I regret ever having walked into this store to get my watch repaired. I'm out over $400 and still having problems. Delays and miscommunication long before Covid.

As we entered the store, we were given weird stares. The lady who was demonstrating the rings did not seem to care or take us seriously. Their service matched their rings: less than mediocre.

Outstanding customer service and quality. Linda helped my pick out a wedding band the other day. She was really patient and not pushy at all. I felt like she was not trying to just make a sale but actually help me find something to beautifully compliment my engagement ring. After trying on a few bands they had on display and not finding anything, Linda went to the back for a few minutes and came out with exactly what I had been looking for.

Since this is a family business you get the same quality as some of these name brand places at a much better price. I can't wait to bring my fiance back to buy his wedding band. I might even show him a few things I want to put on my Christmas list while we are there.

They were able to provide a thorough, accurate appraisal for my insurance company and the 100+ year old ring came back exactly the right size and shining like new all with a quick turnaround time. The absolute best damn watch and jewelry place in the Chi! I have been visiting MP for 10 years now and at every turn they continue to impress me and friends I refer. Honestly, I feel like family when visiting. Everyone is incredibly pleasant and knowledgeable. Make sure to speak with Saul and Derrick when considering watches. Class act family business that goes back a few generations. They carry some fantastic watch brands and although I haven't purchased any of the jewelry it is all top notch. Unfortunately my experience has not been entirely pleasant. The watch I bought was described as new, however when I received it, it had dents. When I asked if I could receive a rebate since the item was not in as new condition, the agitated response I got was "do me a favor - pack the watch and send it back to us, we will gladly issue a refund". Well, first of all, Saul clearly has no idea how to choose a proper tone since MP was not exactly in the position to ask "for favors".

I asked if I could get a replacement instead of a refund, I was told they don't have a replacement. I told I like the model and asked if they could at least contact a local AD and have them polish out the dents, I'll be fine with that. I have been following up weekly for a month, and all I received is that they are still working on it. I was impressed by the sheer amount of ignorance in taking care of this and eventually I visited the local AD that they were supposed to contact.

The AD said only the manufacturer has the equipment that would be able to take out the dents and they would not be able to do it. So 6-8 weeks later I have no response on the matter from MP. To summarize, one star off for the lack of honesty describing the condition of a watch in a sale. One star off for poor manners handling the situation. One star off for misleading about the promised after sale service.

I believe that one of the most important things in this high-value item business is integrity, and these gents failed to demonstrate it on multiple levels. P.S. someone added 6 reviews rated 5-star on the same date 2/2/16 after my review. Made me laugh. Probably after this note they will be deleted and amended. Make your own judgement.

Love this store! They were able to source my "holy grail" time piece Cartier Roadster XL Chronograph and it was a NEW piece! This watch has been out of production for years and because of their relationship with Cartier they were able to source a new one! Their staff is VERY knowledgable as well and most importantly DELIVERS consistent customer service. I always love supporting local businesses and especially family businesses that run deep not only in generation but also in a community. 5 stars for life!

Gorgeous watches. Some of the best in Chicago including Lange (my fav), IWC, Panerai, JLC, etc. I have dealt a few times with Saul. He has always been helpful, pleasant, professional. Most importantly knows his products (and competitors such as Patek) real well. Y'all enjoy what you get from him.

Marshall Pierce is a great family owned jeweler with amazing customer service. We purchased our engagement and wedding rings here and they were extremely helpful. We have also trusted them with family heirloom jewelry and they've made it beautiful again! They always take excellent care of us!

Hey everyone has their owns sales help style. Me? I like people to look at me when they are talking to me. Call me old school. lol Weird vibe. Like they think everyone is window shopping them just to go elsewhere online to not pay retail. Maybe they are right who knows. Maybe all these type stores are really just there to promote the brands like the apple store lol beautiful store tho so I gave em 3 stars for that. I dunno. in any event, out.

Highly recommend going to see Faezeh at Marshall Pierce & Company. She is extremely helpful and attentive. She is taking care of everything for us. Definitely a worry-free experience! Also she is ALL about the customer and their needs. Faezeh has been nothing but great to us. We didn't feel pressured or rush to make our purchase like we have at other places. Most importantly she keeps her word! We will definitely be working with her in the near future!
