We had the pleasure of meeting Rich Pacula and his daughter today. He is a highly rated custom luxury jeweler her in Ft. Wayne. So friendly, genuine, passionate and knowledgeable. It is appointment only so call to schedule but the private one on one attention you receive is intimate and comfortable. Highly recommended. If your budget is $1k or $100k+ I can tell he will treat you with the same amount of respect! We look forward to seeing more of him in the future

When my fiance and I were picking rings we were ignorant and immediately went to the big chains. We chose Zales and this was a blessing and a curse. A curse because we paid a lot of money for a beautiful ring, only for it to be ruined by the hands of Zales. It was a blessing though because it led me to Rich Pacula. Rich was everything you don't get with the brand names.

He was kind and genuine and thoughtful. He was careful and detailed and extremely attentive while at all times professional! He designed my ring beautifully and the care I received before, during and after was the best I have ever seen! Loved working with Rich and Sydney. Both of them were very professional and knowledgeable! Rich was able to create this custom wedding ring that goes perfectly with my 87 year old family heirloom engagement ring. It is almost impossible to tell they were not originally a matched set! The ring was very affordable as well. I will certainly be back for any future ring/jewelry needs!

Rich and Sydney are very easy to work with and produce excellent work. Every meeting and interaction I had with the two was a great one. They made me a part of the design process and they didn't pressure me to do certain things. They are a trusted jeweler that I used and will continue to use for many years to come!

When I saw all of the reviews were 5 stars. I was a bit skeptical haha. But after going in to see Rich for an appraisal, I now understand why the reviews are exceptional. Rich was brutally honest (but so nice!), and gave me his objective, professional opinion on the value of my item. I brought him a strange piece, and Rich informed me that without sending my piece to a lab, he would be unable to give me a formal appraisal.

Even so, Rich gave me much more information on my piece than I previously had, and didn't charge me for the service! He is very personable and professional. Will be recommending!

We absolutely loved our experience at Pacula Diamonds! My husband and I designed a new bridal set for me! After wearing his grandmothers ring for 5 years, it was time to put it in storage for safe keeping. We met with Rich, the owner, twice to design what I wanted, and then choose my diamond from two options he found for us. My husband then met with him a 3rd time to make a payment and choose finishing touches as a surprise for me.

The diamond ring is stunning, and the two accent bands fit perfectly! I wanted a marquise diamond for years and could never find one I liked for a reasonable price, this was actually cheaper to design my own from what I was seeing at other jewelers chains! The bands are not connected so I can interchange them as I want, or wear the plain band when painting or working out!

The ring box actually lights up too, such a cool touch! Highly recommend Pacula diamonds to everyone shopping for fine jewelry, especially a bridal set! Edit - men take your bride to be here if she knows it's coming and if she is picky, it's worth it to have something she will adore forever

I went into see Rich today to get some jewelry appraised and he and his daughter were just lovely! It was my first time in there, and WOW! Do they have a way of making you feel completely at home. It's a beautiful design studio of course, but anyone who knows Rich knows that anything that comes from him is just wonderful! Rich did my appraisal quickly and efficiently.

With great knowledge behind him I had no questions or concerns. Well, that and the fact that I prayed and asked God to send me somewhere I could trust. The first person that came to my heart was Rich Pacula. I must say they really brightened my whole day! Knowing that we have such great people in our little town truly makes my heart smile. He could be anywhere in the world but he chose to stay here in Fort Wayne, Indiana and make a difference in his own home town. Thank you for the great care you took with me and my jewelry Rich. I appreciate you and your beautiful daughter and all the beauty and love you bring into this world.

This place is amazing. Rich has been doing this for 40 years and you can tell it. He aims to please his customers. You can not just walk in you need to make an appointment. The do have some stuff there, but ordering and telling him what you need takes no time at all. Have not meet the daughter yet, but have been told she can do scripture stuff and will definitely be back.

Will definitely recommend to friends and family. They are a family run business and they will work with you. They are not out to fill there back pockets that is for sure. 5 stars is not enough.

I was shopping for an engagement ring and was referred by a coworker. Rich is knowledgeable and great to work with. I didnt feel pressured and he took the time to listen and understand exactly what I was looking for, even though i wasn't exactly sure at the time. I bought a gorgeous ring my fiance loved. The whole experience was so great we bought both our wedding bands from him as well. He even helped my fiance take a family ring and turn it into an unforgettable wedding band. We recommend him to everyone we know.

I was in town for a wedding and desperately in need of taking a couple links of my watch. After two failed attempts at Kohls/ Kay Jewelers and several phone calls I finally came across Pacula Diamonds and spoke with Richard on the phone. He informed me that not in the office that day because he was about to leave town for vacation and he gave me the names of a couple other places I could call.

After that did not work out Richard called me back and told me he could meet me at his office in ten minutes if that worked with my schedule. I received hands down some of the best customer service and I will definitely be keeping Richard in mind for all future custom jewelry needs!

The experience that I have had with Rich, is priceless. He has been so helpful in so many ways. My mom passed away in march and I wanted to reset her ring to keep her memory with me. He went out of his way to design the most beautiful ring, he made it a great experience. Highly recommended!

I want to start by saying that if you are in the market for an engagement ring, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! I was recommended to Rich Pacula from a friend of my moms and let me tell you, he did not disappoint! He is very laid back and will work with whatever you want. It's very easy to talk with him about your thoughts and what type of jewelry you are looking for.

His prices cant be beat for the quality, care, and expertise that come along with it. I met with him about 5 times over the course of a couple weeks. Every time I visited it very easy to just go in and discuss the ring and choose between the styles he had picked out based on what I was looking for. If you know what style or type you want, I recommend having a picture on your phone during your first visit to show him.

It will make things a lot easier for both of you. His shop is very cool and welcoming. Also, he never makes you feel pressured to purchase anything! I highly recommend Pacula Diamonds to anyone looking for any type of jewelry.
