Get that dead battery changed ASAP! Watch batteries these days are great! They can keep your watch ticking a long time - about two to five years depending on the watch and how much energy it needs. But, like all batteries, they eventually run out of juice, and need to be changed. Waiting too long to replace a dead or slowing battery is a big mistake, since dead batteries can end up causing problems to the movement of the second and minute hands. Once you notice a weakening battery, send it to us immediately.
We are often asked about the process for creating a custom designed piece of jewelry with the use of CAD (Computer-aided design). CAD has been a great innovation for helping people see what they are going to get before they actually fabricate a piece of custom-made jewelry. The cost is minimal, and many revisions can be made until it is clear that both the customer and the jeweler are on the same page.

On a recommendation from a friend, I went to Quality Jewelers in hopes of finding a wedding band. I was not disappointed. I walked in and was greeted by a smiling Liang, who turned out to be very knowledgeable and patient, and he immediately offered to clean the ring I had on. After trying on many rings I found the perfect wedding band, within my budget and that I love.
At this point another smiling employee, Zach, brought my ring over after it had been cleaned and explained several of the stones were loose and he had tightened them. We discussed a missing small stone, which I had been aware of, and Zach offered to repair my ring for no charge. Both Liang and Zach made this a wonderful experience and I cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend.

I recently worked with Catherine to create a very special and unique gift for someone near and dear to me. She went above and beyond to make sure it was absolutely perfect and that the stones were exactly what I wanted. She spent almost a month searching for a stone for me and if the samples came in and she didn't like them, she'd return them and keep searching.
She didn't call me every time a sample came in unless it was a contender and since I live over an hour away I really appreciated that. We worked continuously through email when we could as well. When I picked up my piece, it brought tears to my eyes because it exceeded my expectations. The only downfall was that when I picked it up Catherine was on a much deserved vacation so I didn't get to properly thank her!

We went in today to see about replacing a couple of birthstones in a Mother's Ring that were lost due to the age of the ring and the prongs being worn out. Mikaela Mann showed us all the options available for the repair including costs and also some new rings to compare too. Her old ring was showing its age from all the years of use. We decided on a completely new ring with the appropriate stones for each of her children.
This didn't feel like a buying experience in any way. It was like family helping family to reach a common goal. Quality Jewelers sets the standard on how other companies should be modeled after. We will definitely recommend Quality Jewelers to our friends and everyone else.

My experience at Quality Jewelers has always been exceptional. Unlike other well known jewelry stores in the area, when you walk in they immediately greet you like you are the only customer in the store and can't wait to help you. I visited Quality Jewelers recently to pick up a repaired gold chain. The repair on my chain was superior and looked beautiful, I was very pleased. I was also shopping for earring jackets, and had checked everywhere. I was overjoyed when i found exactly what I wanted, they are amazing and at a fantastic price. The staff is so friendly and helpful.

Husband bought me a beautiful ring but because of arthritis and enlarged knuckles ring did not sit on finger correctly. We were pleasantly surprised the owner encouraged us to find a different way to make this beautiful ring fit my finger. It no longer spins around and we are so pleased. I had excellent service with quality jewelers! I had been to every jewelry store locally and not only did not find anything I liked but no one was willing to help me find what I wanted. My fiance purchased my stunning opal engagement ring at Quality Jewelers. I have taken it in periodically to get cleaned. Not only does the staff do a wonderful job cleaning my ring, but they observed some loose stones around the opal, and they addressed the issue. I plan to buy our wedding bands there as well. I love supporting local business!
