This store has amazing products including bras, underwear, lingerie, swimwear, and more. They have many fitting rooms that you can use at your leisure and the customer service is amazing. They're always there if you need help. They also offer sizing checks for bras as well. Not to mention the amazing color choice and organization of all of the products in the store.

The place is vibrant with many different patterns and colors on the walls and floor, making it really enjoyable to be in the store itself. This is a designer store so, of course, the products will be expensive but very much worth it. The items are very luxurious and are made with quality in mind for the customers.

Not a single corset. Not one. How can you call yourselves a lingerie store and not carry one of the most basic undergarments?

Great selection of selection of beautiful and tantalizing bra's and many more naughty things for the bedroom. And the level of customer service is outstanding! They paid a great deal of attention to my wife's wants and needs! She ani I both left this store with giant grins on our faces

Super helpful staff. Very friendly. Measured us right off the bat so we didn't have to spend any time in fitting room. The measurements were spot on. And the sales were amazing! We'll be back for sure. Thanks ladies!

I felt like I was being interrogated by the person guarding the door before I could even start shopping. I didn't enjoy looking around because every five seconds an employee was breathing down my back! I felt like I was being followed around the store. I'm not sure if they treat all their customers like this or only those of color. I appreciate good customer service but the women in this store were very abrasive towards me and I couldn't help but notice they weren't treating other customers that way.

Every time I shop here the customer service is above and beyond. I went in for the first time since everything reopened and it's only gotten better. All of their employees are so nice and helpful. I'm not one to write a review, positive or negative, but I am so impressed every visit.

I was sized in store and was sized so wrong that the bra is not close to fitting in any way. I live two hours away from the store but because I bought in store I have to bring it all the way back to the store for a refund or exchange. I just want a refund and to shop with a different company that's better at sizing and more size inclusive.

Had a great shopping experience, other than we all know that some the VS stores have been closed due the pandemic, I had a coupon that I was unable to use since they closed in march/ April. The discount coupon expired. This is a coupon I received from online shopping, which was unable to redeem online either. I had just used an expired coupon at Victoria secrets.

While shopping at VS pink for my daughter tried to use my coupon and Brittney the young lady at the register refused to honor any of my coupons. This was really upsetting, I shop alot in store and online for both my daughter and myself, and spend a great amount of money. This young lady knows we are going through a pandemic and that the store was closed and still argued that I should of went to a vs store that was open. I am very disappointed. Not great customer service skills, Brittney didn't honor the coupon because she didn't want to. She could of very well honored that coupon.

I'm 33 and am one of those people who have apparently been wearing the wrong size bra for years! Bella was extremely helpful, friendly and took great care to make me have a great shopping experience. Their system at this store works! A team for sure.

I visited this location after finding a bra I purchased at a different Denver store didn't fit. I was prepared for the struggle, 50 questions, & disbelief that I had not even tried the bra on. It was also 30 minutes til close on a Friday (I never felt rushed). Not only did these things NOT occur, but I wasn't bum rushed (constant are you ok's), nor followed around the store!

This has been the best VS store experience ever. From the cashier (not sure her name), and Bella who was at the fitting rooms, I received friendly and excellent, customer service. Joanna, the store manager exhibited the same people skills and competence. She seems like a great leader! I hope, this store is able to maintain this level of professionalism.
