I went to this place with roughly a pound of silver spoons/forks with sterling labeled on all of them and the owner tried to say he didn't know the silver content. Sterling means it's at least 92.5% silver which any decent pawn shop owner would know so he offered me $5 per ounce. What a joke. Don't waste your time with this clown!

Excellent service, Alex was very knowledgeable when it came to looking for a perfect engagement ring. Very professional and patient and worked with us on our budget. Would highly highly recommend and will be back hopefully in the very near future

I have had a few different pieces made by Joseph. He is a fantastic Jeweler and designer. My new Ring is my latest purchase with his Nephew Alex. It's a Alexandrite Stone. Alex helped design the ring for my Anniversary. It's absolutely beautiful. I definitely would highly recommend them. Alex has helped on previous purchases I have made. He is very patient.

I had an excellent experience at this place! Alex is extremely knowledgeable about all things jewelry. He was also very helpful when I took my soon to be fiance in to pick out the perfect ring. Went in today for the first time. Store was pretty small, mostly jewelry at this location. The biggest problem I found with the store was the outrageous prices on everything. I usually go to pawn shops and expect to get things at a better price. What I will recommend is: if you go to this location and there is no price tag on it. Look up the product on your phone before you purchase anything.

I happened to find a staple gun and being in a hurry I didn't look up the item before purchasing. The guy said he wanted $40 got the staple gun (I thought was a bit pricey) but I purchase it and leave and Later look it up. Brand new at Walmart for $17. This was a dumb decision on my behalf but overall as a store the place is very overpriced and selection is small. I would not recommend.

Alex at Shnayder Jewelry as an absolute professional. He took the time with my husband while he was looking at engagement rings last year, he promptly fixed my ring when one of the prongs were loose (there hasn't been a problem since), and when I came to him to fit my wedding band properly he listened and delivered everything I wanted. Great pricing, great service, I highly suggest Shnayder to anyone looking for a quality individualized experience!

I brought in a large box of jewelry from my mom's estate and Alex sorted through it all very quickly separating 14k and 10k gold from costume jewelry. He gave me a fair price and was a pleasure to do business with.

Before buying an engagement ring I did research, visited multiple jewelers at businesses both boxy large and boutique small, read lots of on-line reviews, and decided to travel 45 minutes to meet Alex. We discussed my goal, effort, and expectations regarding such an expensive purchase. I believe he was sincere in being helpful, offering prudent advice, and great suggestions.

I hoped that at some point I'd see him interact with customers, and I did. He asked if I minded the interruptions, and I didn't object. Alex has a friendly, fair, and forthright approach. Two ladies sold gold bracelets and seemed very happy in the end. A gentleman picked up some jewelry repairs and said, "Wow! You even took the dent out of the gold chain.

I didn't think that was possible." And, a young man sold a bass speaker at an agreed price. In the end, I purchased a stunning ring from Alex. It was a radiant hearts and arrows diamond in an elegant platinum setting. Besides its beauty and unbeatable price, it more importantly led to a "Yes!". My fiance knows her jewelry and she was impressed. We returned to get the ring properly fitted and once again Alex's expert advice and professionalism shined through.

I came in looking for an engagement ring with just an idea in my head. The moment I met Alex I knew I was in the right spot. He listened closely to what I wanted, politely gave me suggestions and then showed me different ideas. After listening to all his expert advice and comparing rings I picked the perfect ring. It was just what I wanted and a great value. I would highly recommend stopping here before you head to a box store with people just trying to make a sale, you will not be disappointed. Oh, and btw Alex. she said yes!

Alex was friendly and helpful. They have a nice jewelry selection and do jewelry repair. I would recommend them.

Went in to get a men's ring restored, while I was in there I stumbled upon a vintage Omega diamond watch. Alex was quick to strike and amazing deal for the watch and a gold chain. The shop has great quality jewelry and very aggressive prices. Alex was very knowledgeable about the product he sold me, jewelry restoration etc. I immediately recommended them to some co-workers which also had great experiences. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely be going back for my jewelry needs.

