I got 2ct earrings for myself and a chain/necklace for my husband. We're in Nevada now and though we didn't fly to Chicago that did not in any way hamper our transaction. We got to deal with Patrick himself and from beginning to end the process was easy and simple and he was incredibly helpful. Patrick puts you at ease and stays in contact with you until you receive your goods. The earrings themselves are stunning! The necklace looks soooo good. For sure we'll be back for more. Absolutely would recommend.

Came here on a recommendation from a friend who said they were the best in the business. They were nice and wanted to know what I was looking for. I gave them a list of diamonds I wanted to purchase. They said no problem and would let me know the status when I could purchase. It has been over 2 months now and still no communication from them and no responses to my many attempts.
I have no problem waiting, just communicate. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. Seems they only want to sell you what they have in stock. Update: So it takes a year for them to reply and all they can do is write a distasteful reply out of desperation. Sad.

I can't even begin to explain how beautiful these rings are in person. Patrick Fay is so amazingly helpful, and kind. His main goal is getting you exactly what you want and is very attentive. Over all an amazing experience and I can't even put words to these rings! You must go there for yourself and see, not to mention his office is to die for.

If you are in the market for a ring, earrings, etc there is absolutely no need to look any further than Big Diamonds USA! When I decided to propose to my girlfriend I spent a lot of time researching online, spent numerous hours in the stores in Jewelers Row, and got a few contacts for wholesalers and one day someone asked if I looked at Big Diamonds website.
Immediately I found the ring I had in mind and made an appointment to go to their office and met one of my favorite guys in the world, Patrick. When I set the appointment up, Bridget and Elizabeth were very helpful with my questions and Patrick also took out his own time after hours to answer emails. How many CEO's would wear that many hats but he does it all, emails, phone, etc.
When I met Patrick he told amazing stories of his diamond selling days and has over 25 years experience and has evolved with the future of the marketplace and his vision was on the web and his colleagues dismissed it but he's owned it. As to the diamond itself, well, my Electrical Engineering Professor in College used to tell us "It's not bad if you like perfect!" My fiance is in love with her ring and gets compliments from everyone.
She is in sales in the pharmaceutical division and all the doctors, nurses, stop what there are doing to approach her and stare at the ring as if it was on display in the Art Institute. If you have any doubts, have no fear and run, don't walk to their site or make an appointment as it will be one of the best decisions you have ever made! Salute.

My fiance bought my engagement ring here and I can not express how absolutely gorgeous my ring is. Everywhere I go, I get so many compliments on how big and beautiful my ring is. There was some apprehension of making such a large purchase online but my fiance told me the customer service was amazing. I've purchased a few rings from Big Diamonds USA. My wife and I have been so impressed with the quality and price every time. Customer service is excellent. They have re-sized my wifes engagement ring four times (!) now and have never charged me for the resizing. She has a hyper active thyroid so weird things happen to her body (and fingers) and her weight fluctuates a bit.
They are always a pleasure to deal with and the prices for the quality you get are insane! She gets so many compliments on all her rings from Big Diamonds. The best! Will definitely buy from them again.

My fiance was skeptical of ordering online/phone to begin with but the "clarity enhanced" diamonds scared him even more. Once my ring arrived though, we were both elated! The pictures just did not do it justice. The staff was wonderful as well. Everyone I spoke to was courteous & prompt. I had an amazing experience here! Patrick was more then wonderful to work with and he helped my now fiance through the entire process.
