Wonderful Service, Friendly, Helpful, No Pressure, Very Informative. The Environment was clean and had a wide selection of items we couldn't find at the other Jewelers. They have someone in house that does the sizing, so your ring won't have to be gone for weeks/months. We are fortunate to have a Jeweler in the mall that has such a wonderful staff and selection!

Great service at Riddle's jewelry! The salespeople are very friendly and professional. They are NOT overbearing and don't try to force you into a sale (easy way for people to lose my business). I made a purchase during their opening week and again a few weeks ago for our anniversary. I bought the wrong earrings, and they had no issue at all with the return and helped us to find something my wife liked. Will be back, I'm sure!

Very friendly and helpful staff. When my sister and I wanted to have our mother's wedding set separated, LaShawn and Chance gladly did it for us. I would definitely return to their store for any jewelry repair of purchase.

I came engagement ring shopping here and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Their prices are great. Their goldsmith Blake did a wonder job resizing the ring that I ended up purchasing. I also brought in my watch to have the bracelet resized and Blake was able to removed the watch band links. For the brand of watch I own, people who can remove the pins are hard to find.

As far as I am aware, this is the only jeweler in the valley that can adjust them. Good to know that there is someone else besides a watchmaker that can do this in the valley!

This place is awesome. After getting engaged to my fiance, we were searching for an engagement ring. We went to Kay and Zales, but they didn't come close to Riddle's Jewelry. We visited this store on three different occasions, and Blake not only helped us each time, but he remembered us and greeted us with a friendly smile. He was patient with us as I tried on many rings until I found one I loved. He was excellent throughout the whole process. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and a master at his craft. I highly recommend Riddle's Jewelry.

Chance and Blake are the nicest and most helpful people. I looked repeatedly at the engagement rings. I made several trips to look at the same diamond. They were so kind to keep showing it to me. I had two rings in the final countdown to purchase, that I was vassilating between. The final decision to buy from Riddles was the customer service. 5 star knowledge and treatment. I went to my local mall knowing exactly what ring I wanted and where I wanted it from, on the way to that store I walked by Riddle's and decided to just take a look inside to see what they had. Lashawn was friendly and knowledgeable, she shared the stores history with me and explained some of the rings I was looking at even knowing I had come to buy a ring from another store.

I thanked her and headed to the store I had planned on buying from and the ring I wanted had been sold, I checked out one other jeweler to see prices and then headed back to Riddle's Jewelry, I got the most beautiful ring. Their prices were the best by far and everyone in the store was so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in purchasing jewelry, just stop in and chat with them, they're amazing! Thank you all I LOVE my new set!

Far and away one of the best experiences I have had with a jeweler. They were able to work with my schedule on some repairs. I am always greeted promptly and helped well. I wouldn't send anyone anywhere else and they are my permanent jeweler.
