I came into From the Vault after dealing with several jewelers trying to fix my engagement ring. Graham took a look and came up with a wonderful design and more secure setting for my diamond! The service was amazing and they even delivered it ahead of schedule! So happy to have my ring back and looking stunning in its new setting! Could not be more happy with my experience and I HIGHLY recommend From the Vault to anyone looking for a jeweler!

They fix a silver ring I have that was wearing down from years of use. They replaced part of the band seamlessly. It looks beautiful. Really impressed by the craftsmanship. Very professional and welcoming staff too!

Brought my engagement ring in, and some stones and a band from my moms original band, and they made a unique one of a kind ring for me. I couldn't find anything I liked before coming here and they created what I envisioned perfectly! If you need anything custom done or made, you should definitely come here!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with the vault! After purchasing my engagement ring elsewhere I was unhappy with how high the diamond sat up on the ring but was unable to get the initial store to fix this issue. When I came to the vault they immediately said they could correct the height of the ring and delivered! They were speedy while still being efficient and paid attention to detail. Graham even put a small diamond on the band that had fallen out back in and preformed an appraisal! The price was also fantastic and you couldn't beat it. Can't recommend this place enough, you will be in great hands!

As I love all things sparkly, From the Vault has filled my jewelry box with the most gorgeous pieces for many years. Rings, earrings bracelets, custom designed pieces(a ring and a pendant for a necklace).The store selections are beautiful and can also be unique. The staff was so kind and I had excellent service here. I was given a beautiful mother of pearl eternity style ring - the outside was entirely set in what looked like epoxy and the mother of pearl chips could have easily fallen out if the ring was messed with too much, but it was just too small to wear properly! I took this ring to two other jewelers begging them to attempt to resize it - all it needed was a shave down on the inside, but no one would even try because they didn't want to be held accountable if it broke.

I should have just come to From The Vault first! They agreed to try and resize my ring "at my risk" (yes, that was written on the work order and I was absolutely fine with that! I was desperate to get this ring resized). And they were so careful with my ring - they shaved down the inside just enough for it to fit on me and it held up in one piece!

I can wear it now and I'm so excited for that. The best part was, the fee was surprisingly low! I was expecting a much higher price point than what I got ($30). I'm taking my business to From The Vault from now on! Beautiful selection, beautiful store, wonderful people.
