We are satisfied clients and hope to build a long term relationship with RG Jewelers for our next project. Our first project was securing the best engagement ring on the market from RG Jewelers at the right price. The process was seamless. We were able to narrow down a loose diamond on the first visit. They have quality stones. You will not leave this place without being wowed.

For me, it was love at first sight. I worked closely with Jordan. I am from out of town (Texas) and was referred by friends and family. We were able to finalize a design via email. We exchanged about 18 emails. Responses were prompt, turn over was fast. Honestly, it was hard for me to visualize the 3D CAD design for our customized engagement ring however Jordan was confident and knowledgeable and was able to gain my trust that he would deliver the product that I envisioned.

And Jordan did not disappoint. The ring is more/better than I envision. I share this to not let the CAD design overwhelm your decision. Just tell Jordan what you want and he will deliver perfection. Jordan was also able to guide me through the process. I had lots of questions. He was patient. I didn't feel pressured to buy; he helped me materialized my vision. Choosing the diamond, designing the ring and saying yes to the beau was one of the easiest things I had to do. I will highly recommend using Jordan to anyone I know! It was truly an amazing experience working with Jordan to design the perfect engagement ring for my fiance! I was recommended to Jordan from a friend who used him and I was a little skeptical since I live out of state and I knew I wouldn't be able to view any of the rings in person. I figured I would give him a chance and I couldn't of been happier.

Unlike your normal jeweler store that would try to sell you on a ring in less than an hour, Jordan took the time to guide me through the process and discuss different styles, designs, and budgets. I worked with Jordan for over a month on a perfect design and I would say that I'm probably not the easiest person to work with since I was always changing my mind on the design. Jordan helped narrow things down and I'm sure we exchanged over 150 texts and emails.

I felt like Jordan always gave me his honest opinion and didn't try to push me towards something just because it was more expensive. Once we finally locked in on a design, Jordan quickly provided CAD drawings for the ring (which we revised a few more times) and then he quickly got it into production and shipped to me. What a great experience and my Fiance LOVED the ring! If you're looking to be hands on and want to be involved in the process, working with Jordan is the way to go! And he'll save you a lot of money along the way.

Jordan helped me create an amazing engagement ring for my fiance. I gave him a rough idea of what I knew she wanted and he walked me through everything from there. I was recommended by a good friend to check out Reuven Gitter Jewelers. I specifically was told to work with Emily, and I can not express how wonderful Emily is. She made my entire experience wonderful and made sure I was taken care of. I will also preface this by saying that I went to Reuven Gitter only a month-ish before my actual wedding because I had been putting it off.

My ring and engagement ring were both ready a week prior to my wedding, and I can honestly say I am majorly impressed. I came in with no idea what I wanted to do. I had my engagement ring that needed to be re-sized and also no idea what I wanted to do for my wedding band. Emily showed me various options, gave me multiple ideas, and tons of different options for both my engagement ring and wedding band. Emily also was informative, letting me know about how my engagement ring may have some issues in the future due to it basically being worn/older (it's an heirloom ring) and she provided us with future options.

I appreciated her honesty and candor; she was so much fun to work with. She helped bring my random ideas to fruition and I completely, 100%, would trust her with all my jewelry. We WILL be going back because she was able to take my grandmother's ring and remove the diamonds so I can also make some jewelry with this! 5 out of 5 stars, without question! Trudy, Mark, and Jordan were extremely welcoming, and made my fiancee and me feel quite at home in their beautiful downtown showroom. We went into this experience knowing very little about diamonds, and Trudy patiently walked us through the 4 Cs, helped us to understand the different cuts and sizes, and gladly answered our many questions.

