From the moment I walked through their doors, the staff at Tipton's Fine Jewelry made my experience a pleasant one. Each of the employees (I worked with three different wonderful women) went out of their way to make sure my needs were met. They were able to assess the repairs needed for my wedding set, have them repaired, and returned my rings without delay.

They were understanding when my bank card wouldn't read (faulty chip) and reassured me as they entered the numbers manually. All's well that ends well-only because the staff at Tipton's are dedicated professionals who give AMAZING customer service. They are the only jewelers I'll use from now on.

Tipton's is our jewelry store! Even now living states away we go to them! Their quality and customer service is unparalleled.

I enjoy just stopping by to "browse" the new arrivals at Tipton's Fine Jewelry. The staff is always friendly even if I don't make a purchase. My jewelry gets cleaned, I get to check out all the sparkles, we have a few laughs. And I, especially, love going home with a new "sparkly" piece of jewelry.

They were the nicest people ever. Went in there to find a cheep ring instead of using my real one to work. Easy conversation. She showed me a bunch of options I wish I could remember her name. But love the service!

I was looking to find a one of a kind ring for my 30th anniversary. Sarah greeted us as we walked into the store. She was extremely patient. I found a unique setting and Sarah worked to find the perfect cornflower blue sapphire. I was so happy with the final product that I went back and found another beautiful band. Sarah and Kara identified a diamond called an Aspire which was mounted on a different setting.

The jeweler at Tipton's is amazing and seamlessly combined the Aspire diamond onto the band I fell in love with and it looks flawless. I would highly recommend going to Tipton's to find your next quality piece of jewelry for you, your spouse or significant other. Thank you Sarah and Kara, I love my rings.

Letting go of wedding rings past isn't an easy task because there's obviously so much emotion surrounding them but Kara had all of the right words to say. She was up front and honest about the value of the rings as-is and explained the trade-in value. It was way too much fun picking something new and I can't wait to wear my new piece. She was even quick to have the ring sized in a timely manner as I'm only here for visit. I really couldn't have asked for more. While my parents are long time customers, Tipton's just gained a loyal follower. Thank you!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I placed an order for a pandora charm 2 weeks ago. It was an anniversary present. They said it would come in the following week. 2 weeks went by and nothing from them. So I called and they never got my item in or called to tell me it didn't come in. They had planned to keep my money and not give me my charm. They knew for a week my charm had not come in and refused to contact me. Not only is this illegal it didn't allow me to order it online before it sold out. Please avoid this scam store in ghetto Lawton. They are horrible people.

I bought a U-boat watch (not from them) and while in town needed the battery changed. I heard about Tipton Fine Jewelry. I thought this place would surely know what to do or at the VERY LEAST could recommend where to go if they couldn't handle the job. Two issues arose. First, they couldn't change the battery in the time frame I was going to be in town.

Apparently a watch battery change is considered a repair. Second, and MOST interesting of all, the two women I spoke with at the shop had never even heard of the U-boat brand. Enough said.

Extremely friendly to my father and I. We stopped in to have a watch sized which they finished in a few minutes. Staff was extremely talkative and pleasant. The watch was fitted for a reasonable price by the jeweler and I will come back for any future jewelry needs!

I took three diver watches hoping to have the batteries replaced. They said it would take a day to replace two of the batteries and an additional day on the third watch. The young lady rung up seventy dollars, yes $70.00 dollars and asked for half of the money up front. Two days later I received a call stating the third watch needed to be sent away.

And the shipping cost was fifty dollars! I declined and asked if the other two watches were done and the young lady stated yes. I drove to the store to find none of my watches with new batteries and my money refunded. This store is only committed to large dollar purchases, and will treat you as though you bother them with any less!

My fiance and I bought my engagement ring and wedding band at Tipton's and had an amazing experience! The clerks were so kind and helpful, and since we bought my whole wedding set, we got his ring for free! They also had a special going on where, with any purchase, you get to pop a balloon for a certificate or gift card to another local business.

So not only did we get 3 amazing rings for a great price, we also got 2 tickets to the IMAX theater! We will definitely be returning to Tipton's for all of our jewelry needs

There's a very thick layer of sarcasm and condescending tones from the clerks. Attempting to sell earrings that matched the ring I sold last month, the clerk said they don't buy things like that and would only give me $100 when last month I sold the ring of the same blue diamond set for $800. My husband and I went in previously to purchase a Pandora bracelet for my sister and it was only until we were interested in purchasing did their attitudes change. This is what we get for moving to a rural town.

I have gone here several time for small things such as getting battery replacement and jewelry repair. Usually I am greeted (or not greeted) with complete snobbiness. As if they don't want to help me or as if i'm bothering them. This particular visit I went in for battery replacement and jewelry cleaning. The girl said they would not be able to replace it for a week or two.

So I declined. I was looking at some rings while I was there and decided to buy a ring as a gift for someone. Crazy how their attitude changed with a bigger purchase. All of sudden the girl was helpful! Wow!. I'm not impressed. Can you say snob?