I called first and asked if they bought jewelry. Not just pawn it. I got an immediate, yes come in and he hung up. I walked in a half an hour later and placed my diamond ring on the counter. Without even looking at it the owner said it was junk. I said that I have an appraisal describing the color, cut, clarity and carat of all the stones. He then decided to "educate me" on how an appraisal is a scam by the insurance companies.

I explained that I wasn't looking for anything close to the $3200 appraisal. Just a few hundred bucks. He told me that he could make it himself for that price, so why would he buy mine. He seems to enjoy talking down to people. I will never go back.

Rude. Walked in, was ignored a few minutes, tried to sell some stuff, got spoken to very condescendingly, walked right back out. Don't waste your time.

Despite to all the bad reviews, I decided to give it a shot and visit Shnayder Jewelry. They have a big variety of jewelry and electronics for sale. Most of their merchandise is very unique. From the minute of walking in Alex took a great care of me. He patiently listened and was able to provide me with exactly what I was looking for. Also, the pricing was very reasonable. If you are looking for some quality jewelry along with a great customer service you should definitely visit this place!

Don't do a loan here. Period. Worst rates I've seen in NH, I thought it was criminal but I looked it up. Most places will give you about 15-20% interest with a min charge of 15$ for 30 days. This place charges OVER 100%. Do not do loans here. The guy is also a total jerk. If you bring up the near criminal rate he tells you he has been in business for 18 years so clearly his way is the right way.

Yeah sure, you can leach blood off people and survive for a long time. I suspect the Google reviews are paid for or entirely fake. Maybe you may have a good experience buying here, but certainly not selling or pawning. Avoid.

Contrary to other reviews, staff is not friendly at all. I walked in to a man yelling at a woman. When he got to me, he would not listen to me. He kept insisting I had a very old model iPad, when in fact I have the latest version, with cellular capabilities. If you're not interested in a particular product, that's one thing. But at least listen and know what your products you are dealing with are. He was very rude and this kind of person and establishment is what gives pawn shops a bad name.

I saw their positive reviews on Google+. Was the highest rated pawn shop in the area. I brought in jewelry: an opera string of pearls, a pearl ring, a topaz ring, and some gold. I've had them appraised by a jeweler before, less than a year ago. I considered selling them to that jeweler and he gave me an offer for each item. I wasn't expecting this pawnbroker to match that value or even to come close to it.

They are pawnbrokers, it's their job to lowball sellers. I placed my items on the counter, and without inspecting any of them, Alex, the pawnbroker, said that the value of the items did not add up to even half of what I had estimated. I called him on it, and asked how he could possibly know that if he had not inspected the stones. He was very fast to say that I had a citrine ring.

I corrected him. Topaz. Vastly different prices there. He said "okay, topaz. It doesn't make a difference." Then he told me that he had been in the business for 18 years. I packed up my stuff ASAP and left. His 18 years haven't served him very well if he doesn't inspect stones before placing value on them. For all he knew, that could have been a diamond.

He also rubbed my pearls against his teeth, which I know is common practice but disgusting nonetheless - anyone in the jewelry industry should be able to tell the difference between an authentic and fake without doing that. Now that I look closer at their Google+ reviews, I suspect they may be fake. Too many five star reviews given by people that have never written another review, and too many of the same grammar mistakes, as if they were written by the same person. End of story.

I'm only giving a 3 star rating because I didn't manage to sell the product I had there. However, this is one of the nicest pawn shops I've been to. Lots of top of the line and fine jewelry and products. Alex was very knowledgable and fun to talk to. He does come off a little intimidating considering he carries a gun on his hip, and I don't know if that's great for business, but in that line of work I can see how it's a good detterent for would be theives. Alex is also very blunt and frank, he tells it like it is and doesn't sugar coat things and I can see how that may give people the wrong impression.
