accessory. Unfortunately it was a little big and realized I needed to get a link removed. I went to one place who basically said the battery couldn't be fixed and also basically refused to take a link off?

Very strange. My father recommended me going here to Robere's. Within 10 minutes the battery was fixed and a link was taken off. Very great, respectable, and quick service by these guys! Thank you so much!

I had the distinct pleasure of stopping by the new location of Robere's Jewelry in Solana Beach a few days ago. Robere and his associate, Jonathan Habchi, were cordial and welcoming. My visit was prompted by my recent inheritance of a vintage Rolex that was in need of some attention, particularly with respect to its original (1971) ill-fitting, rivet-style gold-plated steel bracelet. Jonathan discussed the available repair alternatives, including approximate pricing.

In the meantime, before making a final decision on which repair path (if any) to take, Jonathan graciously installed a dressy leather band I had purchased elsewhere, and he did so at no additional cost to me. This was a kind gesture of customer service, and I will not soon forget it. No high pressure sales tactics here, just pure, old-fashioned knowledgeable attention to the needs of a new customer. Thank you, Jonathan (and Robere)-- I'll look forward to visiting again soon!

I called in today to see if I could get a new battery in a Breitling watch and these guys were unbelievably help. They gave me great advice and information about the watch. If you are looking for an honest and reliable jeweler, this is place to go.

Jonathan was awesome I reached out and he got back to me very quickly I was very hesitant to get holes put into my sisters watch band but he made it quick and easy. The fact that he was willing to answer my questions and walk me through the process was great even when I asked him about a ring resize. I will definitely be coming back for my jewelry repair needs. I got my second (upper lobe) piercing today and it was incredible. The workers were very kind and took the time to make sure everything looked nice and clean. The store was also very clean and relaxing. I recommend.

In my search for someone to service my watches, I came upon Roberes' shop. I was blown away with his honesty, professionalism, and work. This is someone you can trust not only with your watches but with your money.

I've been going to Roberes for several years now. They have competently performed overhauls on an old 70s Omega Seamaster or my Seiko diving watch and returned them to proper working condition when a minute hand has fallen off of my Seamaster or the seal on my Seiko has been compromised. They are a kind and honest family business and I would recommend them to anyone.

Your story is a complete lie. Your shop/father has 33 civil lawsuits against them since 2016! I can't imagine the amount you have now. What about the $10k diamond you switched for a $2k one? What about the $10k your father tried to steal from your customer Peter? What about the cubics you are selling as diamonds? You nor your father ever gave me a quote.

Your sick father locked me in your shop and berated me while holding onto my items I received back broken. Why does my receipt from you say $0 on it? Chase messed up. See you in court! I hope $183 was worth it for you. Can't wait for you thieves to move!

I was in the area, and in need of a jewelry repair shop. I stop in met with the manager on a Friday, who told me he could fix the bracelet by Tuesday of the following week. On Tuesday I show up only to find the bracelet was not ready, and hadn't been touched. He (the manager) then makes excuses and ask me to come back on Thursday. I show back up Thursday only to wait outside the door for another fifteen minutes to get buzzed in.

I ask if the bracelet was ready and he stated almost, and to give him five minutes ( which turned into another twenty minutes). To add insult to it all, he tosses the bracelet onto the store glass case and walked away to charge my card. You will not see me nor any of my friends at your new location. Terrible customer service!

I went to Roberes to get my ring resized from a 7 to a 4.5. They did an amazing job and my ring looks perfect! I didn't buy it at this store but they said I can come in to get it cleaned or fixed if I need to. Very professional quick turnaround time.

Great customer service! Thank you so much for your help with my Hermes Apple Watch band. I enjoy wearing them. I have this watch already a three years, but I couldn't wear them because leather band was too loose, and I couldn't trust just anyone to make it for me. I was looking for a place where they can make it an extra hole with no damages to it, because when it's done, it's done. No one would be able to fix it. Thank you so much again!

I absolutely love shopping at Roberes both Robere and Jonathan are a delight to work with. They are warm, professional, knowledgeable and most ethical. Robere recently noticed I was about to lose a diamond because a prong was missing. After his repair it looked like a new ring! Jonathan helped me replace a gold initial necklace my daughter had lost.

He went out of his way to find the same initials they had designed ten years ago. It turned out beautiful. Roberes has earned their reputation as a jeweler who has deep roots in their community and truly have the interest of the consumer in mind.

I brought in my eternity band with a missing diamond. The repair price was reasonable, repairs were done on-site and Yelp reviews were great so I gave it a shot. But I have to say that I'm not thrilled with the final product. The metal replaced between the missing stone and the next loooks like a big goop compared to the delicate settings of the original ring. I appreciate that they were trying to secure the setting long term but I could see the difference immediately.

I had a great experience at Robere's Jewelry. I came in to have my watch resized which was done quickly and at a very reasonable price. They also did a complimentary steam clean of my gold necklace. Would return and highly recommend!

My wife is in love with vintage jewelry. They knew exactly what style and era was the best for her preferences. All sizing was done super fast and the ring looks amazing.

I personally have a Stainless Steel ring that no other jeweler would touch. I needed it resized 2 sizes larger. They took the time to explain my options and then exceeded my expectations.
