I brought my ring in to have it enlarged. We asked about how much it would be and the owner, Larry, said "oh about $90, with $20 increases for each increase in size." When we went to pick up the ring the price was $290, not including tax. It had to be increase three sizes. So Larry's estimate was 300% off? I am glad I do not get estimates or purchase a car from someone who provides an estimate that is three times the original quote.

Terrible customer service. I left a watch for repair and was told 8-10 days. Not a word for 3 weeks. I called. I was told the matter would be researched and I'd get a call back. No one called back. Finally I went in personally and was told the watch had come back but was still not running. It was sent back to the repairman with no explanation as to what the problem was.
Two weeks later a call came to come get the watch. I went in today to find the watch was still not running! The clerk had no explanation - just a "sorry." I am incredulous at how poorly they have handled my situation. Oh, BTW, they wanted $15 to take out a link from a new watch band. I went to KB in Bedford Center - done in 5 minutes for $7. You can do way better than Bedford Jewelers

I have to write this review for the scumbag that treated my husband with utter disrespect. My daughter got her ears piercing here and we had a good experience. She lost the back of her earring so my husband went to the store at 5 pm to get it replaced. The owner, who ever the guy is, had JUST shut the doors. My husband stood outside the doors with my 9 month old daughter in his arms.
The man made my husband explain the entire situation through the closed door, didn't even bother coming to the door to listen. He then rudely asks my husband to come another day. My husband said, I'm right here, you JUST CLOSED, cant you just help me. He just shot my husband a dirty look and told him NO. What kind of people do that? You see my husband standing there with a baby, in a situation where the baby can swallow the open earring and you do NOTHING?
When it would have taken 2 seconds to hand over a piece of the back and call it a day! What kind of business are they running where they can't treat people with some dignity? JUST DISGUSTING! This guy was nothing short of being a SCUMBAG and I will never support such a terrible place to anyone!

We went to get our young baby's ear's pierced and an adult's ear's pierced. The guy working behind the counter had a terrible attitude and short to try and answer our questions. He Wasn't friendly and we felt like we were imposing by coming in to give them business. They were NOT busy, so I don't know what the attitude was about. Then, the chair was so tall we had a hard time getting in it and he refused to assist.
The women who was behind the counter was much nicer but still, we were not comfortable. I also wasn't impressed with the selection of jewelery in cases. If I was in there to buy a gift or anything special, I would of had to walk out and go somewhere else. I hope the staff gets a better attitude and can be more friendly and understand that it's scary and exciting to get ears pierced but when a customer is asking a "Professional" questions, they should have a better 'bedside manor'.
