Went here to sell some gold and was given a fair price and treated well. I will be back for any future jewelry needs. Employee was very helpful and willing to answer my questions.

Owner is too full of herself and rude! Will never be back to do business. I recommend if someone wants to buy jewelry go elsewhere for better service.

Do not consign with them. No one knows what's going on with consignment and they don't call back. They have had a piece of my jewelry since 3/2018. Was told it sold several months ago but still have not received payment

Opens too late so, visited other jewelers & they didn't disappoint With COVID-19 going on, seems stores would be open at least at reasonable hours ppl are used to. O well, guess their business isn't suffering and they can afford to sleep in.

They did a ring resized for me on my wedding set. My rings came back very quickly! I want to say it was 4 or 5 days. Not only did they resize it like I asked, but they also did some little extra touches that I didn't ask for. The redipped my ring as well as clean it up so it looks brand new! My channel set band had one stone that was a little crooked and they straightened that up for me! My large stone had a slight wiggle in it and they also tightened that up to. I will definitely be back for future services!

Very elegent looking store. I went there to get the battery changed in my watchs and found out they do offer a lifetime battery change warranty so if you need your battery changed again it will be free for life for that watch. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is the clerks act a little snobby. Other than that it was fine

Been a repeat customer (over 7 yrs) because the owner has an eye for carrying very unique pieces plus standard stock you'd expect to find. I haven't just bought pricey pieces. Many times have needed a teacher or thank you gift and didn't want to mess around ordering online to find out it doesn't fit or have a stone fall out and no recourse (because that HAS happened).

Maybe I'm old fashioned but it's great to walk in and SEE wide selection, be waited on by a friendly, knowledgeable person and actually hold/inspect the item. Lastly, I love Love's because I've sold her old jewelry for cash and have left a couple of pieces on consignment for the store to sell too. Allison said I would make more money selling an old engagement ring vs scraping it.

Although it took longer to sell than I expected I was EXTREMELY happy with the money I ended up with. for both cash for gold and the consignment sale. So I'm all around very pleased with my dealings with Love's fine jewelry, Allison and her staff.

Allison Love is so gifted at listening to your desires, even if you aren't sure exactly what they are yourself! She is gifted at individual, unique, one of a kind design. My husband wanted something special for me and she worked her "magic"! Would not shop anywhere else. Best of all, her business is local and family owned.not a chain. Hey, Allison. A competitive store had no problem using their microscope to allow me to see my laser inscription registry number on my wife's diamond before I gave over the stone for them to resize the ring. They were not offended or put off or anything like that. They understood my position and respected it. What I really feel bad about is that I cannot take back my previous purchases from your store and your very nice employees will not get future sales commissions from me, unless that is, they leave your employment and go elsewhere, which I would recommend.

One of those rare jewelry stores where you still get personal customer service. While other jewelry stores feel like corporate, big business retailers, Allison Love's feels like the friendly, locally owned business that it is. I purchased my wife a ring from there years ago that she still gets compliments on because of its uniqueness and she still goes back in to have it cleaned.
