I wish there was an option to rate higher because I so would, I got the ring of my dreams. I forget the name of the nice lady working there but she was so helpful and understood just what I wanted while making sure we stayed in budget while still customizing it just how I always wanted it. Grand forks is so lucky to have this place, will be returning here for any future jewelry needs!

These ladies were so sweet and kind helping my mom pick out something she envisioned for her daughters as a keepsake. They listened and helped her vision come true. The necklaces are beautiful and even more special because my mom's dream now is a reality. Best staff, best store, best price. I will only shop with them. I have done business with Signature Jewelers for several years now. They provide very friendly service, always helpful and happy to give you the best experience in purchasing fine jewelry! Nancy is very knowledgeable! There is a reason she is called the "Diamond Girl"! She is happy to listen to every customer's wants and needs and always gives you different options to pick from! The prices are reasonable as well. My husband and I buy our jewelry only from Signature Jewelers!

Everything about Signature Jewelers is top notch. They provide you with great customer service that you don't find at any other store. We live over 400 miles away but we will always return here. Great, friendly service! Husband bought my engagement ring December 2008 and have gotten his ring, my wedding bands, and a family pendant necklace that we have added to after each child since then. They greet us by name and know exactly what we want! Could not ask for a better jewelry store and do not plan to ever go anywhere else! We live across the country and still come back here for our jewelry needs!