My fiancee was very specific about the type of band and setting that she was interested in; she really wanted the round diamond to sit lower on her hand for comfort, and she wanted a beautiful, delicate, channel-set band. Trudy and the team understood her vision perfectly. When I proposed to her, not only was she surprised, but she could not get over how perfect the ring turned out! Reuven Gitter really helped to make our engagement dreams come true, and she, and I quote, "cannot wait to wear this gorgeous ring for the rest of my life!" We are both so thrilled to have Reuven Gitter as our jeweler of choice, and will absolutely be returning for future purchases. Jordan is FANTASTIC! I ordered my jewelry from CA and he made the process so easy and seamless. His communication and responsiveness was almost immediate. He addressed all my concerns given that I wasn't able to physically see or try on the diamonds and styles. My ring turned out beautifully and when it didn't fit he so graciously sent me a label to have it shipped back to him to re-size and I got it back a couple days later.

I bought my fiancee's ring at Reuven Gitter and worked with Emily. The entire experience was fantastic, she took the time to listen to what she was looking for, as well as reviewed pictures of what she was interested in ahead of time. What could have been a very painful experience shopping for an engagement ring for my fiancee was actually very fun. I was the most nervous/uncomfortable to go engagement ring shopping. I knew we had a budget that we needed to stick to and I thought most jewelers would scoff at it. Needless to say, Reuven Gitter (specifically Emily Barrish) made the entire process incredibly COMFORTABLE, FUN, and EASY. We had a blast picking out rings and she stuck to our budget perfectly.

My new favorite jeweler! Wonderful people, fantastic quality. Located inside the 5 S Wabash building on Jewlers Row, it's just steps off the elevator on the 17th floor. L stop right outside the building, and close parking garages, valet, and street parking as well. Beautiful little showroom. A nice variety of engagement ring settings, wedding bands, loose stones, and occasion jewelry.

The staff was all amazing, patient, and seemed very knowledgeable. I had a custom ring made here, and the entire process of creating this custom piece was really lovely thanks to the great communication, and great people. They were able to take my vision and create a drawing, then turn that drawing into a great wax mold. and then the final finished stunning product! The quality and craftsmanship are top notch. Customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend Reuven Gitter.

Buying an engagement ring can be emotionally (and financially) overwhelming. But, Jordan quickly calmed me down and made the entire experience a pleasure. I did a good amount of research before I walked through their door, and didn't find anything that compared to the quality stones they offered for the price. Jordan walked me through the entire process, and was in constant communication with me the entire time.

The ring turned out better than I had ever hoped. Plus, they will take back the diamonds you buy with them for equal value if you ever want to upgrade. Jordan and the rest of the staff made a stressful situation relaxed and fun. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Reuven Gitter was recommended by 3 of my friends when I was looking to purchase an engagement ring. I knew a little about what I wanted but didn't have a picture or specific design in my mind. Love, love, love this place! Emily worked with me for my custom engagement ring and wedding band. I had a million ideas but no clue when I came in. Emily translated my adjectives and Pinterest pics into a perfect design. On budget, on time, on point. Plus, she worked with my husband for a few surprises in the details! Also, the staff is amazing! When looking for a jeweler to create an engagement ring for my then girlfriend, now fiancee, I reached out a few members of my family and they all suggested Reuven Gitter as they had created many engagement rings and other jewelry for the women in my family. Jordan was very helpful and discreet during the whole process. I emailed him my price range and the general idea of what I had in mind for the ring he responded the same day.

We met less than a week later where Jordan presented me with numerous diamonds of varying cuts and sizes within my range. He went over the grading scale and how to properly inspect he diamond using the jewelers' tools. He was also very patient while it took what was probably longer than usual for me to pick the diamond. At no point did Jordan ever try to get me to the top of my price range, in fact it ended up being in the bottom half of my price range!

They custom made the ring and completed it 6 days before the given deadline! From start to finish the whole process took less than two weeks, some of the days in between steps were due to my availability. They even shipped it to Arizona (where I proposed) for me so I wouldn't have to travel with it! The end product is nothing short of perfection and my fiancee can't stop raving about it to me.

Our family and friends are all very impressed as well and immediately ask where I got it. Now I know why my family has been using Reuven Gitter for years and I don't plan on going anywhere else in the future either. I could not have asked for a better experience for the most important day of my life. Jordan was a phenomenal person to work with and he guided and produced my vision perfectly. At every step of this process it was clear that his only bottom line was the success of my engagement and the reaction from my girlfriend when she saw it.
