I'm so happy we could to support a long-standing Hamilton business! My boyfriend wanted to be traditional and pick out the ring himself so he went in with zero experience in jewelry and just a bunch of pics I'd found of rings I liked. Wendy was so awesome and helped him find the perfect ring! I absolutely love it! They (SHE) really nailed exactly what I had in mind. A full sale jewelry place with very kind and knowledgeable workers. The store was clean and welcoming with a nice variety. I had the pleasure of working with Terri Toleno who provided a wealth of information, sold products based on my best interests and cleaned all products before purchase. My husband and I went to buy an engagement ring (for our 10th Wedding Anniversary) Linda was at the front when we walked in, she gave us some background about Trent Jewelers saying it was a family owned business etc. We told her what we wanted to see and she was was great, we needed up with the perfect ring! We had previously been to another store where we walked out of as they were pushy and not professional.

Here we felt like family. It needed to be re-sized and we picked it up in time for Valentines Day! We will go back for other jewellery just knowing what a lovely place it was to shop.

Bought an engagement ring here about 2 years ago around a thousand dollars.things didn't work out with the relationship. so I went back to sell it to see what I would get for it and they offered me $90 dollars for it. Talk about a smack in the face. I feel like I was ripped off from the beginning. I don't appreciate being taken advantage of. The ring probably wasn't even worth half of what you sold it to me for.

You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Especially this day in age. People are obviously selling their jewelry because they need the money. You don't know what people are going through. So pay what things are actually worth because that few dollars might keep someone's lights on or diapers for their child.who knows but they obviously need it for something cause they wouldn't be there if they didn't. Stop being cheap and thinking about just yourself. the next person may need as much help as they can

My husband and I came to Trent's to look for an anniversary ring. We were kindly welcomed by the associates and waited only a few moments until Linda was available to assist us. She was patient and helpful while showing us a few different styles of rings to get an idea of what we were looking for on our visit. We found a ring we loved quicker than I would have ever anticipated.

I've been coming to Trent since 2012 when I came in looking for an engagement ring. They were amazingly helpful and I've been coming back ever since. Every person is genuinely helpful in making sure we find just what we need. Even when I moved to Pennsylvania, I still make the drive to Trent.

They sold my mother a fake gold religious necklace. It costs her $400. It started tarnishing months later so she came back and asked if they could do anything about it. They said there's nothing they can do and got defensive. They recommended she come in to clean off the tarnished part. It's still tarnished. My mom only buys quality gold jewelry. I can't imagine if someone had an allergy to costume jewelry. Terrible.

Great people to deal with very friendly. When in there to have old rings apprased. They did not charge me and were very nice. Ended up buying a new diamond ring. Pays to be fair with customers. Great people

I love this local jewelry store. They have a great selection of jewelry and as a privately owned store, they always have "special" things they will do for you. I had an old ruby & diamond ring from my high school years (1970s) that my daughter started to wear. Well, the quality of the original stones was pretty low. So I took it into Trent to find better and bigger ruby and diamonds for my original ring.

We looked at a couple options and then they offered to bring in some they had off-site. I found the size and color I wanted. It took a some reworking of prongs for the bigger stones, plus the engraving I added. I absolutely love it. I'm proud for my daughter to have a better version of my 40 year-old ring! Great working with the people there to get such a great result.

All of the ladies here at trent jewelers are amazing! Linda, Terri, Anne. are all so helpful! every year i give them my wedding rings to get cleaned and my rings always come back looking brand spanking new! I recently had an issue with ordering a christening cross as it was out of stock and i couldn't get back into the store to select another. Linda called me and texted me pictures out of the catalog, to save me a trip in, and we re-ordered a new one over the phone.

They even expedited the shipping to guarantee i would get it in time! highly recommend their store. I've been using them for all of my jewelry services and purchases for the past 5+ years. Top notch friendly and above-and-beyond customer service!

There aren't many small businesses left like this one! The ladies in here make you feel like family. Not only is everything gorgeous, but they are so sweet & wonderful. It's a true testament to why they've been around for so long. The service is always impeccable & they go out of their way to make you feel like a valued customer.

My engagement ring had diamonds fall out 3 times within 1 year. They fixed it twice for free, as they should, but last time I went to have it repaired, they tried to act as if I were the one causing the damage. The ring is gorgeous, but not worth it. I still have diamonds missing.

DO NOT GO THERE! I was thoroughly ripped off! I am 54 years old and often have repairs to be made. Wanted to try them out as I had 2 items to be soldered, very simple. I thought it was a joke when they told me it was $58! I am still in complete shock. Could you just imagine the mark up on jewelry purchases if this is how they gouge the repair prices? Very upset. Shouldn't have been more than $20 for both!

I have been searching for a wedding band all over the central jersey area for so long and I am so glad that I finally stopped by this place! Not only do they have a wide selection of high quality jewelry, but they provided the best customer service. Louise and Linda are extremely helpful and patient (as you can imagine how indecisive a girl gets when picking out rings).

Stopped in for advice about resizing my finance's engagement ring. Louise took great care of us and provided sincere and honest advice on what to do. She provided my fiance with a rubber adjuster at no charge to help in the meantime. I would certainly go back to Trent in the future!
