Heather was extremely knowledgeable and helped us pick out the perfect wedding bands. We ordered them and they were ready in plenty of time. We have been back to buy more things from her. She really cares about her customers. I highly recommend her.

Our experience at Davis Jewelers was excellent! Courtney helped us pick out our ring, providing us with lots of different options to look at and try on. Great store, very nice people. Bought a Tudor Black Bay 36, been wearing it a lot, its a great watch. Everyone was very friendly and every time I go in the experience is very good. They have excellent selection of watches, and I'd definitely buy my next one there. This one was a little pricey so I'm going to hold off for a bit but I may go for a GS next time.

One note, don't go in expecting to buy a Rolex, they just can't seem to get them. Not really their fault, demand is so high for them I just don't think Davis gets very many. If you do want to get one I'd recommend showing interest at least a year in advance of when you would hope to receive it, and that is not an exaggeration. Expect at least a year.

Or if you have a really good purchase history with them it'll probably get you bumped up the waiting list, at least I think there is a list, not something they would disclose. Otherwise be prepared to be very patient but honestly no matter what you do Davis will take good care of you.

Davis Jewelers is great. I worked with Molly at Davis Jewelers to purchase an engagement ring, and she did an excellent job helping me. I was impressed with her knowledge about diamonds, and I appreciated her patience in showing me multiple options. Ashley helped us design a pendant for a necklace from wedding bands her mother left her when she passed from pancreatic cancer. The pendant is a ribbon style to reflect her battle with cancer. They set the diamond in the ribbon and we added four amethyst stones to balance the pendant and color for pancreatic cancer. It turned out to be a very beautiful piece of art my wife will enjoy and pass down to our girls. Great job in design and craftsmanship by Davis Jewelers.

I took a vintage ring to Davis Jewelers to have it repaired and reset for a gift for our daughters 30th Birthday. Molly helped me pick out a new center stone and made sure the ring was ready in time. The ring turned out beautifully and Molly was a joy to work with.

I called Davis looking for a watch that is not easy to find in-stock and generally requires a waitlist. I would think that the staff would grow tired of these types of calls but I spoke with a nice and professional fella, Corey A. He gave me the info I was looking for and invited me to come in so we could work toward getting the watch I wanted. The next day I visited in-person and Corey was extremely professional and more than willing to spend time with me even though a future sell would be months away (wait list.) I really appreciate the courtesy, time and patience. Highly recommend, hope to become a customer once my turn comes up!

I worked with Sara to do a custom design ring set. She did an AMAZING job! She took my sentimental diamonds that my husband had given me throughout the years and created 2 bands with these diamonds. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Sara at Davis Jewelers.

If you're looking for beautiful jewelry or a lovely watch Davis is the place to go. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I did not feel intimidated and the staff was friendly even more I stated that I was a serious buyer. I surprised my partner with a Rolex from Davis. I've never purchased a Rolex before and several people at Davis gave me ample direction and information to start with.

Once I narrowed down the watch to purchase they let me know the one I was interested in is rare and can't they cannot predict if they will get one. I received a call a few weeks later explaining that they got one in. They normally wouldn't sell someone random a watch like that - those watches have a waitlist. Luckily I knew one of their customers with some clout, which is probably how I was able to obtain the watch.

From the minute I first walked into Davis to the time of purchase they were very helpful and never made me feel as though I was bothering them (I called with many questions). Fast forward two years later and we've purchased additional watches.

I loved my experience in the store. They were friendly. They were full of knowledge. Their prices were reasonable. I was inquiring about a strand of pearls and my friend was getting several pieces of jewelry created. We were there for a number of hours. I was told they would have to order a strand in my size and that they would have a number of samples to show me before I placing my order.

I was to receive a call in the next 3-5 days. That was 4 months ago. Haven't heard another word. Very disappointing. Bought my strand of pearls somewhere else. Life goes on.

Kinda late doing this review but Better late than never :. This is a REALLY great jewelry store. It's more than that really. The service is outstanding. Everyone that works here is always cheerful and helpful. I bought A Rolex watch and some David Yurman pieces as well. I went to a couple other places before I stopped in Davis and was so glad I did. I'm not surprised Markles has closed down. It's all about service when you are selling lifestyle pieces and Davis understands this.

If you frequently have your jewelry cleaned and checked, they stand by their products. This review took longer than normal to write because I keep getting distracted by my ring. Oh the sparkle! Davis Jewelers created my engagement and wedding rings, and even though my engagement ring has been on my hand for six months, it still continues to dazzle. My fiance went to Davis after my best friend's husband went there several years ago.

My friend was so thrilled with her ring that she urged my fiance to go -- and specifically see Erica -- when he talked to her about proposing to me. And at Davis, Erica worked with my guy to mix the setting of one ring with the band of another -- factoring in the diamond from his mother's ring. I called a jeweler that was recommended to me regarding an antique watch. They were extremely rude. I called Davis and was greeted on the phone by Ashley. I had visited them with a ring that I wanted created with multiple personal touches. They utilized a computer program to create the engagement ring that was spot on. I worked with Bobbie and she couldn't have been more helpful.from showing me each individual diamond to keeping in contact with me via text message throughout the whole process of the design phase to the finished product.

Having a medically fragile child with many disabilities makes it hard for a thrifty shopper such as myself to leave my house to shop around. Not ready to give up my quest for the best deal on a custom made ring, I called almost every jeweler in town. I endured countless requests for me to "just stop by the store." Having to explain myself and our difficult situation to everyone became insufferable.

I tried not to become discouraged since no one was calling me back. I sent pics of the ring I wanted to the narrowed down list of stores. It quickly became clear, the ring I wanted made was too much work, for not a lot of money in too unusual of a circumstance. I felt like no one was taking me seriously since I couldn't come in. Finally, after being told every excuse in the book I found the absolute MOST helpful person at Davis.

She actually understood my situation and never questioned or judged me. She went above and beyond making special accommodations to provide the best possible customer service. We sent pics back and forth through text, even after store hours. She called her contacts to rush the process so it could be made by our quickly approaching deadline and keep it within our budget.

I could go on and on. Being so impressed with this employee that had jumped over every hurdle to earn our business I asked for the name and number of her manager so I could make sure she got recognized. She replied "Me :- I'm Ashley Davis." I think it says a lot about a business when the owners bend over backwards to make sure you get the best service.

As far as customer service and quality goes, there is none better! My wife has bought a couple of items before she met me and have purchased a couple since, my wedding band being one of them. We love everything we have gotten and once again, VERY NICE! You would think that a place this good they might be snooty, but it is the very opposite! They are always willing to help and answer any questions you might have. I HIGHLY suggest them for all of your "Jewelery" needs.

Outstanding selection and outstanding service. They want you to be happy and aim to please. Nice to have as much attention as I got when I visit this store, usually a sales person and sr. sales person or manager will even engage to help educate on the piece you are considering. Nice feel to it like a big time jeweler but still has that small town staff feeling that makes it more relaxed and more personal and not like your just another # at a big wholesale style jeweler.
