I stopped in to have my wedding band resized, i was greated right away and the ring was ready just a couple days later! Ben was very nice and my ring fits perfectly now! It was my first time ever having anything done with jewlery. Very professional very speedy and very well priced! I will go to Springers always now!

Went to Springer Jewelers to find an engagement ring. Ben told me there would be plenty of time to get the diamond and settings in time (1.5 month timeline). The package was "stolen" (apparently not delivered). He told me not to worry and he was going to get others to replace them. Ben said he would call me when they arrived and gave me a date. I called every other day for a week or two. Ben stopped responding to my texts. Genuinely do not then he even ordered them.

It's now been 2 weeks after the date I needed them by, and he still hasn't contacted me. If I wouldn't have went somewhere else last minute, my engagement plans would have been ruined and it would have been all thanks to Ben and Springer Jewelers. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere. Thanks Ben.

My husband had an old seiko passed on to him from his father that had been broken for years. He had gone to other jewelers who told him there was no fixing it. I brought it into Springer's and he looked at it, disappeared in the back for a couple minutes and came back with a fixed watch! Then I realized it needed a new battery, and just a quick minute it was done.

I really appreciated it since I had my impatient toddler and infant with me. My husband was ecstatic, he hasn't taken the watch off since! "Thank you" is all I can say. Highly recommend! Also, I was looking at the bridal collection while I was in there- beautiful rings at very fair prices- check it out young men!

I took my watch to Springer Jewelers to remove links from my watch. So quick and so little cost for me! Also my husband had given me his watch to see if Springer's could restore the date feature. That was instantaneous at no cost! Where in this world today can we find such service! -dottie Powell

Just had my ring appraised today. very reasonable prices very pleasant experience overall. only took one day as opposed to the 5-10 days the other places wanted to keep my ring. very very happy with my service!

In November I took my wife's watch, which was a service award from her work, in to Ben Springer. He had advised me that he was an authorised service repair rep for citizen watches. After FOUR MONTHS of lying to me about the delay in repairing the watch he claimed that it had been fixed and that I could pick it up 2 days later. I picked up the watch and left, and unfortunately not to my surprise it was not working and appeared that he had not done anything to the watch at all.

I made the mistake of being patient and trusting for 4 months believing what he had told me, so I don't understand why he would do something like this to a customer and try to trick them. Even claim that there was no charge because of the time it took to repair it when in reality there was no charge because he had done nothing. If I could give 0 stars I would! Do not trust Ben Springer with your business, he will lie right to your face!

Stopped in to see about fixing my ring. The gentleman was very helpful but knew it was something they couldn't fix. He recommended another jeweler and they were fantastic. Really appreciate his help and knowledge about jewelry even though they were not the ones to fix it.

Pete is very skilled in jewelry repair and has 30 year of experience. They always educate their customers on different options and make them feel comfortable. Great family owned business and are highly recommended!

Springer Jewelers did a great job resizing my wedding ring five years and soldering my band. Mostly recently they resized some custom jewelry I had made. Great customer service!

Excellent service from a longtime local family store, they also offer jewelry repair at very reasonable fees. They will bring in pieces to fit your specifics, but plan ahead to allow enough time if you want to go that direction.

Springer Jewelers is the place to go for exceptional service, great jewelry, good prices. And it's a Local business. We have bought several pieces here - wedding bands, diamond earrings, bracelets, necklaces, etc. The thing I like the most about Springer is - Every visit I gain a lot of knowledge about what I am purchasing. I feel that people that shop at big jewelry chains are missing out and should experience a jeweler with experience and knowledge like they have here.

I can tell them what (or idea) of what I want I end up getting what I needed within budget. All the jewelry I have purchased from Springer gets a lot of compliments, the wife loves, I love, and I feel that I know the value of what was purchased. I love this place! I broke my Tiffany's necklace chain and I was really praying I wouldn't have to drive 90+ miles to repair it! Service was very fast, very kind and extremely knowledgeable, really talked me through everything that was going to happen. I wish I looked around the store more, there were so many beautiful geode-esque pieces I loved. 10/10 I will always go here for my repairs and and shopping!

Entering into the store a few weeks ago, this thought came to me. Close to 22 years ago we decided to shop at Springer Jewelers because we felt that they a) knew more than the other jewelry stores in the mall, b) were a family owned business, and c) actually cared about us. and today, we have the same thoughts about Springer's, and it is amazing how things have stayed the same.

Even though they have moved from their downtown location to W Jefferson, the people and expertise are still the same. High quality in both regards. It truly is a good feeling to be dealing with the same people today that wrote your estimates over 2 decades ago. Keep up the good work!
