The service here is unmatched! Peggy was extremely helpful, and Steve was able to fix an old piece of jewelry I've had for years, right then and there.

Peggy was wonderful at helping me find a new setting for a ruby ring, getting the color of the setting for my diamond ring corrected (made by another jeweler who did seem to really care about customer satisfaction) - and figuring out my taste for another ring that I purchased there recently. I will be back!

Steve made custom rings for me 20 years ago. Every 5 years, we have him add 5 hash marks. Steve always has them polished. They come back looking like new! The service is as great as the rings! Wedding rings are extremely important symbols. I am glad we trusted Steve to do it right and keep them looking great.

Each time we came into the shop, he was patient, attentive, knowledgeable, and eager to answer any of our questions. We ultimately decided to go with a custom design, where Brandon walked us through each step of the process, pivoted when I asked for a design change, and kept us informed for the entire duration of the process.

Our final engagement ring and bands are BEAUTIFUL and more breath-taking than I could have ever imagined. The jewelers were so detailed in the design; when I asked for a crown on my wedding band, they designed the band to ensure it would sit flush to my engagement ring with five prongs. Moreover, it's easy to tell that this is a local business with strong roots in the community. Brandon really made us feel as if we were working with a close friend.

I sent "text" online asking about same day ring sizing & got a response right away. I was able to get in quickly & my ring was sized within 3 hours with the r! Customer service was AMAZING! My wedding ring was shined & everything was perfect. I had anxiety over leaving my ring at a jewelers, but this place definitely eased that anxiety! Definitely will be looking for bands here &

Wow. I was not excited at first about the process of ring shopping with my fiance, but the team here quickly made me feel at home. They took great care of us and helped us find exactly what we hoped for. Worked with us on pricing, adjusting styles, using my great grandmother's diamond, everything. My husband and I had a wonderful experience getting our wedding bands from Steve Quick Jeweler. Peggy helped us pick out our bands and made sure we had all the background info on our rings. The band I had in mind was very delicate and required extra care. She made sure I understood all of this and pointed me to a ring with the same appearance, but added security for the stones.

We went to Steve Quick looking for an engagement ring and didn't have an appointment as we weren't aware it was required. Peggy was very accommodating and had no trouble seeing us. Peggy was phenomenal! She went back and forth several times brining us diamonds that fit our price range and wants. I was given my grandmothers ring from the 1940s and it was too small for me. Brandon was able to help us and guide with what to do with the ring. I decided to modernize the stone setting to better show it off but kept everything else the same. Brandon was knowledgeable about what style was important to that era. They were amazing throughout the entire process and made us feel so good about leaving an heirloom in their very professional and capable hands.

They showed us the computer rendering and the wax mode before anything was made and communicated the entire way. The ring is beautiful and everything I could ever want. It looks just like grandmothers.

I needed a diamond ring resized and was a bit nervous since it was a family heirloom. From my first interaction through picking up my ring, everyone was professional and addressed all my questions and concerns. My ring looks amazing! I could not be happier with Steve Quick Jewelers and will use again in the future.

Overall a fairly positive experience at Steve Quick. I contacted them via Yelp, setup a few things, went in and had the batteries on my watches changed. That simple! 44 bucks for two watches, not bad but I was quoted at $10 Per watch. 4 stars for the "white glove" treatment (watches weren't scratched. 4 stars for quickness (had me out of there in 15 minutes) 4 stars for overall professionalism.

I had to bump the stars down to 3 because one of the watches was off center and I had to go in myself and adjust it, (pictured below) no big deal, kinda, but when paying a premium I'd expect things to be done correctly. Overall, not a horrible experience.

I have not made a large ticket purchase but have bought some earrings at the store. I have also gone there for repairs. I have found them to be kind, helpful, informative and have been pleased with my jewelry repairs. I look forward to viewing their windows and enjoy checking out the new merchandise when walking by the store.

Steve Quick Jewelers is an absolutely incredible jeweler, and everyone who works there is a GEM! My partner Rob & I came in one day to figure out our ring size, and what we thought would be a one-time short visit, lead to the most amazing experience. We worked closely with Brandon, and from the first time we met him he was working diligently and passionately to bring our idea to life.

He helped me pick out a unique, rose cut diamond as the center stone of my engagement ring; and then he worked with multiple talented, independent jewelry designers to see who could bring our vision to life. Ultimately, I ended up with my DREAM ring, and they kept it within our budget. I couldn't ask for more, and I can't recommend them enough. Steve Quick Jeweler has been my trusted jeweler for years. They recently reincarnated my wedding set and I couldn't be happier. We custom made my band from family stones that have deep sentimental value and then, we reset my engagement ring in a Simon G setting. I have had so many compliments! The process was very easy, everyone was so attentive/patient and my rings were better than i ever imagined. We bought our wedding bands from Steve Quick and they came out great. We also got my wife's engagement ring resized here since it was an heirloom piece and the band was too large. It took about 5 weeks for them to finish resizing the engagement ring (2 weeks longer than originally estimated) but my wife was very pleased with the results so it was well worth the wait.

I only wish I had known about the Yelp discount they offer before purchasing our wedding bands, because we did a custom design for my wife's wedding band with Steve Quick and we certainly could have used that $150 off discount! Overall, we are very pleased with Steve Quick and I have since returned to buy my wife a pair of pearl earrings here as a birthday gift.

Priscilla provided him with multiple stones to pick from and when he chose the diamond, she went to work on making it perfect. When I decided to begin looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend, I knew that a top priority was finding a neighborhood jewelry store that would answer the many questions I had about the entire process.
