I have a St. Christopher medal over 50 years old I wear every day. The bale had wore through as had the link on the medal. I took it to Diamond and Design for repair. They polished it and repaired the chain and the medal. It looks brand new. This place is so honest and everyone in there is so nice to speak with and talk to. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I have a broken chrystal on my Rolex and have not trusted anyone to take it to for repair. You can bet it will go here because I trust them to take care of it for me.

The employees here are very nice; however, I am only giving 2 stars based on service because I think they're overpriced. I came in to get a quote for resizing my tennis bracelet and was quoted $200, which I thought was too expensive. I was correct because I was able to get a quote from another place for $60.

Atila is as knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly as they come! He has a great sense of different individual tastes and does a wonderful job of presenting options in accordance with those. He is very accommodating and responsive in general--Atila will do whatever it takes to make your experience perfect. The rest of the staff is kind and respectful too. Buying jewelry can be a tricky and sometimes stressful task, but doing it at D&D with Atila's guidance is a breeze. I used this shop for my wife's engagement ring and our wedding bands, and I plan to return for all our future jewelry needs!

I'm only giving one star bc it requires a star. Where do I start, I went here bc I needed my ring sized and the reviews were amazing. So first off I wanted my ring to be size 7, they made a quarter size bigger. They put regular metal vs white gold and just painted it silver. Idk who did my ring but they did a horrible job. I'm so thankful I got a second opinion and finally got it fix. I would go somewhere else and avoid this place at all cost. Never going back!

This review is wayyy over due, but there was no way after my amazing experience here that I wasn't eventually going to leave a review. Shout out to Atila and the rest of the staff for taking care of me during my time here. I proposed to my fiance on October 31st 2020 and Atila took care of me after I was referred to him and his family by two close friends of mine.
Of course being a nervous first timer, I brought my little brother with me to share this experience with me and Atila took care of us from the very beginning. He was patient, genuine and kept it real with out any bs. I appreciate him and the rest of the staff for making me so comfortable during the very nerve racking process. But fast forward to today and my fiance still gets numerous compliments on her ring. I'm reminded every single time she receives a compliment of the amazing experience I had with Atila and family. I would like to write this review for Atila, I strongly recommend diamond and design jewelers! I went to 5-10 different jewelry stores and could not find the perfect ring until I came here. I had gone to several other jewelers who said that they were not able to fix it for one reason or another. I came here based on the previous reviews. The staff working were professional and courteous. I had my wedding rings cleaned and was extremely happy with the end results and like they say a picture says a thousand words. I have attached a before and after picture. The price for cleaning and rhodium plating was reasonable as well. Overall the experience was excellent and would recommend for jewelry cleaning and to purchase jewelry. The store itself had very beautiful jewelry.

Just went in to have a few links removed from a new watch And was told it couldn't be done until Friday. 1st of all I've never gone to a place where you've had to wait 3 days to have a few links taken out it's a 10 minute process. Secondly My biggest problem is that I was Looked at like I didn't even belong in the store. I work real hard to live in a nice neighborhood 1st time I've ever felt like that here in Chino Hills

I came in to have a watch repaired which was not working for a couple of years. They evaluated my watch and quoted me a reasonable price to overhaul the watch and fix the movement and replace the battery. It took a few weeks for the overhaul and when I picked up the watch, I was very pleased. Many thanks. I can't believe I have reviewed this place. I've been coming here since I moved to Chino Hills in 2013. They've always been so nice and always give me a courtesy call here and there to get my rings and my watch cleaned without any charges. Last week, I hit the fridge door and my Diamond fell off the ring and all the four prongs broken.
I took it here ASAP and they said they could fix it and put the Diamond back and polish it. Today, I picked up my ring and I am amazed! It's like brand new, shiny and polished nicely. Their customer service is always the best and they're always very genuine. Thank you!

Found this place through a recommendation. After taking 1 step inside, I knew I was in a completely different atmosphere than what you see in malls or the other chain jewelers you see on tv (like Jared). Their merchandise was gorgeous... everything diamond - diamond necklaces, pendants, rings and earrings. Their merchandise looked SO different than the stuff I found at Jared or in the mall... the quality of the diamonds were so white in comparison.
I was expecting to be blown away with quality but most surprising part was it was CHEAPER and looked NICER than the other stuff I saw. My gf loves her ring, and going in knowing nothing, their owner was very helpful and knowledgeable so it was easy and made me look good. Customer for life now and so glad I found this place... you have to see for yourself.

Is a wonderful little store called Diamond & Design Jewelers. Found this place when I stopped for some yogurt at the next door place and decided to stop in. After being impressed by their classy presentation, I came back a week later and bought myself a diamond ring with sparkling blue diamonds. Great service, great quality, great price.
