Our finished jewelry Private Label Collection includes exclusive engagement ring, wedding band, and anniversary band styles. Each style is designed in-house by our CAD design team, prototyped on cutting-edge CAM machines, and molded using Casting House's proprietary methods. Our process ensures the highest-quality finished castings for precision diamond melee setting. Every style is fully customizable, and most custom catalog CADs are emailed within 2 days. Three stars really describes this business. They can be very good at what they do, but at the same time they are lacking in customer service, regularly delay orders, forget to submit changes, and flat out ignore emails. Too many times I have found they forgot to submit a CAD change resulting in a 7 day wait, or I ask a question they don't want to address so my email just gets ignored.

I have worked with this company for 18 years. in the past they have been reliable and upstanding, until now. they recently jacked up their casting prices by more than 50 percent, without saying a word! i sent in an order and they usually send an estimate and an invoice. they did neither. i called to ask the price, which when they told me, was outrageous, and i said to cut my order in half. then they said that they would cut the order in half, but keep the balance of my money! what? i told them to send me all of my molds, immediately, and that i will be doing all future business elsewhere. this place has become completely unethical and unprofessional.

My order went to them through Jared. Horrible service as they only work via email with the jeweler and not the actual customer. They don't even know how to make rings with skinny band or design a ring from an actual image that exists online.even a child can redraw something.takes a week to respond to email. In 21st century no company should take A WEEK to respond to inquiries and requests.

Good for getting casting of good quality, but don't ask them to finish your jewelry. Horrible quality. Sapphires were broken and prongs were giant claws looming over the stones. No pride in their finishing work. Will not use again. Customer service is nill. Unwilling to help remedy our bad experience.
