Fred and Frances Couch opened Couch's Gift Shop in 1941 with $500 of their own and $500 they borrowed from a relative. Shortly after opening the business, Fred was called to serve in World War II as a United States Navy photographer while Frances ran the business. Fred established the first Bell & Howell, Kodak, and Polaroid dealership in the area.
Many of our customers tell us they trust us and "I would not take my jewelry anywhere else!" We have a full service repair and custom design shop. Almost all work is done in house by our expert jeweler that has been with Couch's over 30 years with a four day or less turnaround on most repairs. We photograph each repair item and your precious jewelry is locked up safely in our safes every night for your peace of mind. State of the art laser welder allows Couch's to do heat sensitive repairs, costume jewelry, and even eyeglass frames.
Couch's experienced designers can help you create that special jewelry item you really want with your precious gems or ours. We will personally take time to ask you detailed questions about what the piece means to you and how to best enhance your diamonds or gemstones. Our trained designers use their technical knowledge to help you design something with the right precious metals with the best fabrication method, composition, wearability, and market trends in mind.One of the best ways to communicate your ideas to our experts is with a picture that you have or you find on the internet.

I highly recommend Couch's for any jewelry you may need. Bob always seems to have exactly what we are looking for with a great price and top quality. On top of all of this they have the best customer service in the state. Forget the chain stores and those overpriced Direct stores if you want top notch fine jewelry and the best customer service around look no further than Couch's

We shopped at several local jewelers but came back to Couch's! The sales ladies were extremely helpful and never pushy, which was a huge selling point for us. No one wants to be pressured and overwhelmed when. shopping, and Couch's is the only one where we did not feel smothered by someone trying to make a sale. The ladies were knowledgeable, informative and helpful.
They answered all of our questions and made us 100% comfortable with purchasing from them. Everything they have is high quality for reasonable prices and they even have unique, one-of-a-kind antique pieces, which is what I finally fell in love with. My fiance was comfortable returning to the store to buy the special engagement ring I'd picked out. We couldn't be happier with our choice and we highly recommend Couch's!

I needed a sentimental piece replated, as well as a new sterling silver chain with magnetic clasps. Not only does it look fabulous, but the total price was extremely reasonable. The staff was so incredibly helpful with zero pressure. And did I mention it was complete super quickly?!?! 10/10 would use them again!

Friendly staff and super knowledgeable. I was welcomed and helped as soon as I walked in the door. I gave them my wedding band to be resized. They did great and timely work! My band was done in two days! So, in short they are absolutely awesome! I would highly recommend them to any of my friends! Definitely going to be using them in the future!
