The experience at IMG has been more than I could ever ask for. Being a male with zero jewelry knowledge, I was certainly guided in the right direction working with Melissa. I originally purchased my engagement ring, then later a band, and more recently a birth stone necklace for our first son. I recently visited IMG to have my wife wedding ring repaired. I was greeted by Linda the sales and service rep. She was very polite, knowledgeable and personable as she went over the process. I was interested in upgrading the diamond and Linda was very helpful helping me to choose a quality diamond that was within my budget. I decided not only to upgrade the diamond, I upgraded to another ring. IMG is known for their customized pieces and the ring I purchased for my wife she loves it!

I also had the original ring repaired. The price was reasonable, the service was excellent. I even had the opportunity to speak with the owner "Steve" who is just as pleasant. The whole experience was amazing. I've shopped and purchased jewelry at other places but IMG is my go to from now on. I will and have recommended them to family and friends.

If you are in the market for repair, purchase or upgrade, IMG is a full service jeweler well worth the time spent to visit. Also, I had my ring polished and it looked like it did when I purchased it 34 years ago! I've had my ring polished before and never has it shined like IMG had it shining.

This is THE ONLY place my husband buys me jewelry from! The customer service is outstanding and they are committed to ensuring you get exactly what you want! The quality of the diamonds and jewelry at IMG is incomparable to anywhere else, and they will find you exactly what you want. I have a ring from here that I've had for almost 20 years now, I have never gotten it cleaned and it has held its quality all this time.

My engagement ring is from here and I still stare at it in the sunlight all the time and can't believe how beautiful the diamond is. I have diamond earrings from here that I wear every day, and they even have me special backs that place them better on my ears because my hole is out of place. I took my wedding ring in to be cleaned and they were able to make it shine like new again! This was my first time in, so I was happily surprised to see that it was a full service, highly knowleagable store and staff. I had a lot of questions about some jewelry that my grandma had given me, and even though they were busy they took the time to educate me on how to take care of it and how to make sure that it is properly insured.

I have a few rings and necklaces that I am DEFINITELY going to bring back in, to have their professional eye take a look at it and tell me more about them. Came in to buy my now fiance's engagement ring. Staff was very knowledgeable and extremely patient, and worked within my budget. I'm so glad I shopped around and ultimately found this place! I'll be coming back for my wedding rings. And I really liked how if I need repairs, they do them all at the store.

I purchased the sweetest pair of vintage diamond, yellow and white gold studs that I had my eye on for months and saved up for. I also was looking for a delicate yellow-gold cross and they had a very beautiful and feminine one that I also purchased. Melissa is wonderful to work with and the atmosphere is clean and professional. They also reshaped and polished a gold ring I found stuck in and very damaged in an estate sale jewelry box after I had purchased it. The ring came out perfect and it's one of my staple rings that I wear everyday.

We went through IMG Jewelers for my wedding ring because we liked the family atmosphere. Once we decided to purchase from them my Wife and I felt as if we were part of the family. They helped me so much with finding the right size of ring since my finger size changes so much. I couldn't recommend them enough for anyone looking to get jewelry.

My husband just graciously purchased me some diamond stud earrings - which I have been wanting since I was a child. When we got married I wanted an oval cut solitaire, which was hard to find. Now I was looking for oval cut studs to match my engagement ring. Needless to say, the diamonds had to be ordered. Cassie et al at IMG did a fabulous job finding me 2 diamonds within my size/price range.

When I decided I wanted to go a bit bigger, she found me another match that is gorgeous. GIA certified. I was in the store on about 5 different occasions asking different questions, wanting to look through the loupe, and just checking in. Cassie was always ready with a smile and any assistance I needed. And they cleaned all the jewelry I was wearing while I was in the store! The stones were more expensive than we originally planned, but they worked with us on a price we were comfortable with. I highly recommend.

IMG was one of the places we checked out when shopping for my husband and I's wedding bands. This was 1 of 2 jewelry stores we really loved. The salesman we worked with was incredibly helpful and very nice. I was able to quickly find a wedding band that matched perfectly with my engagement ring. The price was great too for the top quality diamonds we had put into the settings.

They also had some very classy and stylish mens wedding bands that were specially crafted and were very unique. My husband was more picky than me when trying out rings and was very difficult to please. We loved a few pieces here but he ended up choosing a band somewhere else because he likes the tungsten metal rings and liked a specific design on a particular band at another store.

My ring was custom ordered, and when it came in it was too snug but they were able to resize it and get it back to me within the week. Overall great selection and customer service.

Just dropped in on IMG for a battery for my beloved but not expensive watch. It was a bad hair and clothing day and I kind of expected to encounter a snotty attitude. Instead, I was treated like royalty and the battery was replaced in two minutes. That kind of service for such a small job speaks volumes. I will surely think of them when in the market for nice jewelry.

I have been a IMG fan for several years. Ernie is a great guy and will work with anyone to make them happy. This is a no pressure jewelry store. They cater to high end buyers but treat us small buyers very well. No matter what your $$ allow, IMG has something. We bought some earrings for wifey that were so unique that she has to give Ernie's card all the time.

I am headed in soon to get some diamonds re-set and looking for a center stone for a 3 diamond band I am building. I know they will beat or meet any deal in town. As a last note, I would like to add that they stand behind anything they sell. We have a lot of white gold that needs "dipped" occasionally. Most jewelry stores charge for this, but IMG re-dipps their rings for free. We have always had an excellent experience and will continue to shop IMG.

Great customer service and excellent quality. I came here to get a couple gifts for the holidays. I wasn't looking to spend thousands of dollars but wanted to get something nice. Even though it wasn't a large sale, the sales associate gave me his full attention and took his time showing me product. The selection at IMG was amazing. I would recommend IMG to anyone in the market for quality jewelry.

They also specialize in custom pieces and rare stones. IMG is also an independent company which is important to me. WIth all the commercial Jewelry stores out there it's nice to support the local retail store.

Very slow service. I almost wondered if they took extra time, just so they wouldn't have to help us. I got the feeling they didn't take us seriously. A real lack of friendliness or interest. Eventually the sales person disappeared for so long into the back that we just left.
