Last two times I have tried to use them for resizing, the lady who works the front of shop has been rude. This last time, I brought my mother in to have her finger sized and to resize a ring. The lady was short with us during the finger sizing. Then, told us to come back later due to the jeweler eating lunch. The time before that she made rude remarks about the worth of a particular ring I had that I wanted resized.
Will never go back. She needs to work on her customer service skills. On the other hand, 4th Street Jewelers has been nothing but nice and welcoming compared to the front of shop lady at McNair Jewelers.
