We are so happy we chose Marks Jewelers to do our ring shopping. The experience was truly a delight and the store has a wonderful selection. I have told everyone about our experience and I'll recommend Marks Jewelers time and time again. But what I think really made our ring shopping that much more special and set apart Marks Jewelers from other stores was Susan.

She is the nicest, friendliest, patient, knowledgeable, caring and compassionate person we have ever worked with. We came in knowing absolutely nothing, like legitimately nothing, about engagement rings, let alone diamonds and settings and bands. She coached us all the way through, she answered my 500 questions and didn't once try to rush us. And believe me, we spent a long time with Susan!

At times where I felt overwhelmed or confused, she was able to deliver this calmness and really took the time to explain and educate us. You could tell she really cared, and it showed the entire time working with her. Susan is undeniably the best. If you are going to Marks, do yourself a favor and ask for Susan, she is a freaking gem!

I had a great experience at Marks Jewelers picking out an anniversary gift for my wife. Beth was very attentive, helpful and personable. She listened to what I was looking for and showed me a variety of options that all fit the specs and style I was looking for. I appreciated that I did not feel pressured to make a decision. Priscilla was a pleasure to work with when we got our wedding rings. She was very receptive in our wants and needs and helped us find what we wanted in a timely fashion. I also went to Marks for my engagement ring and Trish spent a ton of time listening to the things I was looking for in the ring and also explained the different types of diamonds they carry. Overall Marks is a wonderful jeweler with a ton to offer. I went to other jewelers in the greater Philadelphia area and was not Nearly as pleased as when I went to Marks!

Gerry at Mark Jewelers level of customer service is stellar! I came in with a broken heirloom jewelry box and he helped to repair it. I worked with Gerry, who was one of the most honest and straight forward jewelers I have ever encountered. His goal wasn't just to sell you the most expensive ring, but instead to help you meet you goals as to what you were looking for. With his knowledge, experience, and honesty I can 100% say I got the ring of my future wife's dreams.

She loved it, and even asked to go with to pick up the matching wedding band with me. When we came back to grab the wedding band a year and a half after I bought the engagement ring, Gerry recognized me by name and was as always more then helpful helping us find the perfect ring. 10/10 recommend this place. Mikhail was great! So attentive and really paid attention to what we were looking for! We bought our wedding bands here and really excited for the turn out. Also my engagement ring had an issue with one of the diamonds and they will fix that while in the process of making my wedding band. Great company and great customer service. The new location is great and the building is really nice!

Today I needed to get a new watch battery and I received prompt, professional service. I love going into Marks Jewelers.
