I have been here about three times over the past couple years and have bought some really great and unique pieces. They have a medium size selection, but it is well curated. The team there is really helpful, patient, and fun to talk to. This is not a chain/franchise operation. They value customer relationships. It is old school like that, and I like it. I always check out the few other shops in the area, but inevitably come back here for the selection. Found a wonderful one of a kind bracelet yesterday.

I took my wedding ring in to have the head of the solitaire which was damaged replaced with a head with a halo. They also repaired the jacket which was out of shape and bent from years of wear. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I am quite pleased with the results.

Had my wedding ring resized. They did a fabulous job and were able to complete the job in a few hours for a same day pick up.

I recently came into William Jewlers because my wife's ring lost some diamonds. We bought the ring over this past Christmas which not too long ago but my wife works out with it on so that might have been the issue. Unfortunately we didn't bring it the ring for maintenance every 3 months maybe that would have caught the problem or it would have been covered for free repair but luckily the owner Mohammad was super reasonable and helpful in making us happy.

He was willing to replace the diamonds at cost and work would be free. He even offered a trade in for something that would be more practical for working out. We're super grateful and definitely recommend this jewelry!

The owner and his employees are amazing, and their selection gorgeous. They are polite, friendly, and extremely helpful, always going out of their way to make the customer happy. We have been buying our jewelry from them for the past 17 years and have never been disappointed.

I recently went to Williams Jewelers because I needed my medical ID bracelet sized down a bit and didn't want to go without it for a time by shipping it back to the manufacturer to resize for me. Based on positive reviews I went into Williams hoping they could help me resize even though the jewelry isn't theirs. After speaking with the lovely owner, Mohammad H., he decided to try removing just one link from my bracelet and that fixed the size for me.

Since Mohammad was so nice in helping me and charging me minimally and reasonably for his time, I decided to go back to make the link we took off the bracelet, a matching necklace. So he helped me find an appropriate chain and put a link on it for me so that I had my matching necklace. Mohammad is a friendly and caring man who cares about not only his customers, but about anyone who needs assistance who comes into his store. It was a pleasure doing business with him and when I need jewelry in the future, I'll be going back here due to his kindness.

Went into this store to see if there was a ring my hubs could get me as an upgrade to my old one and sure enough we bought the ring and had it sized to fit my hand. I was able to pick up the ring the next day. Absolutely beautiful ring and great service here.
