Everybody who works there know what they're talking about. They're very helpful. They clean my jewelry for free, even if I didn't buy it from them. They always have smiles on their faces and remember you by name. I own several pieces of their jewelry. I'll keep going there. I recommend them to anyone.

THE place for all your jewelry needs! I went in to see what my options were for repurposing stones into a new piece and I am throughly pleased with what my options were. During my visit, I was able to have my wedding bands inspected and cleaned while they tuned up a pair of earrings for me. Their attention to detail is wonderful and the staff is so patient and helpful. I highly recommend to shop local with River City Jewelers, their selection and quality is excellent!

River City Jewelers created the wedding band of my turquoise dreams; complete with hand-picked turquoise cut to perfection, in house. To top it off, the RCJ team made it happen before a seemingly impossible. deadline, with exceptional customer service every step of the way. I went in saying I didn't expect the ring to be done in time for my wedding (my fault for not going to them sooner), but thanks to the RCJ team, I got to wear this beautiful ring on my wedding day. While we wish that we would have never lost the original diamond, Mike and his crew went above and beyond to make this 30+ year old ring look better than it ever did. I can't recommend this company enough. It's a busy place with small town service.

River City Jewelers has the most top notch professional customer service I have ever experienced. I had the pleasure of working with both the owners and Scott all of who helped me in designing the pictured ring. What I really liked about this experience was that at no time was I ever pressured. Never pressured into buying anything out of my budget or buying anything that she didn't like.

They sat me down in the back office and we looked through countless diamonds until we had found the perfect one. The level of detail they took into making sure every little thing was perfect gave me reassurance that I can trust them with future purchases. Although the time line was short, he said that he felt like he was their most important customer, receiving constant updates, and speedy service. When he received the rings, being an engineer, he closely examined them, and remarked how the prongs that hold the stones were thicker than the big box stores, and that they just looked more robust and sturdier built-heirloom quality. He thanked me, and now I wand to personally thank the people at River City for a Home Run. You guys are the best.

My engagement ring is a thin gold solitaire and the band was badly bent after I helped carry some heavy furniture while moving here. To make matters worse, we then had to bend it more to get it off my finger! I walked in, and they quickly fixed my warped band and made sure the stone was secure, all at no charge. Not only were they very kind, but their selection is beautiful and unique! Will definitely be coming back for my family's jewelry shopping. Thank you!

The staff at River City Jewelers is amazing. They are all so helpful and genuinely care that you get what you want. I never felt pressured to settle for anything less than exactly what I wanted. Both my husband and I got our wedding bands there. His was custom ordered and the process was super easy. I decided I loved a band they had in house, and when it was sold they ordered in another one for me.

I also worked with them create a custom necklace to go with my dress. They really listened when I talked about what I wanted, and they helped create a one of a kind necklace that was perfect for my special day. I recommend River City to anyone with any jewelry needs. I know we will be going back in the future!

Love these guys. We live out of state but my husband had my ring designed here back in 2009 and every time we come through, we have it checked and cleaned. They are always professional, kind, and today as we walked in, they even remembered us (even after only seeing us off and on for the last 9 years). I would highly recommend this store for anyone looking for that perfect ring, necklace, or earrings.

We ordered my husbands wedding band here as well and they custom ordered exactly what he wanted at a fantastic price. They've been upgrading their storefront and equipment over the last few years and blow big box jewelers off the map. I came to River City Jewelers to have some work done on my wife's wedding set. I can't say enough good things about this store and the service. It is a phenomenon- an established jewelry store with a truly hometown friendliness and helpfulness. Although I wasn't in the market for new jewelry at this time, I noticed that there was a very good selection.

The work done on my wife's rings was beautifully done, extremely reasonably priced, and done very quickly. I was hoping to have it done and back by her birthday, which was in three days. I knew that was cutting it pretty close. It was actually done within a day's time and I was able to pick it up in plenty of time. I was very impressed overall and will be using River City Jewelers for all of my jewelry needs and purchases in the future. Aaron Tadych
