After 36 years if hard wear and tear my wedding band wasnt even round any longer. I did not get it from Safians but have purchased many items and sent future sons in law there for engagement and wedding bands. Sent my ring off to Safian and asked if it could be refinished. MIKE took charge and at a cost of only 135.00 I have my ring back, repaired, round, and looking better than new. Thank you Safian once again for fantastic customer service!

My girlfriend and I came into the store to look at rings in July. Rich helped us out at that point, and we found a beautiful diamond as well as ring setting that she loved. I was not able to purchase the ring at that time, but Rich said that he would be willing to work with me. Many months later, I contacted Rich, and he was able to locate the exact same diamond which had been moved to a partner store.

Could not have been happier working with Rich at Safian & Rudolph! It was important to us to buy an ethically sourced diamond for my engagement ring. We were just shopping around when Rich recommended a vintage old mine diamond. We fell in love with it at first sight, such a beautiful and unique stone. I've had the pleasure of working with Mike on a few custom pieces over the years. Our last collaboration was me bringing him a pencil sketch and some stones. When I came to pick the piece up, I was speechless. The S & R team is professional, kind, and just downright amazing in terms of jewelry artistry. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Daughter #2 and child #3 just returned from vacation sporting a beautiful engagement ring from Safians. The staff has treated each of my family members with care and respect as they navigated the design process. I have heard that my children think it would be a great tradition to send their children when it is time.

Mike helped us find the perfect engagement ring. I wanted a very specific cut, emerald cut. My fiance told Mike our budget. He bought out 2 stones, 1 right on our price and one a little bigger and a little over our price. My fiance asked me which one I want and of course, I went for the bigger one. Mike worked with is when it comes to the price. Mike was very informative and nice.

What can I say. love this place. I have been to many jewelry stores in the past and this one just felt different. There was not a pushiness of needing you to purchase something immediately from the store and lets you take your time and browse. I was helped by Rich and with his vast knowledge I was able to find the perfect engagement ring for my fiance out of the sea of hundreds with a very fair price.

I could not have asked for anything more. That was a few months ago. fast forward to now. I was able to meet with Rich again and he helped my fiance and I pick out the our wedding bands. and for all you married guys out there. you know that it is a little weird and overwhelming when all those rings come out. I know in my mind was thinking, "I have no clue what I want in a wedding band for myself." Once again Rich brought my fiance and patiently throughout the process going back and forth between rings. My fiance and I can't say enough good things about our experience at Safian & Rudolph. We worked with Michael and he was incredibly helpful and friendly. We were creating an engagement ring using stones from vintage rings we were gifted. Michael and the designers were so easy to work with. They understood our vision and were so patient during the rendering and proofing process.

Long story short, my fiance and I decided to have the diamond in my engagement ring (that he had purchased at Safian & Rudolph over the summer) reset. We worked with Rich throughout the whole process, who was honestly super great. He is very friendly and just a genuine person, not your typical salesman. He listened to what we wanted and was in constant communication over email throughout the resetting process.

I provided a few photos and then they created a wax mold that I tried on to be sure it was exactly what I wanted. I just picked up my ring tonight and let me tell you - it is PERFECT. I can't thank Rich enough for making our situation right and creating the most beautiful ring that I get to wear forever!

I had an amazing experience working with Rich. I was very nervous going into the process of purchasing an engagement ring for my girlfriend. Rich was patient, informative, and honest, and helped guide me into the perfect ring. He didn't try to sell me something more than I was looking for, and I felt very secure and in good hands throughout the entire process. BEWARE! Absolutely terrible business that doesn't stand behind anything they sell. Purchased an engagement setting from them for upwards of 4K and already in just about two years after getting regular inspections, THREE stones have fallen out. They fixed the first for free because it was within a month of purchase, but after that told me I was on my own. I highly recommend that you do NOT purchase from here.

Freshly engaged to the man of my dreams I think it would be tough not to write a sparkling review of anything! However I have to give a HUGE shout out to Safian and Rudolph for being great people! My ring was slightly loose, about 1/2 a size too large but as any crazy new bride I didn't want to give up ring even for the short time needed for sizing!

These men have clearly been dealing with brides for years because they never made me feel like I was crazy for wanting my ring expedited! They had my ring sized within 6 hours and back on my hand. I'm blow away! Thank you thank you!

My initial experience was somewhat plesent, however the principle manager did not understand our wishes and tried to sell us a very poor quality diamomd not GIA certified. I felt very pressures into somethings that did fit the quality we were searching for. (Quality not quanity). Two days later I decided to return to the Jeweler to get my deposit refunded the manager became very upset and irate with me and said that technically he did not have to refund me my full deposit.

However after pointing out the initial receipt indicated that I had several days left to get a refund he reconsidered and gave me a refund. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a Jeweler. So my word of advice is when dealing with this company.! Caution buyer beware of this Jeweler. Not a place I would recommend to a friend.

My husband and I first walked into Safian & Rudolph six years ago. We were looking for my potential engagement ring and after spending the entire day walking through jewelers row, we walked into Safian & Rudolph and just knew this was going to be the place for us! At the time, we had a limited budget and we couldn't not budge. The salesperson we dealt with assured us he would find us the most incredible diamond engagement ring in our budget and we would be completely satisfied!

After an hour or two of reviewing settings and diamonds, we found just the perfect combination. A few months later we were engaged and that ring looked even more perfect than we could ever imagined! When we were ready to purchase our wedding bands, we went back and again were treated with the best experience! A couple years later, my husband surprised me with a visit to the store to upgrade the diamond in my ring and again, we were provided with the best options with the specific budget we had in mind!

Ring came back even more beautiful than before! A few months ago, we once again went back, this time my husband was looking to find a new wedding band and Rich walked him through every possible option with patience and willingness to answer all of our questions. Although we only went in for my husband, we found a new setting for my diamond and replaced my original engagement setting.

Just yesterday we went to pick up the finish product and all we could say was WOW! Both of our rings are amazing and were more than we could ever have imagined! I honestly don't know why folks would go to a mall jeweler when there is a family owned jeweler like Safian & Rudolph who literally treats you like family when you go in. My husband and I will never go anywhere else. We are so appreciative to Rich and his entire team for giving us 100% satisfaction every single time we walk through their doors. Stellar customer service from Mike and Rich. My new ring (white gold engagement turned into rose gold antique band - pictured in photos) is stunning. Highly recommend Safian and Rudolph for unique and affordable pieces.

And the rich keep getting richer. After waiting years to visit the infamous jeweler where my grandfather bought my cherished grandmother's ring in the early 1960s, we got a 'great deal' on a $700 watch for my son. Months later, we were informed by the maker that we should have also received an automatic winder for the inertia wound watch. Inexcusable and cheap move.

Although Safian & Rudolph is lauded for its work with gemstones, I decided to drop off a a few metal pieces that needed alterations. One of the pieces was a monogrammed tie clip belonging to my grandparents that I was hoping to have made into a pendant. We discussed options, settled on a chain and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out (see photo section).

The finished product is exquisite. Plus, I was thrilled with how quickly the work was done so close to the holidays - I was able to pick everything up before Christmas. The obvious choice is to go here for diamonds but I highly recommend Safian & Rudolph for alterations to any of your jewelry pieces. Plus, you get the added benefit of getting to witness excited couples and boyfriends pick out engagement rings :)
