Visited Christopher's estate sale for the first time ever and had no clue what I was doing. Sierra was amazing and beyond helpful and knowledgeable. We had a blast trying items on, learning about the different stones and metals, and she helped me feel comfortable with the process. My husband and I already have another appointment set with Sierra to reformat my wedding band and possibly trade in some old jewelry I don't wear.

We have been back to Christopher's several times now, sometimes for classic pieces and gifts, and most recently at their summer estate sale. We always work with Charlotte, who knows every piece in the store and is a fantastic guide. Buying jewelry is a big decision and it can be stressful-it's never stressful with Charlotte. She is so knowledgeable and she cares about what our needs and what we are looking for-she always helps us find just the right thing. We highly recommend her and the rest of her team!

I was recommended by a friend to check out Christophers to buy an engagement ring. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by Nancy. She was amazing! I didn't know much about diamonds so she educated me and made me feel good about what I was looking out from a quality perspective. The whole process was very smooth. Scheduled a time with Kelly to look at some estate jewelry I inherited that I wanted to sell. The process was super easy and Kelly was very knowledgeable and helpful. She reviewed the pieces with us in private and went over each piece they were willing to make an offer on and the reasons for not being interested in the others. We were needing to get updated appraisals on our wedding bands and my engagement ring as we switched homeowners insurance companies. Last appraisal was from 2003. I couldn't get my rings off my finger as it had been a long time having them off. We went into Christopher's where we purchased them. Sierra greeted us! We explained our situation. We then met Charlotte who was there to assist.

She ended up cutting both rings off my finger so we could get them resized and appraised. Good news for me as my husband was talking, I ended up shopping. I found a beautiful wedding band with princess cut diamonds. I fell in love! I had to have it. He bought it for me as a replacement wedding band! Best customer service we have had in years! I am disabled from end stage arthritis in my feet. I usually walk with a walker but had opted for a cane that day. I hadn't counted on the wind and was struggling. A young man appeared and assisted me in to Christopher's and I sat in the first chair I came to. 3 of your staff assisted me from that chair which I was very grateful for as every step is painful.

The young lady who assisted me the first time remembered me from before ( I have worked exclusively with Christopher's for many years), though none of my pieces are expensive jewelry, I'm treated with the same friendliness. Another young man then helped me with the resizing of another ring until I get them all done and escorted me to my car as I was pretty wobbly. I always recommend Christopher's. A friend will be coming in to have her mother's diamond put in a new setting. Many thanks for your excellent customer service.

I had some difficulty finding the best fit for my engagement ring that was purchased from another jeweler. That's when I headed to Christopher's. Sierra, Charlotte, and Nancy were very patient in helping me find the best solution so that my ring is comfortable and secure. I worked with Sierra to find a new setting for my Tiffany engagement ring. I wanted to spruce it up and find something beautiful and classic. She was so helpful and wonderful to work with, the whole process was easy and she always kept me updated on the status of the setting when we ordered it. I can't recommend Sierra enough!

Per the recommendation of a friend I stopped by Christopher's looking for a specific pair of gold hoop earrings. They showed me what they had, but they weren't quite right so they looked through catalogs until we found just what I wanted. They were ordered and arrived last than a week later. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I'm very pleased with my purchase and my experience!
