We ordered my engagement ring and both wedding bands from Royals. Every time we have been in there (which is numerous times by now) they have been pleasant, helpful, and kind. Their store is full of the charm and personalized service you get with a family-owned business. My fiance found a wedding band he loved but it couldn't be reordered in his size. Royals was able to size it and keep the continuous design that he loved and we hadn't found anywhere else. Shopping with them was definitely a great experience!

Few businesses, and none of their competitors in the Louisville market in my experience, come close to matching their genuine care as well as time spent and steps taken to understood and meet the specific requirements of each individual client. I took several watches in to have batteries replaced, and Royal Jewelers had the right batteries for all of them in stock, and had them all changed very quickly. I had left them intending to pick them back up the following day, but got a phone call that they were ready, and was able to swing back by and pick them up the same afternoon, within about an hour. Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable service.

Lynn and the team here did an incredible job custom creating our engagement ring. They listened to and helped us refine to our vision, sourced for us a London Blue Topaz, had it custom cut, and assembled an amazing and unique ring for us very affordably. We visited all of the other major jewelers in town for this and they alone were able to pull it off. Would definitely recommend.
