A wonderful business! I had an unfortunate situation which was handled in a highly professional manner. A clerk accidentally punched in an extra zero on my debit card and made a $1000.00 withdrawal --It was as much as my fault because I didn't catch the error until after I signed the slip. The clerk immediately did a refund. Unfortunately, a technical glitch with the credit card system caused the refund to get lost somewhere.
I spoke to the manager, Erin, who immediately began work on the problem. It took some time to resolve, but Erin went well above and beyond what most people would have expected and did everything she could to resolve it with the credit card company. She handled the situation the same way as if it had happened to her. Thank you for the Integrity and Concern!
